Nice question. In this regards, new affiliates that join my team, i send a mail telling them about the E365 contest and that their aim is to stay above the green line.

Honestly, new affiliates initially are not aware and do not reach fast track where 250 versa points is bonus when they record a score of 500 vp within the first 24 hours. Some log on for the first day and thereafter, log in anytime they want at the same time, loosing alot of benefits. That is my first view.

My second view is that when i see the affiliate has been active and has been knocked out of the E365, i tell him about the second chance of being in the E365 competition by simply becoming a team leader and remaining one within the competition stage.

Helping him or her by:-

1. Supporting him or her in their goals and following them up in their versa point ledger

2. When i see how serious they are, and how near they are reaching team lead status, will assist with a gift certificate.

3. Encourage them to have active affiliate in their team to aid team leader rank constantly

4. Encourage them to teach their active downline the act of duplication

5. Encourage them to have a standing order of t credits which when used in playing EZ games or bidding, it gives them more action vp. With that, helps to build their SFI business.

These in summary are ways of ensuring the affiliates return to the E365 contest.

In my own opinion, i tell them that SFI is like their own business. If they go to their shop once a week to check up on what is going on, then, they might not really get the best from their business.
I let them also know that they can spend an average of 2 hrs daily out of 24hrs for them to run about to do other things.
I also let them know that it is free and that they can inject capital if they wish for as low as $18.90 monthly provided they log on daily to do the daily, weekly and monthly tasks.
Tell, them that they can be a boss of their own within the shortest possible time if they can recruit 5 active affiliate.
Let them know that they need just an internet enabled device to do the work from home or any where they wish to work
Lastly, advertise, advertise, advertise

Cases where your initial advertisement are not working effectively, you can do the following

1. Try (2) unit of SFI builder or PSA 2 GO for at least 6 months to get at least 5 active PSA.

2. Try paid advertisement and free ones in different places that you have not tried before and put codes at the end to note the ones that are most successful.

3. Usually tell relations and family members as it has worked for me being the best as it gives me room for a proper follow up and also aware of their financial pockets.

4. Use of gift cards to be given to collegues at work, informing them of the importance of shopping on tripleclicks.

5. Let your sponsor or co sponsor know about your challenges on recruitment and trust me, they would be willing to assist you anyway possible.

6. Keep posting on Facebook, twitter. You could still get some PSAs from there as well.

As the question implies, how do we motive lazy and unmotivated affiliates?

First and foremost, we need to let them know that its not a get rich scheme as some affiliates feel that if they join, they will make in some hundreds of dollars. Some are not aware of Multi Level Marketing and some are not just interested.

In my experience, what i have done to motivate my lazy affiliates are as follows:-

1. Inform them that its not a get rich scheme.

2. Sending team mails with tips on how to build their SFI business

3. "Time Investment". Inform them that the business should be treated as their personal shop that they need to open everyday. By that, it means the daily logging on to do daily, weekly and monthly tasks

4. Tell them to go through the launch pad lessons and SFI basis. Learning on SFI is lot easier as there are thousands of free materials to read from. Also, ASKSc has been instrumental for learning as well.

5. Also, we should inform them about being committed i.e by ensuring they place a standing order of items they need on a monthly basis where they can get elsewhere on our online shop. Reminding them that they are contributing immensely to tripleclick executive pool.

6. As a sponsor or co sponsor, it is usually advisable to set up a contest in the team. Hard working affiliates are being rewarded with t credits for being EA for the first month and subsequently gift certificate to assist them in their business

7. If they are new affiliates, encourage them to be serious in the E365 competition where they need to stay above the green line to get rewards ranging from mrps, versa points and getting fifty dollars in the finalist draws as well as being E365 champion.

Well, Genealogy filter is a good tool for communicating with your downline. With the filter, it aids effective communication with your active downline. Areas you can narrow down search includes :-

1. Those who have logged on in the last 10 days or more.

2. Those affiliate that have a Standing order.

3. Shows affiliate's versa points accrued within the month and encourage the new affiliates that join to accumulate 1500 vp and above.

4. Ease of sending gift certificate to hard working affiliates to assist them in their SFI business.

5. Ease of transferring some T credits.

6. Ability to know the affiliates Geographical Area and re assign such affiliates to active affiliates in the team that are from the same country.

7.Sending of team mails to active affiliate as they respond and always willing to ask questions on their SFI business.

The best filter i use is the "Quick Filters" as it permits ease access to My movers, New CSAs, New PSAs, EA last month, standing orders, New Team Leaders this month and last day of logging on by the affiliates.

This is the beauty of such tool which has helped in my business.

Nice question and in my opinion, being an Affiliate, ECA or being an ECA referral, the common goal is to get a steady and residual income. So i would say you should go for both.

The next question would be why? Being an ECA, you have the advantage of:-

1. You can manage your business as you are the boss

2. List your items on your T-connect page for as low as 1t credit per listing. The only thing SFI does is to retain a norminal amount when you make a sale

3. Fix the prices of the items and get sales vp, your capital and profit.

4. You also get a share of the tripleclicks executive pool based on the vp earned.

On the other hand, if you refer the ECA, the benefits derived are:-

1. You will earn 100 versa point when the ECA you registered makes a sale of ten dollars

2. You get commissions from the ECA for each sales generated.

In otherwords, Lifetime royalties provided the ECA still is active.

Remember that being an ECA, it is not all the products you have that is why you refer via your affiliates link. In summary, both ways, you earn as its a win - win situation

1. SFI Basics. Learning the basis of the SFI business.

2. As they say, lead by example. For instance, if i don't have a standing order, i can't convince my downline to have one as badges would be displayed when affiliate clicks on my name.

3. Buy PSA TO GO, S builder co op and bid for PSAS and CSAs during auctions

4. Encourage affiliates to log in daily to do daily, weekly and monthly tasks to assist build his business. Adding SVP and AVP will help affiliate become team leader and he can get up to 3 Shares of Second Home CSA

5. If one can get 5 active affiliates or more, the active affiliates can duplicate what you have taught them.
