Its indeed a nice question and a good way to build a solid team if made up of affiliates within your country.

Firstly, you start by sending them a team mail intimating them on a proposed training that will benefit them and also help build their team.

Letting them know the importance of Dupilcation.

We can also use other means of communication like skype, whatapp, viber calls, etc Depending on the ones that work with each affiliates preference.

Carry each affiliate along and ensure no one is in the dark.

Allow them to ask questions prior to the training and as a team leader, compile such questions that would be answered during the training.

Also make known some benefits that would be given to affilates that would be in attendant. Examples, $10 gift certificate to the first 3 affilates, Transfer of some PSA to the affilates to help build their team and t-credits.

With this, I can àssure you that most of your affiliates would attend such training sessions.

For new affiliates without marketing experience, the best ways to start is by
1. Word of mouth to family members, relations and friends,.
2. Through social media eg facebook, twitter, pinecrest by posting share it links on fantastic offers.
3. Placing banners and links on your personal blogs or websites.
4. Buying SFI s-builder.
5. Distribution of complimentary Cards with affiliate links as well as flyers

What has worked for me is that i first of all, send them a mail informing them about tripleclicks, wave 3 and how they can join wave3. Once i have done that i let them know the little cost implication by simply telling them to pay $1.89 which is the cost of shipping and that they start enjoying the freebies which includes

1. Free monthly t-credits (5) and 50 MRP which i inform them that with the 5t-credits, they can use it to bid in the petty auctions as well as used the MRP realised to purchase additional t-credits.
2.For each referral, they get additional 5 t-credits and 50 MRP which qualifies them for the draws where they can win fabulous prizes.
3.Being that they are a wave 3 member, they get to download the songs for the month
4. With the t-credits that they have received being a wave 3 member, they can use it to list their unwanted item on tripleclicks
5. Opportunity of getting items for a reasonable prize being a wave3 member.

Some times i give my hardworking affliates a $5 gift certificate and tell them to join wave 3 and tell them the above benefits. With that in mind, imagine having some of your PSA's duplicating that nice gesture, you would definitely be shocked with the results.

This indeed is an interesting question, and i must say that each and
everyone has been given the opportunity to recruit affiliates anywhere and one on one.

Places could be schools, at your office, restaurants, car wash, hotels, bars etc. Having your tripleclicks x cards with your contact number behind the card or flyers being distributed should be made available at all times so that once we have educated our prospects, we can drop our card which would make it easier for recruitment.

For recruitment of affiliates one on one to be effective, one must consider:-
1. Level of Education of the new recruit.
2. Age of affiliate.
3. Langauge Barrier.

Considering the above factors, effective communication is very key as first impression and presentation of our businesses could either make it a success or a failure.

There is a saying that you ar being addressed by the way you are dressed, having this in mind, presenting SFI, you must be well mannered and well dressed to give the aure of Professionalism.

Also, talking with a prospect one on one, we should be confident when marketing SFI, to remove any layer of doubt. Someone marketing a product without confident would be perceived as one that is not sure of what he is marketing and the prospect loses interest in the product. Inorder words, market what you believe in and be confident so as to gain the trust of your new prospect.

Also, talking with a prospect, we should highlight the importance of your product and what differentiates it from other products. For instance, you share with your prospect of the initial online business that you were doing and how you heard about SFI, tried it out and how successful you have been.

Also, communicate with our prospects in a simple and concised manner. This is the area in which we match the level of education of the prospects for ease of understanding. This is very important so that the new prospects can understand everything they are being offered to him/her before joining.

Also, having a detailed information about the company (SFI) and your upline would build the trust they have. This is where you show them proven track records of the company, your achievements as well as your upline.

Also, recruitng affiliates one-one, we must be ready to answer a number of questions that might arise during the course of recruiting. Why we are answering them so that when they join, the have an insight to SFI and would be able to duplicate our actions.

In summary, regardless of where ever you meet your prospects, effective communication is very key to any business as it makes it easier to communicate with both your existing as well as new prospects which will help effectively in building your team.

You can become a good supporting sponsor with the use of google translators for ease of communication with the Affiliate in question. Especially if English is not the major language for the affilate. With that, not only are you making the affiliate trust you, but at the same time, it would make communication easier and simple.

Communication brings about trust and build ones confidence.

Always be willing to break the ice, its a lot easier and makes communication seamless.

Making your Personal SFI website effective to sign up all depends on how attractive you have advertised on your website for the visitor to click and sign up.

But i would suggest that one should also have a blog that can be linked from the Personal Website to the blog to enable more traffic on both sites.

Also, i suggest that ads on the website should have attractive, fresh and unique words that can lure people.

Remember that your website on SFI or tripleclicks should cut across the young, the youth and adult so no restrictions.

Also, pay for SEO (Search Engine Optimization) so that your website should be listed amongst the first page when people search.

Also, on our Personal Website, we need to be Honest and Authentic as your Website is a representation of who you are as a business person, your business-like photo must be displayed so as people would see the person behind such business concern, what your business is all about, your contact information, the products you market, your achievements, How long you have been in the business, the ECAs you connect with, your favorite products and the products your recommend.

All these points in mind would really make one's Personnal Website to be refreshing, exciting and attracts more visitors and sign ups.

Based on my experience and accomplishment, I would share with prospects, family and friends facts about SFI business as quite a number of them are of the ideology that Seeing is believing. While some like facts and figures.

My approach would be to take the bull by the horns. In this regards, I would inform them that its not a get rich scheme.

The facts I will give my family or friend about SFI are:-
1. 17th successful year for SFI (30th for SFI's parent company)
2. 1.6 million affiliates (24,010 new added last week)
3. 4.5 million TripleClicks members
4. 85,104 commissionable products (928 new added last week)
5. 3,737 E-Commerce Affiliates (in 145 countries)
6. 64 LocalPay Merchants (in 26 countries)
7. Millions - Commissions paid out to our affiliates (in US Dollars)

Convincing statements that i would mention would be:-
1. Are you serious in earning a high multiple six-figure income from home? At this junction, i will inform them about the different ways he/she can earn in SFI which are:-

The ways i use to keep in constant contact with my PSA's/CSA are:-
1. Through our Genealogy, we can send a team mail sharing ideas and tips
2. Through Facebook and other social media website they belong to at an agreed time by both parties involved.
3. Through SFI chat
4. By the use of Skype as one gets to talk one-one with the affiliate and would be able to give immediate advise and feedback regarding SFI and its products.
Also, being that SFI is an on-line business, i tend to communicate with my PSA/CSA's at least twice in a week.

When i joined SFI, i initially had the same problem building a team. Contacting my upline was helpful as he gave me some valuable tips which i hope would help.

1. Telling friends, colleagues at one's place of work, family members and the unit you serve in the church about SFI, what i have benefited and what they plan to benefit when they join. Informing them that its not a get rich easy scheme.
2. Advertise in traffic exchange sites, both paid and unpaid.
3. Set up a standing order of at least 2 units of S-builder co-op pack monthly.
4. Teaching The 5 SFI basic rule t o my down liners and ensure they duplicate what i am doing.

With that, you would definitely get a reasonable number of PSA's that sign up and with that you can assign them to your most active PSA. Remember that once you are a team leader, you get marching versa points for active member that become EA and above
