First introduce yourself, then go into a general, friendly conversation as you would with any other acquaintance.

I would suggest, initially, staying with SFI as the subject, explaining their best options on starting (i.e., Fast Tracker Badge), then going on into training.

Explain that SFI is not a get-rich-quick program. It will require their regular attendance at SFI, doing daily tasks. Point out the benefit of reaching EA/EA2, then to concentrate on training before they

What can I do with affiliates who become EA in the first month and then stop, saying SFI is not what they expected?

Try asking them what they had expected it to be. This will give you a clue how to approach them to explain exactly what SFI IS all about.

If they still are not wanting to stay with us, try to encourage them to concentrate on TripleClicks. Maybe they just are not cut out to be a team leader, or they don't have the time, money or knowledge (!!Really??!! With all the training for free, how could they NOT know??) to sponsor or advertise.

Stay in touch with them through team mails

I keep in touch via ecards, Stream, team mail, encouraging them to keep learning, advertising, sponsoring to the best of their abilities.

I also encourage them to participate in TripleClicks by playing games, bidding auctions, buying items.

When they have a page full of badges that indicates to their downlines that they fully participate in ALL of SFI/TC, they send a powerful message to them of what can be accomplished by being fully engaged in helping support the Company,

I have heard about Team Leaders with groups numbering in the tens of thousands! What do they do differently to build such a huge downline?

That's a question I asked myself, too!!

I would say they have spent a good deal of time advertising - both thru SFI advertising and other outside sources - and have managed to land some very energetic, capable PSAs!!

I think they channeled most of their energy/time trolling for personal affiliates, tho, since those would be the ones whose accumulated VPs would go to one's own score.

To those with VERY large teams, I say Good Job! Congratulations to their success.

What should a new ECA do and not do in their first month?

In an ECAs first month, I would recommend they do NOT get all gung-ho on extras, freebies or any other kind of come-on. This could possibly make people feel a lack of confidence in the owners' opinion of his(her) own products. Why? If you have to bribe me to buy something, do you not think highly of it yourself?

Freebies, buy one/get one free sales are good for special occasions (parents days, non-card kind of holidays, etc.) and gift holidays like Christmas, graduations, etc.

By encouraging your PSAs to use their country ECAs you are encouraging them to patronize an ECA, whose sales trickle into the Executive Pool, which helps all of us.

ECAs are part of the overall picture of entrepreneurship that is part of the backbone of SFI/TC, it is a win-win for everyone.

Plus, their shipping rates should be better than international rates, so it should turn out to be cheaper for them, which is always nice!!

Keep on advising them to support their

A blog is a place to spit out what is on your mind, pretty much anything is allowed, within limits of law and decency.

So... Write what is on your mind!:)) Talk about what you like about SFI, TripleClicks. Explain Eager Zebra games. And don't forget the awesome wins that can be had on PriceBenders auctions.

Explain why you joined SFI, what you hope to accomplish in what kind of timeframe. Talk about how you get your PSAs....

Pretend you are talking to a person,

You should carry a stock of Wave3 X-Cards with you whenever you are out and about in the vehicle on which you have the Wave3/TripleClicks window decal.

Whenever someone asks you what it is all about, give them a card along with your explanation. (You should practice at home what you are going to say to open the conversation, it will make it much easier to explain it live.)

It would be wise to also carry some TripleClicks cards with you, too. Give them one of each card, that

What would you say to a PSA who states that their goal is to find an online job involving filling out forms and typing?

While not trying to be rude, ask them politely why they thought an affiliate marketing program would be filling out forms and typing??!

Try to briefly explain to them what is entailed in operating their own business within SFI, hoping they may decide to stay and try their hand..."nothing ventured, nothing gained".

If they still are more interested in filling forms and typing, politely suggest they try their local Unemployment Office, and wish them well!...

Shyness should not be too much of a problem since you can communicate via internet (email, facebook, twitter, etc.) without having face to face meetings with "strangers". Once you are better acquainted, consider Skype or similar system for f-to-f without it actually being physically done.

Internet savvy (which I am not too good at myself) can become a reality by using the Internet Income course as your guide.

Otherwise, use local advertising: put flyers in any lunchbreak
