If you could completely start over with SFI today, knowing what you know now, what would you do differently?

Hello, friends.
Now beginning to work in SFI in the first three months I would spent in work and learning as if preparing exam in college. Then I'd invested in 125 TC SO and all the time I would ask the best way to make a good team and worked on it. By creating a team I would have enjoyed the fruits of my labor. I think it will be wise to wait a little to enjoy and some more work to have.
How do you get new PSAs to commit to SFI?

How do you get new PSAs to commit to SFI?
I think only by example and if you are lucky to find person who need extra income and find out that income is here in SFI. That future can be safer with SFI. If someone see and believe that SFI is real secure work he will be committed. And again, the best way to prove that to them is your own example and results.
