This is an interesting question, and you must agree with me that such question is not just perculiar to you, but to other affiliates.

Communication is very important when welcoming new affiliates to your team. In this regard, try and make letter Short , Simple and Clear. Remember, starting with ambiguous words, lengthy mails can over load such affiliates and put them off. so its best to Keep It Short and Simple.

After this phase, the next mail should be an individual one to each affiliate that make an effort to log on. Look at their VP ledger, encourage them to finish the get started action to become fast track member within the first 24 hrs that they join to get 250 VERSAPOINT BONUS.

You can also encourage them that if they complete the Get started actions, you can give a gift certificate to purchase the NMP. Thereby, stating the importance and benefits. This will give them a jump start and motivate them. Remember that it is from their actions that you would be able to assist them.

The next mail is to encourage them to go through SFI basis and Launchpad lessons reading it throughly amd understanding it without rushing to acquire the versa points attached to as well as the compensation plan so they know

This is a very nice question and i do hope based on my experience, I would be able to assist you in building a stong team with real active and motivated member.

For us to build a formendable team, we need to:-.
1. Ensuring that you lead by example as such, having a Standing Order of either 100 t credits at $29 with (1200 SVP + AVP ie daily, weekly and monthly actions) to make EA 1500 versa point. Or 125 t credits at $36.25 with (1500 SVP) which automatically makes you an EA monthly. In being an EA monthly, the barge will be displayed on your home page reteriaiting that they begin to enjoy SFI monthly if they ensure they are EAs and above.
2. Having in mind that for us to benefit in SFI, we are not just going to be spending money to maintain our ranks, but rather make purchases that can build an active downline. With that, we can use both online form of recruiting PSAs or offline. By this, word of mouth to relatives, friends etc. If we get active PSAs from any of the above for of recruitment, we will groom and teach them so that they can duplicate my actions.
3. Also, building my team, I would have a standing order of S builder. Usually I advice you buy 2 packs at $21 each to get some PSAS.
4. Also, make purchases of PSA to go (Packs varies as it depends on your budget).

Indeed its a very nice question and based on my experience, I do hope I would be of help.

As it is, people sign up for various reasons mainly to earn quick money overnight. We are all aware of how network marketing works and we also know that for every business owner, he doesn't start recoding a profit until 6 months to a year before he can count his profits. Likewise, that is how SFI business is.

As a good sponsor to our PSAs, PSAs who complain that they are not gerting the desired results, or they are not getting the return on their investment, would need to change the mode of their advertisement, and exploit other areas of making money without spending much money.

Areas I normally advise my PSA are through SFIPPA where the individual you refer if active for 3 months you receive a bounty of $10. With that income, you can use it for purchases on tripleclicks.

Another area is through referrals of ECAs products. Once you refer a potential customer and he makes payment, you would be paid a commission.

Another area is through listing of unwanted items in your home. Once you list the item on tripleclicks and a customer makes payment, SFI wiil retain a norminal fee and the balance is funded in your tripleclicks account.

We as sponsors are always there to encourage our PSAs so that they don't loose forcus and quit.

SFI has really given each affilate the opportunity to earn money (6 different ways of making a residual income) as such, we need to tap into the wealth of resources available on the website.

This is a tricky question as alot of PSAs join out of curiousity, how to make quick cash as the word used to entice them is FREE to JOIN.

Considering that, each affiliate is accountable for themselves. Forninstance, if they have a shop, they need to open every day to transact business and make sales. Without opening their shop, no sales can be made. That is my first approach.

My next approach is to teach and guide them. As a good mentor or sponsor, Let them know you are there to support them in every way explaining to them that its their business and that no matter the little financial commitment they have, that it would go a long way to help build their business.

Do not offer them something that you cannot meet up with or break the bank for. Try to be honest, tactful and helpful to encourage your PSAs

In summary, we should:-

1. Work with the workers & guide them to grow and advance slowly but steadily.
2. Invest your precious time grooming, teaching and training them which is the best investment.

From our Lauchpad lessons, we are aware that Tripleclicks is our Online shop. A place where transactions are done and a sale is concluded commissions are paid via the Tripleclicks Executive Pool.

The role of the Tripleclicks Executive pool in the compensation plan has an important part to play as its based on the shares in the Executive Pool that would be shared amongst all affiliates that have minimum rank of EA.

SFI has indeed given us the liberty and freedom to earn in six (6) different ways immediately we join SFI but all now is dependent on our input. The greater our imput, the greater the rewards.

Basically, every month, we start as an affilate and later rise to the ranks of a team lead. As an affiliate, one can earn via:-

1. Direct commissions:- Commissions made directly from our PSAs or PRMs when they make purchases.

Your next goal should be HOW you can rise to the rank of a Team Leader. To achieve this next level, we need to groom at least 5 Active affiliates (SFI BASIC). To get these active affiliates, we need to Advertise, Advertise and Advertise . By advertisement, it could be by Word of Mouth, Sharing links of unbeatable prices at the auctions, invite friends to play Eager Zebra Games to beat your scores (Opportunity of joining the New Wave3 programme),as well as sharing our affiliate link via fafebook or twitter.

Once we have recruited 5 Active Affiliates or more, we need to encourage them, train and support them so that they can also build a solid team of 5 active affiliates. A student learns and then imparts the knowledge to others to become a teacher. Generally, anyone that joins SFI is a student. With time and knowledge acquired through reading, guiding his/her students then becomes a teacher.

As a Student, you are always ready to read, learn new things, brush up yourselves, look at updates continuously as you are willing to learn. Have in mind that we are not reading for the sake of it , but also understanding what we are reading in general. For instance, if we had joined and IAHBE was exising and it has been changed to 105 t credits monthly and you automatically become an EA, then we should be updated with such information than to tell our downlines the old information. As a sponsor, it doesn't tell well about us as well as an affiliate learning about the business.

Also as a student especially when you are new, you are willing to ask questions, to know more about the business you are doing, places to advertise your affiliate links and the terminologies used. If we ask questions, it shows we have interest in the business and willing to learn which is something positive. Also, we can make research on SFI large library that has millions of questions that are answered by affiliates from around the world as well as forums. Here, responses to questions asked is within the shortest time. This is as a means of learning.

As a Teacher, your role is to become a Mentor or Role model. As a role model, you come in with your wealth of knowledge, experience and expertise.
