Some people have the natural gift for being entrepreneurs and leaders but still training is required in order to use that natural talent. You may not be a leader but you can be a mentor or a guide, because if you learned the ropes you can then show your team the resources you learned from and give them things to read. When it comes to advertising you can compile of list of traffic exchanges and social networking sites and then email them to your team the rest is up to them.

Duplication is the answer to your question. If you already have affiliates in your downline then you should focus on educating your team. Communication is important because your team will know that you really care about their success and they will want to work for you because they will also want you to succeed. The success of any leader depends on having a team of active members working on their behalf.

If you do not have affiliates and even if you do have you should also spend time building a team because the more active members you get the more successful you are.

Are you saying that you want to set a standing order to make EA this month and you cannot afford it? If that is the case then there are ways to get VersaPoints without spending money and one if then is to play games on TripleClicks the one I play is "Free T Credits awarded every hour" If you do not have much cash then you can also get bonus Versa Points participating in the pricebender Auctions but you have to have plenty of T-Credits for this ( some of them I bought and some I won from the E-365 drawing for the second time in a row,. So I suggest you go to TripleClicks to see how many T-credits you have to see if you can bid at the auctions I got 100VP for bidding at Pricebender.

So I suggest that you should go to the Glossary and the support section or even check out the ask Gery articles to see ways to make VP without spending cash or by spending very little, I also suggest checking out Ebooks on TripleClicks so you can buy $1.00 or 2.00 ebooks especially the ones on how to succeed here on SFI some of them can give you 40 or 50 VP per purchase! If you have at least $30.00 you can purchase gift Cards so that you can distribute and really get enough action points to make it to EA or even EA2.

In my experience I was broke and my co-sponsor rewarded me $30.00 on Pex Pay so that I could purchase IAHBE because on the first month I completed most of my getting started tasks and the red tabs on my to do list and just for becoming an EA he rewarded me by lending me money to purchase IAHBE and become a Bronze Team Leader so if my co-sponsor did this for me then maybe your sponsor can do this for you. As a Sponsor the most important thing to teach your affiliates is the importance of mindset. I am currently reading the book called Conversations With Millionaires and the first part talks to one guy that stresses the importance of having the right attitude for success. In order to succeed we must not expect to get rich quick because this way of thinking will cause us to fail.

Simply put you just have to tell all of your affiliates that if they really want to make money in this business they have to change the way they think, they must not expect money to come overnight because this is unrealistic.

Do you know what the Snowball effect is? That means you start this business in small baby steps which will grow overtime into giant leaps. The snowball starts really small but as it keeps rolling it gathers more and more snow until it grows gradually into a huge ball. So that is the concept that you must instill when teaching your affiliates to succeed, they must take the huge library of information and just start out with little pieces and gradually grow.

I hope that what I am saying will make sense. I am also thinking that maybe you can create an SFI website for educating your affiliates about this.

Communication is they key to understanding your affiliates, in other words, supporting your affiliates is about taking the time to understand what kind of help they need from you in the first place. Maybe you should email each one of them individually to find out why they gave you a poor rating.

You may have the best intentions but, but you are probably making mistakes and don't even realize it, so maybe you should read about the do's and don't of being a sponsor to see what you are doing wrong and correct your mistakes.

I have learned that in order to understand a person's actions you have to know what they are thinking or feeling, so you should ask them if they want to be reassigned to another sponsor, and if that is the case then they should give you the id number to the affiliate they want to have as a sponsor.

I hope I am not sounding rude or offensive, but if I know someone is not happy with what I have to offer then I just move on. So maybe just reassing these affiliates and start recruiting new ones until you find ones that appreciate your help.

That is the exact same question I had when I gave out business cards for SFI, TripleClicks Garage Sales and Wave3. I was stepping out of the building where I live and I just placed these cards on her lap because she was talking and I did not want to interrupt her conversation so this lady got irritated and yelled at me and she threw the cards on the floor but I did not react I just kept on walking and then a few days later she scolded me in the elevator that I am not supposed to give out cards without talking to people first but I did not respond to her because I did not want to get into an argumet.

The point is I have advertised in many different beginner and a few intermediate methods and I have not gotten and answer so far but I simply keep on doing it and I just don't respond to people who behave rudely I just make a mental note to myself never to advertise to those particular people again.

My former piano teacher and good friend told me that in life there are rude people so he told me to just pass them up and go to someone else, because those are not people you would like to have in your business right?

Actions speak louder than words! I am saying that you do not need to make any attempt to convince her all you have to do is let her see your actions, and soon enough she will start feeling curious.

There isn't anything more powerful than arousing curiosity in any person, so sooner or later as her curiosity increases overtime she will want to get into SFI to see what it is.

I wish I could give you more detail on how to do this but honestly this is the best advice I can give.

The first thing they should not do is be in a hurry to collect Versapoints without actually reading the articles and training materials because they are cheating themselves from receiving important information that allows them to build a successful business.

E365-they must not ignore the importance of this competition because even if they do not actually win the championship other benefits are obtained here such as winning versapoints from the drawings. most important is to not allow themselves to go below the green line.

Getting Started: The to do list has lots of getting started materials for the newbies but they must not neglect the red tabs and the weekly, and monthly activities. You must tell your downline to log in daily and do a bit of the getting started mateirials, along with the red tabs.

Launchpad: Something that must be read and not ignored, I am not just saying this for the sake of Versapoints but for the sake of learning. It is recommended to print it out so that they can have a workbook to read offline.

Whitelisting: Something affiliates must do and not overlook because they have to receive emails from SFI and upline because they also receive training from the emails so it is something they must not do without. This is the next thing to do after confirming the registration.

The Basics: They must not enter the affiliate center without reading the basics first, it is ok if they do not understand it right away but at least they must spend 15 or 20 minutes going over this before they start doing the tasks on the list.

The main point of your question is that the newbies must not be in a hurry to get points and make money but instead take the time to learn, and study. So another answer to your question is that they must accumulate versapoints but they must also do it in conjunction with meticulous reading, and note taking.

Advertising: In the first month they must start advertising by using the beginner methods first. Do not jump ahead of themselves with the intermediate or the advanced methods without learning the beginner ones. They should start with the 100% free methods and then start using paid ones. So that prevents making costly mistakes.

The simplest way to put SFI is that it is about buying and selling products on Tripleclicks because you earn points and those points translate to cash at the end of every month. You tell people that Tripleclicks is a huge online department store that is allowing you to earn money because you shop from there and the money you get depends on the points you earn, and then you explain that as an SFI affiliate marketer you are also selling products of many different types, because Tripleclicks is so huge there are more than 100,000 products to chose from.

You also explain the importance of a direct commission meaning that besides earning points you also get paid commissions that come right out of the customers pocket because everytime you sell a product to a customer SFI Pays you 45% of the money spent by the customer.

Then you briefly explain the sponsoring part, meaning that you also make money by recuriting Affilates and teaching them how to sell products and make money and when your affiliates are buying and selling products you also earn more points and direct commissions.

In summary You should just explain to people about the Tripleclicks Executive pool and the Direct commissions so they know where the money comes from. But the most basic is to show people that SFI is an affilate Marketing program and that your money maker is the Tripleclicks Store (Because that is where SFI gets there money from).
