2016 promises to be the best year yet for my business. I don't plan to make any drastic change but I will definitely be focused on TL & support and growth. If I can encourage my team to take 6 simple steps toward DTL, I will see tremendous growth in sales also. What I intend to do is to do all of the following:

1. Be an awesome sponsor.

2. Be a Top Enroller

3. Become a Top Sponsor - make the top 100.

4. Become a Top Co-sponsor -make the top 100

5. Sponsor 25 Active ECAs - encourage your PSAs to sell products on TripleClicks.

6. Become a Diamond Team Leader

With proper support, all of these will be realized in 2016. Wish me godspeed and I hope to see you at the top.

Honestly, the A2A program is designed to provide an additional support option for affiliates. It is an excellent tool to use to find & share ideas to grow your SFI business. So how do you pick your 10 friends? You select among those that reach out to you. No everyone is interested in collaboration. While this might be strange, others see it as increased competition in the marketplace. So the rules of success apply: work with workers and I'll add those that wish to work with you. Some people say that you should pick the best and strongest that lead by example and have proof by their badges. I tend to disagree.

You have to be able to see the mutual benefit in sharing. In other words, I not going to seek out DTLs as some of them may think that you are trying to 'steal' their trade secrets! But an executive affiliate that wants to go TL is open to recommendations as well they may have a few of their own. This makes it a win/win for everyone involved. In the end, always give more than you expect and you will be pleasantly surprised that people don't care how much you know until they know how much you care and are willing to help.

Here are 5 things you should avoid when talking about SFI to your prospects.

1. Don't do all of the talking. Listen and watch for clues from your prospects. If they are interested in what you are saying they will show some sign.

2. Share a story or experience you've had with SFI instead of trying to get them to join the business. People love stories. If you tell your friends when you see them, join this business with me and you can make money in your spare time. The first thing they are going to ask you is. . . Are you making money with this? If you are silent for 1 second because you don't know how to answer this question they will assume that you are not; therefore, why are you asking me to join?

3. Don't fake it. They can tell.

4. Dont' make any promises that you can not keep. Join me today and I'll help you make 15000 dollars a month!

5. Don't be a know-it-all. Keep your presentation short and sweet. Telling them every single thing about SFI give them no room for questions. You want them to have questions so peak their curiosity and leave after you give them your card to check out the site!

The bottom line is profits and profits are generated when people spend money. Affiliates are more concerned about making money without spending money.

Just like any organization SFI is diverse. There are many was to earn and many paths to achieve the goal. So the best approach is to simplify the process and of course 'stick with the basics'.

SFI is a network marketing company powered the the TripleClicks sales platform. They have been doing business since 1998 and they are a member of the Better Business Bureau in the state of the corporate entity. The vision of SFI is simple - to provide a medium where anyone can make money online using a internet capable device.

At it's core is sharing savings and bargains on name brand merchandise and prices below retail - know as referring TripleClicks members. These members can shop and save everyday. Every can save by spreading the news to their friend, family, acquaintances and where ever they go - known as W3. I like to say its a win, win, win for everyone that's involved.

First of all, if a business is on Alibaba they have good reason to be there. We are not trying to dissuade merchants from using whatever channel they think is best for their business. Do this and you will probably offend most of them or get flagged as a spammer.

Instead, why not shop their stores and understand what their marketing strategy is? Just because someone sells on Ebay doesn't mean that they are a serious seller. So you need to build rapport with the merchant. Partner with them to some degree. Then present the TripleClicks all-in-one solution. Any businessman or businesswoman can recognize value when they see it. Let them decide to come to TripleClicks and then help them make a profitable transition.

In conclusion I am quite sure that many sellers will be flocking to TripleClicks in the very near future because our Alexa ranking is continuing to improve. We boast over 4 million members. Everything about benefits are right there in the compensation plan. The main one being that you can salvage your extra stuff and clean out your closet, attic, basement, or the storage. Most folks have stuff that they can salvage. The average home in the US has about 3 to 4 TVs in it. Why? When kids are home, they have TVs in their rooms and when they leave often these get left behind. The same with child toys, and clothes that are no longer your size.

It's good to give some of this stuff away. But why not make a few extra dollars to help out on the bills? Besides, you keep 100% of your profit when it comes the member listings. You can take that money and use it as a present or save it for a rainy day. Better yet, if you are an affiliate, why not use the money to bootstrap your SFI business. Really, the benefits of member listings are endless.

If you can't sponsor PSAs on your own, it is a good idea to invest in the SBuilder or PSAs 2Go or even ECA sellers who sell PSAs. I favor the notion that you shouldn't invest money in PSAs when you know full well that you are not going to support them. Some people are looking for a 'set it and forget it' system to grow your business and of course buying PSAs is definitely not set and forget.

However you can set a standing order for 50 PSAs or so and you will add this number to your network on autopilot! This doesn't guarantee their activity or your success as everyone involved must earn versa points to achieve milestones. Duplication is not only necessary but mandatory.

So I recommend that you start buying PSAs as soon as possible. Why? We have multiple forms of support which include the forum which is available 24 hours per day! Any PSAs can ask a question on the forum and get an answer in a reasonable period of time. Sponsors live in different time zones so support my be delayed which doesn't help the new PSAs to get started quickly. Be ready to support your PSAs with all the resources you have and then if you can't answer a question then reach out to your other support lines.

While there are a myriad of strategies available to you through the SFI affiliate center, Ask SC, the forum and through A2A, do not stop with just one way of doing things. It's always safer to spread your promotions across multiple channels as long as you track for improvement. Provide these strategies to all of your affiliates and let them choose which work best for them.

Free advertising is laborious and some may say the return on the invest of time is nominal. Nevertheless, we can't afford to sit idle and curse the lack of funds. We must work diligently to do what we can and provide addition support to those that do so in the form of gift certificates, reassignments, TCredits, and one-to-one mentoring.

SFI is really very simple and it doesn't need a long lengthy explanation about all the attributes of the program. As a matter of fact the less you say the better of you are when it comes to face to face recruiting.

I recommend that you tell your prospect this: "SFI is a way to supplement your income working from home with a computer and an internet connection. If you would like to join, here's what you need to do:"

1. Give them your referral information.
2. Tell them to verify their email address.
3. Tell them to log in and click the START link in the upper left.

Tell them to get back with you for further instructions. When you give people too much information it will only confuse them. Always let them initiate the contact. Always give simple straightforward steps. No more that 2 or 3 at a time. This process of walking the prospect through builds rapport and trust.
