How is SFI different or better than other affiliate programs?

SFI is different and better than other affiliate programes because it is very unique.
Surely those who have no exposure to the other programes would never know the difference. Today millions of people are very active in internet and social media. The opportunities available in internet are numerous.
Personally I have been in MLM business opportunities building network by word of mouth and made profits and in turn a lot of money for my uplines by shear hard work. As it has happened to so many the pyramid system never last long enough. The advent of affiliate marketing change this trend and its no longer a system which gives benefits to the top most only. SFI has its unique compensation plan which starts with EA,EA2,BTL,STL,GTL with unlimited earning possibilities with team building facilities worldwide.
SFI business is calander month business like any other and all benefits and commissions are distributed on monthly basis around 10th of every month. With all the free facilities provided by SFI, what more can anyone ask for!

Why should I remain focused on my SFI business when there are other companies offering me allegedly similar opportunities?

In fact there are quite a number of business opportunities available ever since 1998 with the internet becoming part of our day today life. SFI was Started by none other than the President of SFI Mr.Gery Carson himself, who created this wonderful programe after being in this industry for many years.
SFI is a genuine business opportunity as it has been growing day by day for the last 16 years. The changes that have been done from the beginning and the improvements that are being introduced every now and then show ample evidence for sustainability of this great opportunity which has become a daily activity of so many people worlwide.

Should I encourage or discourage my PSAs who want to become Team Leaders right away?

As per the compensation plan of SFI, our earnings depend on VPs along with the leadership level at which you are currently in. When PSA becomes EA, it has to recognized promptly in order to encourage and motivate to go higher right away.
As PSA progresses to EA2 then becoming BTL is the next step forward. This needs investment , knowledge of other programs in SFI and ways by which to get the necessary Action VPs and sales VPs to go higher levels. Therefore encouraging them in every way possible to become team leaders will build a good team and therefore everyone will get benefited in the long run.
If PSAs are discouraged then the whole idea of team building fails. It is for them to go through and see possibilities of becoming leaders with their investment and knowledge capacities.

The Qualities needed can simply be summarized as those qualities of a successful CEO, Chief Executive Officer of a business entity. It is the power of internet which makes difference in SFI. Therefore to establish and to be present as a leader in the online marketing world is a basic requirement to be at the top. Obviously we need to develop communication skills to build team and networking. Further it is important that we should be always willing to learn from anywhere and teach and train anyone,anywhere.
It has to be understood that one basic concept which evolves round online marketing is advertising.If we develop our skills in those lines and be leader motivating all SFI members with positive approach to achieve their goals in turn we would achieve our goals make our life happy and meaningful.Success in SFI is in our hands.

I am aspiring to be a new leader.I have been maintaining my EA position contineuosly working with my PSA's to maintain EA status every month. If you have EA2s in your genealogy you can maintain your team leadership and go up levels. Once you have settled down to recruit PSA's and you are getting PSA/s steadily thats exactly the time you want to help out your PSA's with ressignments.
By having competitions among your PSA's also you can Reassign to the winners.
Its a strategy that you know best what will work for you to advance in SFI in every respect. You do get action points for reassignments and its to be considered if necessary.
Therefore when you have studied and understood your position in SFI and also your workers position and plan out how you can develop your team , then you can go ahead and ressign.

What is the best way of encouraging affiliates who have become dormant to become active again?

Hi SFI family,
I consider it a great previlege to make an attempt to answer this one million dollor question. Let me sum up a few points:-
1.Make them understand that SFI is not so confusing and Volumunous from the affliates
point of view. Pages and pages of onfo puts them off. This is one reason they don't log in second time. Copy /Paste technology is very much preferred these days with so many internet income sites poping up every minute!
2.Commuinicating, being in touch with new affiliates and making them ask questions could help us to advise or help them to get started.
3.Usual method of rewarding and having competions is very good approach, however that will work only if the affliates are logging in and are familar with the program.
4.Sharing personal experiences will defenitey work because that not only gives proof for them to get into SFI journey, but also helps to build a good team.
If there is no leadership and teamwork SFI and TC would have been just another internet entity. Its been prooved by so many leaders how they woke up affliates from their sleep to spend some quality time at SFI and have a happy life with new deams day afer day.

To start with its free registration and learning before you seriously get involved in investing. Higher the investment and daily activities higher will be the returns. More over SFI provides your own stores in ECA with all payments and inventory records for your products. How can you build your SFI business on a tight budget?

First and foremost if you want to build your business make sure you maintain your EA status every month.At least $30 with the standing order is a must to be sure. Secondly try and get at least one PSA active and should have the passion exactly how you feel about SFI.If you have a couple of active movers in your genealogy motivate them and be motivated all times.Duplication is the key in building your business when you have limited budget.
