The best way to set up an advertising co-op for your affiliates is to make it as cost effective as possible. Administering a co-op is not exactly without its added work load. So I don't have a problem with the administrator accounting for this labor. Nevertheless, I believe true leadership is servitude.

So I have made it possible for any affiliate to participate in our team co-op because it is absolutely free. It only requires a reasonable investment of time. If the affiliate wants to succeed, then they can make the necessary sacrifice to grow their business. While affiliates from poorer parts of the world may have a difficult time supporting the cost of a paid co-op, that would hinder the progress of their SFI business.

With the 100% free ad co-op, there is no excuse for not participating and actively growing your SFI network. If an affiliate is too lazy to participate for free then they really are not cut out for this type of business.

The best way to help any affiliate is to met them where their understanding is. You have to be able to see through their eye's. It's critical to understand why your affiliates think they way that they do. Then you can begin the process of reeducating them to understand what they need to know to be success at Strong Future International.

Older individuals usually are not up to speed with technology; however, some are. So if someone asks you about copy and paste, kindly explain and ask if they have other questions. There are many things that are different from country to country. Try to understand working with an international team.

Finally if you have a strong PSA from Bangladesh and you get another who is struggling, be sure to check with both of them and pair them up through reassignment so that the strong affiliate can help the other understand SFI concepts in Bangladeshi. This is the best way in my opinion to help any affiliate from another country but I try to support all of my international business partners equally.

SFI and any other online business is going to require time and money. You are fooling yourself to think otherwise. Most people jump from program to program thinking that the fault is in the program or the compensation plan or my sponsor is not supporting me properly yet profiting off of my efforts. Now just to set the record straight unless you are one of the 2 percenters that are killing it in SFI then NO ONE is profiting from your efforts !

There are tons of opportunities online and they all are basically alike except in this one element to the equation that makes all of the difference in the world - YOU! No opportunity can guarantee success because it is up to YOU. No opportunity is going to work until YOU do. No one is going to profit from your efforts until YOU do. That's all based on YOU.

However there is something to be said about different aspects of the comp plan, registration fees, products, and services. This is what I can tell you. Regardless of the comp plan, or the products and services nothing is going to be successful until YOU follow the recommendations of the 2 percent so that you can achieve the success they have. Jumping from program to program just proves one thing - you have no earthly idea of what you want and how to get it. SFI definites provides EVERYTHING you need to help you get what you want but YOU have to make it happen.

If there was a way to Pick the Price every time then you can bet collusion is at play! There is no way to know how an auction will end when you can't control whose playing, how much buying power they have, nor how long the auction last. The idea here is to reward those who play the game.

If you play Pick-the-Price, there are some general things to consider like:

1. Type of Auction

2. Time of Day

3. Budget

4. Competition

5. History of that particular auction

All things considered, a TV is worth more than a folding chair but the TV can go for $2.86 and the folding chair can go for over 1/2 of the retail value. There have been auctions where the winner definitely 'lost' more than what they gained. But you have to consider why that bidder won!

In the end, it's a coin toss. That's why there it's great that now you can win from a pool. Pick-the-Price is fun and worth playing. But if someone is hitting the nail on the head too often then something awry is going on. The odds just don't work that way.

The best ways to engage your team through the stream is to remind them of the following:

1. SFI News Alerts. SFI News Alerts have vital information that's critical to daily operation of our business centers. Besides, there are developments highlighted that may be changes in policy or new policy. New features and tools are announce in the SFI News Alerts. In addition, the news alerts highlight useful resources and tips team leaders can use to improve business centers in their downline.

2. A thread that you have bookmarked from the forum. When I run across useful posts I try to bookmark them. I will reference those posts on my FB business profile, Twitter feed, or GooglePlus.

3. Ask SC Answer of the Day. Remind your team of the importance of Ask SC! There are jewels to be found that can serve as a catalyst to boost your income.

4. Quote of the Day. Witty axioms, metaphors, quotes, and interesting topics of conversation can serve to be a reminder of the big picture or the natural course of things. Give your team some food for thought!

5. Did You Know? Factoids about the business are always interesting and helps to keep the business alive. Share with your team SFI by the numbers and other interesting facts about SFI and your journey here.

6. Deal of the Day. Sharing a quick tip about the Deal of the Day can boost your SFI commissions. Remember the 3 basic pillars of SFI are sales, growth, and support.

7. Featured Marketing Aid. So many team members fail to take advantage of this point of referral. Remind your team to use the featured marketing aid in their advertising.

8. Goals Tab. Setting goals and following a plan of action to reach your goals are important to your SFI success. Have you set your SFI goals? Are you on track to meeting your goals?

