1. Take a stock of your marketing strategy and websites e.g is it free advertising sites you patronize most or paid ones? How did you detect your results?
2. From 1 above, reschedule your marketing strategy and sites. If you did 1 above well, you will remove and identify sites that have not given you your desired results and substitute them for good ones.
3. You can go for SFI's advertising campaign S builder/ PSA to go or visit competent advertising ECA store at Tripleclicks. They'l will give you your desired results. You can use the bid and build program as well to get results.
4. You can search on the web to find the Top 10 paid advertising agency including Traffic Exchange websites and Safelists. This will help you to select the best out of the majority advertising sites and thus yield you great results as this Top 10 are the best in their industries. Most are rated by Alexa and are most result oriented.
5. At Traffic Exchange websites, i'l advice you to upgrade to get better chance of your link or site being seen on the web. Most of these sites, place their upgraded members on their rotator at constant timing, thereby increasing viewers and traffic to their websites. You can do this too and pull massive results to your sites.

There are so many reasons that an affiliate can become inactive shortly after signing up. Every sponsor faces this challenge and i've had mine.
From my experience i came up with these:
1. Many do not know their way back to logging in. Sponsor's link is not the same as the sfimg.com link. Got that later.
2. Many could not access SFI website shortly after becoming active. Before the problem is solved, they are gone
3. Language barrier. Had this experience on the field. Taught her to use google translator. Proved abortive. Learnt a lesson here: i knew i'd to use the google translator myself.
4. Financial Constraints: many give up shortly after they learn that they have to maintain their EA. I taught the unlimited versa points plus the NMP in their first month plus return on their investment.
5. Many never remembered when they signed up. Surprised? Me too.
6. Miscommunication in the SFIM CHAT ROOM. I'd this experience. Saw my PSA cry for help. I reached out, but the signal was very poor. I couldn't reach out. He sent me a team mail. I responded but before i knew it, he was gone. He just became inactive. I went after him on fb, still no response.
7. Family pressure. Many face a lot of criticms about making money online. They don't believe SFI is different. I've had my share. But i've proof to show by what i won in SFI and that SFI delivers
8. Family problems. A settled home is a settled business. That's why i pray for all my team members.
9. Slow Internet Connections. I've had my share.
10. No laptops, or desktop computers to work. Its not everything you can do on fone. I teach the use of cyber cafe. You have got to use what you have per time.
10. Overwhelming of information on their homepage.
11. Never knew how SFI works and how to earn.
12. Wrong email addresses, so email that could help them on a good start never reaches them. Reach personally and teach change of email address and whitelisting of email addresses

To be able to determine this, you must consider the following:
1. Research: search the web for good sites e.g Google Adwords, Pay Per Click
2. In your search, consider their history and achievements. These will give you an update of their success in business and how many traffic they have been able to pull.
3. Target Audience: This will show you whom you are looking for. Whom do you want to reach? Then you check sites who deal with it. It saves you time, energy and cost.

The first thing to do is to concentrate on the getting started on his /her to do lists and becoming a fast tracker. The essence of this is to get the new affiliate a sense of immediate success. Purchasing the NMP enhances the affiliate to start building a team even before becoming an Executive. That's a first milestone SFI has created for their new affiliate.
Besides, the getting started has compressed all major facts of SFI into one part e.g the article about SFI, marketing center, Standing order information page etc are the core value of this SFI business. In the getting started, the affiliate has a great opportunity of knowing about SFI at a glance. Besides the getting started, the Intermediate actions in the to do list are the summarized training kit that makes training both educative and fun.
So in short, let the new affiliate concentrates on his/her To Do List because that's the core of his/her earnings and tasks to grow the business. Then every other thing will now follow. The new affiliate is ready to learn as much as earn.

My ways are:
1. To grow their business, they need to read.
2. To maximize the profits and opportunities in the business, they need to be updated.
3. To be current in the thread of things in the company, then they need to read a little daily at their affiliate center.
4. To make any tangible income in SFI, they need to become Team Leaders and not just leaders, good and awesome leaders and without reading a leader is never made because he cannot give what he doesn't have. So to lead, they have to read a little daily at the center and show by examples the essence of reading a little daily at their affiliate center to their team members.
5. Information is powerful. Desired Items auctioned at Pricebenders and how to win can never be unless they are at the center.
6. Winning of Tcredits in games, T Time Machine etc is not visible if they don't read a little daily.
Lastly, the latest news, development in the company will never be known and as a result they lose opportunities that can build their SFI business. Eg. The Winter Leadership Challenge. How will they know what is in it for them if they don't read?

