SFI is sound! Growth is good for "all" affiliates. Growth shows that SFI is continuing to grow in the right direction. If you join any work at home opportunity and it's not showing growth, grab what money you have left and "RUN!".
What should a new SFI affiliate focus on to ensure a good financial return in their first month?

New affiliates should focus on finishing all their training along with the daily "to do list", and setting up a standing order. Also, they should focus on building their downline. Never let any negative thoughts make you want to quit, success does not always happen over night.
When should we give up on CSAs who don't respond to our messages or do anything?

Personally speaking the same way we tell others to never quit we should never give up on our CSAs. It does not take long to send a note of encouragement from time to time.
Has anyone tried the paid Facebook advertising and, if so, did it work/was it was worth the cost?

I believe all marketing is great on social networking sites due to the vast number of members; but with FB you have to be creative to get the attention of the members. Let's face it most of the members are there to share their "personal life". I suggest joining the entrepreneur/businesses pages where they allow members to post their ads (quite of few of such pages available to you free of any cost).
I know I should work with the workers, but how many follow-up messages should I send to inactive CSAs/PSAs before giving up on them?

Sometimes people join programs like SFI and they are so excited and then the flame of excitement gets low and their team leader has to continue to support them however possible, messages, etc., and suddenly one day you will say something that will ignite that flame again. Don't give up, just keep pushing forward with the contact by the SFI message system. The key word is definitely persistence and patience. Some people just don't get it until late in the game.
How do I encourage my affiliates to set up a Standing Order?

Share with them how it will help grow their business. Lots of affiliates, as it is sad to say, join opportunities that can make them lots of money but they don't take the time to read everything. Opportunities like this one that are about one being successful always share great tools and information to help all affiliates earn.

It is from past experience in network marketing opportunities. SFI is the only opportunity I have joined that does not sell it's affiliates such "hype". Other factors for some are the economy, loss of jobs, the list goes on. That is why it is important to tell those that one introduces to the opportunity that it is not a get rich overnight work-at-home business and that they must work their business; it will not work itself. Yet, if one does as the training instructs on a daily basis, the reward is definitely "success".

There are sample letters available to you with this program. In addition, personally speaking, I'd include a PS note that shows how excited I am about this opportunity.

I have given and will continue to give new affiliates and movers credits they can use as an encouragement to move forward with SFI/TC.