9. Featured ECA. Sales are the lifeblood of any business and our ECAs provide over 80,000 products and services from around the world. Remind your team that you can support ECAs in their country and region as well as find highly rated ECAs right from the ECA tab! There are also links on sponsoring ECAs and ECA discussions at the Forum.

10. Eager Zebra Factoids. To promote EZ games, why not share an interesting factoid. Also from the EZ tab you can find helpful resources that provide training on how to boost your income playing EZ games!

11. PB Auctions Factoids. What better to build interest in Pricebenders Auctions than to share the savings! Let people know what they are missing out on. You can't win if you don't bid. Jump in and have a strategy and fun!

12. My Earnings. Remind your team that they can see where they stand commission wise. All they have to do is review the information on the scoreboard tab. They can also access leader boards from this tab. Ask open ended questions to get your team communicating about their income goals. Let your team know that they can update their goals anytime and they should be flexible to fit their present business needs.

These are just a few things to get the ball rolling as it relates to communication with your stream. Recently, the stream characters have been expanded but be brief and to the point. Keep your stream current up to 72 hours . There isn't a need to post things in the stream everyday but when the need arises don't hesitate to use this powerful resource.

This is a good question. It is something that should be decided by the business. Not everyone wants to deal with the hassles of international shipping not to mention the cost. Costs matter. If you are selling trinkets that you make at home, you will probably not have an international market for them. The shipping will cost more than the item itself. But if you have exquisite trinkets in high demand, you may consider an international audience because the value is there for the customer.

No customer is going to be willing to by $50 for a watch then have to pay $50 to have it shipped when they can get a comparable watch locally for $65. These are the issues ECAs face when they are contemplating international shipping.

Therefore, ECAs have to make the choice based on what they offer. High end products in high demand have broad appeal. Those that are easy to ship should prove profitable for the ECA.

You can keep anyone from doing anything that they purpose to do. You can only support the ones that want it. Some will and most will not. So when you see an affiliate logging in regularly but not achieving many VP send them a support message to find out how you can help them earn more VP.

Don't leave your PSAs to the 'wolves'. Nuture them. If they feel crowded they will let you know . But in most cases, they love the extra attention to you show to help them achieve there goal. Communication is the lifeline. Without it, your PSAa/CSAs with die off so fast you will think that they have a personal issue with you.

Most don't and as long as you understand that your success depends on how well you are able to lead your team. You must connect with them where they are. Help them grow to your level of expertise by answering there questions in a timely fashion and please don't ignore your affiliates. No matter how mundane or 'silly' the question. Just be a friend and business coach.

Being a friend does not mean that you actually expect to become bosom buddies but that you are open and honest at all times. You show them absolute transparency. Calm there doubts and reinforce there will to succeed. Do this and for the most part your workers will love you and rate you well. The rest are apathetic and nonchalant so nothing you do will help them except to wish them well at something they love doing.

What attracted me to SFI in the beginning was the idea that I could work from home and be my own boss while earning unlimited income. This is what I love about SFI. I am my own boss. I set my own work hours. Though I work a lot of hours at times, I do so knowing that I am securing a stronger future for myself and my family.

Having financial independence is only a small part of the equation. The bigger part of the equation is to be able to spend my time doing what I love and that's helping people. I help people create income in the spare time and I get to work for my favorite non-profit charity. One day I hope to establish my own foundation with the earnings that I get from Strong Future International. Then I will be able to help the economically disenfranchised as well as other aspiring entrepreneurs to achieve their American dream.

I highly suggest that the stream be used as intended and that is to drip market messages to your team that you didn't communicate through your usual team message. If you found a new advertising medium that working producing active PSAs then why wait 7 days before you let them know?

There might be a critical news update in SFI News. If so affiliates who have not subscribed to the newsletter will not receive the update but all of your team sees your stream when they log into the SFI affiliate center.

Really if you use your stream 3 times a week this is good but if something pertinent surfaces it's okay to use it more often. What you don't wish to happen is to annoy people with your streams. We all have enough to read - so don't clutter up your affiliate's wall with unnecessary posts. If you do, you run a higher risk of being blocked then your stream is ineffective.

Tracking your ads is very important and the best way to do this is the be very methodical. Use a spreadsheet that tells you where you are advertising and use a keycode for every place you advertise. If you are using safelists you want to also track the 5 major components of your email copy: the subject line, the body, the call to action, the signature line and the PS. For this, track these 1 at a time. If you change to many variables at once, you don't know how to trace the results. You should track your banners, text links, login ads, and everywhere you promote. Every aspect of the promotion is important so track it. The end goal of course is to find that sweet spot that yields the best return on your time and money spent.

Tracking paid ads is a little different from tracking free ads but you still perform the same strategy. Track each component of the ad creative to include the destination url and the landing page. Tracking for clicks, click through, and conversions are paramount. If you are promoting products you also need to know your earnings per click.
