Is it worthwhile to create individual, personalized welcome letters to new PSAs using information from their Affiliate Profile?

Just think if you were a big bank or insurance company! They send mail to all their clients monthly.
Now think of the potential you would have of send mail to your best PSAs ?
They are the ones that keep us going in SFI, but not only that but the commissions we make every month!
Use the condensed version in the genealogy to send them mail or write to them to inform them of your
thoughts, and how their are doing , and what you like them to do to get ahead here in SFI.

I for one get all the info sent to me by E Mail so as to cut down on paper, and saving costs!

When do I know that I've become successful in SFI and TripleClicks?

When first joining SFI I was not sure what it meant or what is was about?
So I started learning going through every thing in the black tabs, and gathering as much
Info from them, and also saving it to my notes, much it I still use to send to my team to
Teach them, and get to understand what SFI , and Triple Clicks can do for them!
Hope this will be help full.
If persons I sponsor advance in SFI faster than I do, should I continue to try to train and support them?

That’s the great thing about being a sponsor teaching your team to be become better than you!
Once they start giving you more info about what to do then you can stop teaching them!
But never think you are humbled by this after all you’re the one that helped them get there!!!
And always remember that you started out the same they did! ***
Is it better to build a team within your own spoken language and environment...or go beyond these boundaries ?

Hello Marija,
In the past I've tried using the "Google translate" talk to PASs who don't speak English!
But the only problem with that it can only use short sentences! There by some time getting what you want to get across meaningless!
But do try it maybe you will have more success?
Why is it important to have team members to take on leadership roles?

Plus you get VP form them doing this, so it's good for them as well as you.
Every one joins SFI & Triple Clicks to get the most from they offer in the way they teach us to do namely by learning what they give us in all the lessons when we first start!
