Should I buy PSAs or learn how to sponsor them myself?

I believe both methods are important. You sponsor an affiliate when you tell a person about SFI and he/she joins. You sponsor affiliates when you purchase them through S-Builder or through co-ops offered by ECAs at TripleClicks. You sponsor them when you advertise, whether through paid methods or through free advertising. You sponsor affiliates when you send an eCard or a gift card to them and they join. You sponsor them when you drive your car with your Wave3 decal on it and hand out a card

I find that you have written a very interesting question. Here is what I write as an answer.

The first and most important thing an affiliate should not do is give up. In any business you must have patience and learn all you can learn about the business and how everything works. You cannot learn everything in one day.

The second thing an affiliate should not do is expect instant payment and instant riches. Have you heard of any business where people got paid and became

I see that there are ECAs in my local area who have not yet listed any products. How can I/we encourage them to become active ECAs?

It may be that an ECA has posted products, but the postings have not yet been approved. It also may be that an ECA has a problem with loading products on the site because photos have to be loaded correctly.

Try to find out from the ECA what the problem or situation may be that is keeping the owner from getting the products loaded on site. Then show where the answers are for getting the help needed to complete this activity.

Is it wise to 'bribe' your downline with Gift Certificates, TCredits or other incentives? Or does this practice come back and bite you?

It's never wise to bribe a person, no matter what!

The Bible says, in numerous places, that you must not bribe, because it, "blinds the eyes of those who have sight." It causes a person to fall into horrible evil. You actually become a stumbling block. Reward a person with TCredits or maybe a gift certificate or new affiliates. Any wicked activity will come back to haunt you eternally, and you will face judgment.

How is building a second income with a company like SFI beneficial to me?

I wil ask you a question. Do you have enough income to make ends meet every month? Now, I will ask you another question. Do you have enough saved for retirement? Here's another thought. Even if you do have enough income to make ends meet or to save for retirement, do you know how things will turn out in the future? Of course not! So it stands to reason that having extra income coming in each month is beneficial for you, because no one knows what needs will come up in the future.

When faced with negativity in promoting SFI, how do you respond and what path do you take moving forward?

Realize that we all must face negativity. It's everywhere. It's so engrained in human nature. However, we must understand the potential we have in life and who we really are. This goes for everything in life, in your faith and everything else, for your faith is the root of everything else. People have been hurt so much with bad experiences and have been taught negative things by parents and teachers and others; and many people have low self-esteem and an inferiority complex. When you know the

How do you deal with PSAs who you offer unconditional support but still rate you poorly?

Dealing with PSAs who rate you poorly despite your unconditional support is similar to dealing with negative rejection of this business by people you show the business to, and yu just must realize that no matter what you do, some people have a negative attitude. Don't let this stop you. Just keep on showing kindness and love to them. Try to understand why there is a challenge. Maybe there is a language barrier. Maybe there is a misunderstanding. Maybe the person thinks you should hand out gifts

How would it benefit me to transfer TCredits to my PSAs or CSAs?

If an affiliate was working hard and was very close to becoming a Team Leader of any rank or an EA and had been qualifying each month and really needed some TCredits to reach a goal during the current month, then I would be willing to give some TCredits, as they would help me also to gain a higher rank, in the long run. That would be the only benefit of giving away TCredits.

I hope that this answer helps you in your decision to give TCredits to any of your affiliates in the future.

I need a mentor. What's the best way to find a mentor for SFI?

Your sponsor or your co-sponsor can be your mentor. An upline team member can be your mentor. Your A2A friends who are leaders in this business can be your mentor. Affiliates at the SFI Forum can be your mentor. Best of all, Gery Carson himself, who has put together all of the tools needed for you to learn how this business works, serves as the ultimate mentor, by putting all of these tools here for us to use. Just go to Support and select the questions you want answered. You can even ask Gery

What are the benefits of using an auto-responder system in SFI...or should I not use one?

I would not use autoresponders in SFI and would not advise using them for one reason: Answers should be fresh and communications should be as often as possible with affiliates/customers. That is the only reason I have. It may be that others are using them, but there would have to gbe a very good reason for doing so.