Hi. The way to get it past to them is to address what causes their fear. Why are they afraid of success? Have they tried failure? Have they weighed the two? Which one will they prefer, to be a pauper or a millionaire? Will they like to receive the best that life has to offer them? Then they need no reason to fear their success. Some may fear that if they succeed may be their success will not last or they may soon lose it. Let them understand the blessings attached to success.
Once upon a time i'd this feeling too about fear of success. I knew i was going to succeed and have lots of money. Then i looked at myself and asked what am i going to do with that kind of money? Then my life's purpose, vision, passion came before me. The impact i could make in the world with that kind of money, people i could help, institutions i could help and build. Smiles i could put in people's faces came before me. My fear was gone, my heart beemed with excitement. I wanted to succeed. The feeling and the excitement were overwhelming. I knew i could handle my success now that i know what to do with it. Success is not all about you but about helping others with it. To have a successive succeeding success, you must have a purpose for that success. The more your purpose, the more your success and the more bold they will become. Never to fear their success again.

what to pursue? i will suggest PSAs. why? because of the following reasons:
1. you recruit these ones yourself and you maintain them PERMANENTLY whether they come from S builder or PSAs To Go. what do i mean permanently? They won't be taken away from you even if you don't even qualify as an EA.if you are on vacation and you couldn't qualify, you still have money coming to you from their purchases.
2. You have the chance of earning 45% commission from their purchases
3. You are able to grow your team through their activities like signing up PSAs of their own. Their PSAs come under your downliner, not so with CSAs and on, it keeps growing especially if they are active.
4. You can reassign your PSAs to your active PSAs who have been active for 90 days and earn 5vp extra for each PSAs you reassign to. you grow your team through this reassigning, generating more downliners for yourself and causing your downliners you reassigned the PSAs to, to grow their team and at the same time earn from their efforts
5.You easily earn AVP from their ranks as they grow in the business. what do i mean? when your PSAs become EA2s, you earn 100VP, BTL-150VP etc
6.When your PSAs become ECAs of their own, you earn 100AVP as well and perhaps commission from their sales as well.
7. When they win auctions, there are some benefits you stand to get from their winnings
All these are what gives advantageous benefits than CSAs. all these are not visible with CSAs. once you don't qualify as an EA, they are gone and gone forever. if you were a STL and couldn't qualify, all your 100 CSAs are gone for good. even if you qualify as an EA, those 100 CSAs can't be given to you again.

1. Keep it updated with very rich and related content in succeeding in SFI.
2. Let your LP greeting be friendly and caring in its message. Use it to make yourself caring and approachable.
3. Fill it up with inspiring quotes and practical messages on how to navigate the business. This will help your new affiliate on how to go about the business without first consulting you. Let it be a step by step guidelines on how to go about the business and succeed.
4. Let your LP teach on the importance of investment and how to profit from it. It is not just about telling your team members to invest or to create a standing order, it is important to tell them too how to profit from it.
5. Let your LP also give ideas on advertising and marketing techniques that have helped you to build your business and its in SFI's juridiction.
6. Let your LP create contests/ incentives to encourage your team members. Do not let the contest be too hard to win, keep it simple and give the reward as promised.

it all depends on you. Minimum SFI requirement is 5PSAs. In the forum, we were taught the power of one, where recruiting 1 active PSA down your line can result in $2,500/ month for you. You can check the thread at www.sfimg.com/forum/thread?id=3402.
So it all depends on you.
In the forum again, we were taught how sponsoring 5PSAs who are EA2 down the line can fetch us $14,000/ month from the matchìng vp alone! The thread is www.sfimg.com/forum/thread?id=2561.
Again, it all depends on you. Whether you sponsor 1, 5, 50, 100, 1000, 10000 etc, it all depends on how you can develop them to be active and pull the power of duplication to your favour.
