Hi
This is what i do to support my team members without demanding too much or turning them off:
1. i try as much as possible to answer their pressing questions.
2. i encourage them to start building their team teaching them the importance of receiving residual and leverage income from the same
3. I teach them the ways of earning in SFI, so that they can be motivated without me needing to push them and i have been receiving results
4. I try to encourage them by showing them ways of maintaining their EA status without them spending much even though some of them want to spend more. I realized that when i do this they are more relieved of financial stress as i showed them how to go about it. i tried as much as possible to reduce cost for them. for example, one of my PSAs is about to qualify as an EA2 and he is very active. out of excitement he wanted to qualify immediately. from my genealogy, i realized that his PSAs had not been that active like him. so i saw it as a waste of money and i told him as such. i told him the number of TC required for him to qualify which was less than $10, teaching him the importance of waiting for the right time to buy the 125TC and that is when he becomes a Team Leader. i shared with him what he could do with that 125TC and what it could bring for him and that is through bidding. he was elated and i was glad that i could support my team without demanding from them.
Most of them are so eager to start buying,i always try to slow them down, most especially, if it could turn them off in the end and get them frustrated. i noticed that if an affiliate invests so much without much results for the money spent, it can push them or turn them off in the process
5. I try to help them to know the benefits of patronizing their store and the benefits therein including inviting others to patronize them
6. for as many as i see that spends so much on the internet and they are getting weary, i give them an incentive that pushes them forward, telling them the importance of investment in business
With all the above listed i have been able to support my team without demanding too much from them or turning them away, even though their decisions could have profit me and i teach my team to do the same letting them know the importance of making it easier for their team to succeed in SFI and they are duplicating it.
Lastly, i always instruct my team to ALWAYS go through the easiest way to help their affiliates as much as possible and that is, achieving success without investment or with less cost, that when it is inevitable should they encourage their team members to buy a product or a standing order

Why this is so is because 95% information needed are there. What do i mean? The Affiliate Center is divided into 4 sections:
1. The White Bar Section where you can search for any particular topic of your choice/interest. I've been blessed with my search there.
2. The Black tab section consisting of 12 tabs that contains every aspect of information that you want to know about SFI including our training kit and marketing tools and how to use them.
3. The Red tabs section whichs consists of the Alert Page where SFI latest news and forum lie including the Win It Tab. i wouldn't advice you to. Why? Due to the following reasons and from experience.
1. You won't get paid immediately. There are requirements that you have to meet.
2. Your sign up must be active, because he/she will have to compete with other PSAs from other sponsors and if they earn points just as much as others or more, then you'll get paid. That is one requirement.
2. Your sign up must be a Team Leader for 3 months straight before you can get paid $10.
3. Your sign up with his team come under another sponsor and not you. You lose team building here.
4. All commissions from your sign up goes to another sponsor. SFI gives a sponsor to your sign up and not you.
5. When your sign up and his/her team become EA2s, you lose the earnings from both the matching vps and extra 100vps given to us for EA2s. They belong to the other sponsor and this for life. As long as your SFIPPA builds his/her team you lose.
Every commission made from your PPA's purchases go to the new sponsor. You lose and earn the $10 once
the above are the requirements made by SFI before you can earn from it.
My SFIPPA became a team leader for one month and that was it. He's building his team and has remained an affiliate. He said his sponsor was not active. I was never paid. It was me. I could't complete my part of the bargain. I never did it again

SFI is different from other affiliate program due to the following:
1. Their operating system is simple and successful
2. it is FREE to join
3. You only need small investment if any to maintain your EA status based on your budget
4. They give different products to select from, not like other affiliate program that is only based on one singular product. To buttress this, i recently had someone interested in SFI and was asking me if SFI is like other affiliate program. i told him no and began to give him the difference. he was so excited that, he was ready to sign up immediately.
5 I told my new PSA that he didn't need to pay any money to join because he was asking how much he is going to pay to join like other affiliate programs telling me that he doesn't have much on him at present. i told him he didn't need to pay. it was a great relief for him. That is what SFI provides for its affiliates: Financial Relief
6. Gives multiple ways of payment, especially the TripleClicks master card for its affiliates and not only that gives you 500 VP that can add to your versa points at the end of the month

First, how do you earn these MRPs?
1. Through Auctions
2. Daily Grand and Crown Drawings
3. EZ Games
4. E365 Challenge rounds
5. Wave 3 membership
6. When buying any TC products just to mention a few.
Secondly, how do you maximize it?
1. Go for the Dp Auctions. They help you accumulate your MRPs faster and thereby purchasing with them.
2. You can use it to maintain your EA status e.g 1,780mrp will buy you 15TC that will give you 1,512vp. That lowers your cost for that month. I use my stored MRP to help me qualify as a BTL every month. You need to purchase all the time to requalify, however, your MRP can help you do that.
3. You can use it to buy any of your desired item. Check rewards on your Tripleclicks Store to find out the equivalent price of mrp and thereby you purchase it.
4.You can use it to buy products from an ECA store or in your tripleclicks store.
Lastly, it is only when it is in an accumulated form can you really make the most of it. 5 mrp can do nothing save it is in tens of thousands e.g 26,000 and above and it expires within a year. So it requires planning too as it is a form of currency in TripleClicks and can purchase things for you.

I would advice you to go for EA purchases. Why? This is because of the benefits that it carries. As an Executive, you have the capacity of earning in 6ways as outlined in our launchpad 7: Executive Benefits. Besides, SFI has marketing aids and methods by which you can use to do your adverts on your own without no cost to you at all.
If you concentrate on adverts alone, pull in PSAs, how do you earn their matching vps? Or you do adverts on ECA and you've approved ones, how do you earn your 15 % commission on their sales? What of CSA's commissions too plus their matching vps?
Paid adverts is your choice. They are many free advert sites that you can patronize that will yield the same result for you. That way you reap on both sides establishing your business by maintaining your EA status to incure the profits of your advert.

Installing your TripleClicks banner on your blog is very easy. You can get to know through You Tube. There are diver ways there that can assist you and with different methods and strategies too but the most easiest of all is:
1. Create a blog through google's blogger. It is the easiest way. How do you do that?
A. Open a gmail account. Beside your gmail profile, you'l see google applications. Click on it. It will pump out the apps, click on more, then blogger comes out. Click on it.
B. Proceed to create a blogger profile and select a template using your gmail name
c. Click on 'Create my blog'. Your blog will be created by blogger ready for your first posting.
2. After creating your blog on blogger, go to your intermediate action on your To Do List and click on Installing Your TripleClicks Banner.
3. Select your choice banner.
4. Copy the HTML code and save
5. Go back to your google blog and click on Start Posting. It will bring the New Post Page to you. On the post title, write TripleClicks Banner. Click on the HTML spot and paste your HTML code.
