Is it wise to 'bribe' your downline with Gift Certificates, TCredits or other incentives? Or does this practice come back and bite you?

Bribing is never a good thing because that means your affiliates are not motivated to succeed or do anything unless you give them something, that means that they did not earn it. So you should never give them any kind of incentive you have to reward them when they do their good work because you want to help them and show them that you care about their success and that you are not simply trying to make money from them.
An affiliate has to work because they want to succeed so the real entrepreneurs don't need to be bribed.

What is a good financial budget to start with for SFI?

Start with $100.00 . This does not mean that you will spend all of it in one day or one month, instead I would try to stretch it out to last for your first three months as an SFI affiliate.
So now the next question is how to spend it wisely which to me is the tricky part. The first investment is a Standing Order of one pack of 100 TCredits firstly because it costs about $29.95 a month and you will get 1200 VP every month.
With my T Credits month I would suggest you use at least 10 of them for member listing or garage sales so that you can get some cash so that this can be used for buying advertising material
especially gift cards and pay an ECA To design a graphics page to promote them. The idea of using these Cards is for prospects to redeem them for TCredits and member Reward points so in the Graphics page they get simple instructions on how to redeem the giftCards and they also get to learn about EagerZebra Games, Member Listings, and Pricebender Auctions so from your TC members you will earn maybe another $200.00 a month if they buy TCredit Packs.
I would then buy a pack of 10 TCredits for $5.99 to replace the ones used for the member listing.
EBooks: TripleClicks sells many types of eBooks, some have resell rights so that means you can Spend another $10 or$15 on these so you can sell them.
The idea is to start with a small budget that will give you the best ROI or Return on Investment.

What are some methods to attract ECAs in areas where many do not yet trust online businesses?

I think that the best way to attract ECAs is by allowing them to connect (meaning to contact ECA by phone or email) so that they can tell them how good it is to become a vendor on TC. If you are an ECA then you can share your own success story but if you have good connections with ECAs that you purchase every month from then you can collect their email addresses and give it to others.
The best way to get first hand info is from ECA's themselves.

"Do not put all your eggs in one basket" This applies to making money online but it also applies to advertising so from the beginning your downline must learn not to depend on only one single method. They must first start with people they know but still more than one method should be used when advertsing so they can get better chances at signups.
Beginners can start out by word of mouth to friends, family and acquaintances by letting them know that they started a business on SFI and they are trying it out for free to see how it works out for them and with this they can prove that SFI is free to join and try so this is the first step to advertising.
The next step is by email and social bookmarking if they have a good emailing list they can use that to their advantage by sending e-cards which look more attractive than simple emails because it includes very nice pictures that speak louder than words.
Have you heard of Share it posts? This is a must not just for beginners but any affiliate who reaches a milestone such as winning the daily Grand or becoming Executive Affiliate within the first month or achieving the fast track badge that can be used for posting and bragging to their close friends on Facebook, Pinterest, twitter etc...
The problem here with FACEBOOK is that the SFI Gateways are blocked so they must read the instructions on how to cloak the SFI links so that they can be posted.
One big recommendation is for you to create a group or a set of groups for all of your affiliates both beginner and advanced to post their text ads in conjunction with FACEBOOK pictures that SFI provides for posting You know in the marketing center.
I chose these methods because they are 100% free especially for beginners who are financially challenged so in the first month or two they can advertise until they can afford to buy the promo cards or print out the flyers.

My answer to this question is based on the article I read in the SFI News. It is an amazing marketing tool for SFI and Tripleclicks because studies show that almost half the people who surf the internet are game players. So the billions of people worldwide play games on the internet which provides a huge market for making lots of money so of course as the article says, SFI is going all in. The point is when you and affiliates play the Zebra Games and the other ones too, SFI will make lots of money which will in turn give you higher commissions, so in plain English you will get paid for playing games. VersaPoints: On the to do list you will see this game listed in the daily activities, so you can make 1 vp everyday which then would add up to 200vp every month. The Time Machine Game may not seem very important at first but more games will be added.

