The answer depends on how much time you can give to each and every sponsored PSA to reach EA and to teach them develop EAs themselves?

If you sponsor hundreds of PSAs every year are you going to give equal time to every one? Naturally not. You will give more time who is active and deserving, isn't it?

Don't you think if you sponsor a few PSAs and focus on all active out of those you sponsored who are deserving your attention to teach them to develop EAs themselves then your time will be more productive?

As such I feel if the PSA you have sponsored is self motivated and has an average IQ and has real desire and passion to develop himself/ herself as a successful SFI affiliate he/ she can read all the information available on SFI Affiliate center and grasp it , will understand the benefit of becoming EA every month and can develop EAs by own efforts rather than seeking help from you.

If they do not understand the program then they should ask you to explain it to them and you should also check if anyone from your team has not understood it or needs your help.

Please ask this person what was the bad experience he/ she suffered? Whether some initial investment was needed to join? whether the credit card information was stolen? whether commission was not disbursed at regular time?

Try to find out for how many years is this online business opportunity providing company in the market. Try to get Alexa rating for its website and trust rating.Show SFI and Tripleclicks alexa rating ( Must be higher than any other such company's rating)

How many Action versa points you earned? Due to these versa points did you achieve EA or Team leader position sooner?
How many TC you earned ?
Were you offered "Bribe" of T credits?
How was your feeling when you WON a knowckout Trivia?
How you felt when your country's flag was shown as a winning country?
By participating in Knowckout trivia did you enrich your knowledge? Was it useful out side SFI? Sure it can be used elsewhere.

These answers can be useful to share with your affiliates to induce them to play Knockout Trivia. May be you can transfer a T credit each to your affiliates at Start.

Now you can go through top products with highest rating. Which one you feel are more helpful for your business? T credits? Or NUTRITION products or products that provide you PSAs or Advertising packages? Based on your requirement assessment.

My recommendation is buy 125 TC or 200TC use them in DP auctions, Earn MRPs, also get PSA when you use 50 TCs in auctions. You can Try once PSAs to Go too.

You can Promote Nutrition products and get PRMs who are interested to buy Nutrition products every month. This way you can maintain EA status because you will earn corresponding VPs.

You Are the Sponsor of PSAs and Co- Sponsor of CSAs. They are your team members. You are their LEADER. You need not Pursue them. Set and example to them in such a way that they would be eager to FOLLOW your example to develop their business. Through the methods suggested under " Be an Awesome Sponsor" Focus your energies on Active Team Members , either PSA or CSA .Let them follow you , ask you for help/ask you questions/ ask your suggestions/ share their problems/ share their success stories instead of you Pursuing them( Chasing them)

Both PSAs and CSAs are equally important for your business.

Let us first get some basic things clear.

Success is a Journey and not a destination.

However normally people assume that one is successful if he or she reaches some benchmark such as become a millionaire or gets a promotion. Actually these are the events that happened during the journey. The journey has highs and lows. We turn blind eye to lows but excessively give importance to the highs.

One should not compare the success of others. Because Their journey may have different cycles than your journey.

Now coming to my success in SFI... Greatest challenge was to overcome fear of failure. I want to give an example. I never had a dream that won an auction. In fact I had no ambition to win a particular product. How ever I wanted to win an auction and to show my team and others that in SFI people can really win auctions at cheap price and it is not a fake thing.

However I had fear that may be someone else has more money( T credits) than me so I will not win an auction.

I reminded myself that if I do not overcome my fear I will not be able to feel the joy of winning an auction at all.( I wanted to win without making an attempt to win!) . I knew that just having enough t credits does not ensure a win in an auction. In auction you need to have patience too. I need to decide when to put my bid and when to wait and watch and save my t credits.

Finally I won the auction . Before this auction I was determined to win but was ready to loose it too ( Here is the difference , I was ready to accept failure after trying). And I knew that if I do not make a courage to participate in auction I will never win.

So it was my fear of failure - my main challenge. And I accepted the fact that unless I play the game I cannot say whether I can loose or I can win. Sitting in the fence and watching others will not help me in what I want to achieve. Once I broke my fear I can proudly say that I was successful in reaching one goal post in the journey of SFI.

As a team leader you should be monitoring your team members performance and should be supporting only Movers from your team to advance in their business. You should offer them share in Co-op , Arrange contest for motivating the good performers, Identify the strengths of your team members and should be motivating and encouraging and teaching them the techniques and methods to use these strengths to grow the business.

Sending mail to all is just a click away. You do not need to spend extra time to send emails to all the group members. So I suggest if you are sending supportive emails keep on sending them to all irrespective of their VPs.

However it will be in your interest if you send these "0 VP" PSAs/ CSAs emails on their registered personal emails ids. If they are checking regularly the email id with which they signed up, some time they might think of logging in to SFI after seeing your weekly emails /attractive subject line or reading the content of the email.
