What's best? Sponsoring fewer PSAs and concentrating on coaching and helping them build...or continuously sponsoring new affiliates?

I think training your PSAs is very important and one cannot train lots of people at once, because each PSA is different, with different needs, at different moments of times. So, we should concentrate on the PSAs who want to remain in SFI and be active, to give them all the necessary support when they ask for help, to "help them build". For the rest of PSAs who do not make any movement in PSA, we should keep a maintenance policy however.
Regarding sponsoring, we must not forget at the same time to duplicate continually, because this is how we can and increase our possibility of passive income. Without many PSAs in our downline, the chances at enough commissions are small, because not everybody purchases at the same time.

I think the most attractive ad is the one which speaks about a product someone wants and at a very convenient price. So, maybe we should post TripleClicks products on different websites and when people want and/or purchase, they find out both about TripleClicks and SFI.
Also, we should not forget making this repeatedly, 5...6 times every day, both on one or two differents famous sites, and on less known sites, so that as many categories of people to notice them.
How can we shift from quantity to QUALITY with our sign-ups?

I would say this does not depend on us at all...I have a very good PSA and he is very content of my advice-and he told me this, but he stopped working in SFI some time ago because of personal reasons. However, lately I noticed he brought some PSAs in his downline and I rewarded him for this. Also, I reward the members of my team who appear online and show some signs they want to continue. I give for example Gift Certificates of 2 usd/PSA for the first 5 PSA one brings, I give 2..3 T-Credits for coming online after a long period of absence or when one answers my messages and we can have a fruitful discussion etc. However, these incentives do not guarantee the member will remain active or he/she will remain in SFI...But usually peopel are grateful for this and they make more efforts to sicceed after such compensations.

What is the best way to convince my PSAs that they should set up a Standing Order?

I wouldn't say it exists a best method. If someone cannot afford doing that, he/she will never place a Standing order. Actually, a Standing Order is not compulsory. But, you may tell them the advantages, namely having a Standing order will escape them from the worry of forgetting purchasing that object every month. Also, if that Standing Order assures their VPs for qualification, a Standing Order escapes them from the worry of forgetting to take actions for qualification.

In case the limit of your budget for this is low, you should do your daily actions, become a W3 member, then purchase some TC packs to complete your VP for that month. You can use the TCs to participate with them in auctions and get MRPs and VPs.You can use all the MRPs to purchase some other TCs again to bring you new VPs. And so on. If you have some more funds, then a wise idea is to purchase a 100 TC pack or a 125 TC pack and use that one somehow similarly.

What encouragement can I give to an affiliate who feels he or she is getting nowhere with SFI?

Hello, You know you are not just a member of my team, I would tell him/her. You are also my friend. If you feel to quit, I cannot force you to stay, but I do not think this is the right decision. SFI is a very good opportunity and gives results if you continue not if you give up. Also, I do not think you can find a better choice. And even if you have a better business then SFI, or you are in a more advanced situation with that another business, it has always been wise to have an alternative. SFI is that alternative which you should sustain using your other business. If you do not have another business or job in your near future, it is also really no reason for you to quit.

The greatest challenge was to defeat:
- the lack of time
- the lack of money
- the huge quantity of information to keep in mind for doing daily in SFI having in view I have also other important things to do
However, I decided to renounce some of the SFI activities for the moment and to do the ones which are absolutely necessary only. I enrolled in the W3 program and I got some more T-Credits monthly, so...I diminished the necessary monthly investments (time and money) to keep the EA status and get 2 CSAs in my team. I keep doing the daily actions only -which takes me half an hour daily at the most.

Both types are equally useful and effective...
It depends a lot on your financial possibilities and on your available time for doing this. If you do not have time, it may become necessary to pay someone to do this for you. if you have time, you can do it free of charge.
Sometimes you might want a special sort of advertising which qualified specialists only do...And then, you certainly have to pay for it...But this does not mean it can be more effective for sure...So, it's the same thing.

How can you advise and help new PSAs when you are new to SFI and just getting started yourself?

I had not any PSA when I was new, but I remember having been all the time under the huge waves of information, not having time to separate the most important and urgent ones from the long term ones...However, as a beginner, I would tell my PSAs -let's start learning working together in SFI so that we can defeat the crisis in our lives. SFI seems to have many rules, but when we are two instead of one, things can become easier. So, let us communicate as often as necessary for our common goal: PROSPERITY.