Marketing Tool: SFI Created Banners for this game so if you have your own website or a blog you should paste them. The point is SFI is using this game to attract more people to Tripleclicks. The idea is to get more traffic to this ecommerce site, which then will attract customers and new ECA's alike which will then provide benefits such as more products added, better prices for sale, lower shipping costs etc.. so the better Tripleclicks gets the better money and benefits for you. So we as affiliates participate in these games so that we can use it to get more customers and then in return TC will give us a better service.

Which of the SFI LaunchPad lessons is best...and why?

The entire launchpad is something special so honestly I am not able to single out which one is the best, I can say that there are individual lessons that speak to me louder than the others because I have always had problems with patience in many aspects of my life. In this situation such as starting a business I have never been patient when it came to making money or getting customers. So I am thinking about 2 chapters right now, One is about " Getting Rich overnight... Not which is day 11. and the other one I am thinking about is " The Big Funnel" Day 16. They both speak to me about how it takes time for Making money and getting active affiliates that will make the money.
I am trying to say here that every chapter is amazing because they teach one aspect of Marketing so each chapter is unique and special but neither one is better than the rest. So you must read the launchpad and apply what you have learned and then evaluate your results and then you will know for yourself which lesson is the best for you.

What should I do when I receive inactive CSAs?

Think of this as a goldmine or a diamond mine either way it is the same thing. Looking for and active affiliate (PSA or CSA) is like looking for gold, you spend days, that turn into weeks, and weeks that turn into months and the months turn into about a year or more, here is the point, it takes a long time for miners to find the gold or diamond they are looking for but it takes lots of perseverence.
You have to use your geneology report as a filter to clean out all the dirt and junk to see if a gold nugget comes out(an active affiliate). This process is just repetitive, everymonth you get affiliates in your geneology but it will take a while to strike gold.
You want to know how to get inactive affiliates to become active on SFI? The answer is you use them for practice, you send them emails anywhere from one to two or three times a week, to share important information and powerful lessons that you learn and that is all you can do on your part, it is up to them to read your emails and respond, some may respond and some may not. What I am trying to say here is that you cannot force them to be active, all you can do is check up on them to see which ones are active and which ones are not, the ones that are not then you simply cannot work with them they have to do their part, so all you have to do is keep on waiting and doing your own stuff to grow your business and soon you will find a diamond.

In my opinion I think that it is a very brilliant idea to create resources online that can help affiliates learn how to build a business on SFI because lots of affiliates come from other countries and obviously do not speak English very well. You can create your own network to help non English Speakers to advertise and much more.
You can set up your websites on Wordpress, or create a blog on Blogspot or you can even check out Global Domains International to set up your forum, seminar or a network at www.gdi.ws

How can you build your SFI business on a tight budget?

On a really tight budget then I would say that you concentrate on accumulating versapoints from the red tabs, the daily, and weekly activities to get your points and for the first two months or three months you should save at least $50, $100 or $200 a month from your paycheck so you can afford to buy products on TripleClicks ( I recommend buying $1.00 ebooks with resale rights). For example if you accumulate 6 thousand versapoints every month that would give you three dollars and if you have at least one or two affiliates that make 1500 vp or higher you can earn matching vp(containing another $1.00 or more) plus direct commissions or co sponsor commissions if your affiliates buy anything.
The point is after two or three months on SFI you can also use some of the commissions accumulated to invest on building SFI.
On TripleClicks I recommended buying ebooks with resale rights so that you can put them on a CD or send it to emails of people who buy from you so that can help you with your budget some.
I would save money for two months or so to buy enough tcredits so that you can do a junk yard sale so that you can make enough money to invest on SFI.
Do you know anybody who has products then maybe you can refer ECA's and earn money from the products they sell and the points you accumulate from every product they list.
Think about it.

What's the best way to advertise the TCards to motivate prospective PRM's to play Eager Zebra games?

The best method I can think of is having a Capture link created with a splash page advertising gift cards and in it should include info about the Eager Zebra games. With this you can collect a mailing list both email and postage and then you send a gift card and a flyer about the Time machine game and how to win.
