People are by nature curious. Who knows what else is out there on the horizons. Even though one is in a program the interest in others will always sway our thoughts. However, it is only when we test the waters that we become convinced of something. I am sure that SFI was not the very first program we ever joined!

Therefore, it may be quite difficult if not impossible to prevent people for introducing other programs to your downline - unless they feel totally committed to their business. Your job therefore will be to help them to become just that. You cannot force information on them though. They have to be willing to apply what you give them.

If you have been the best leader you can be and you have helped them to deal with their fears, doubts and obstacles, been there for them and have been communicative; then just let them go if they want to.

I assure you that in time, they will realize that SFI has the best to offer - the best training programme the best support group, the best tools and the best commission compensation plan.

If after all you do they are content to remain out there, then they maybe never belonged in SFI.

Versa Points are divided into two categories - Sales and Action. To gain more Sales VPs you must increase your purchases and encourage others to purchase items. If you purchase a different product each month, you will have the additional advantage of completing a review of each product/purchase and receive 25 Action Points for each review. For all of your PRMs you will receive VPs of the product they purchased.

There are over 90,000 products to choose from. Every week/month prepare a list of products that you think your friends will be interested in and post this to them on a regular basis. If you choose products that you actually use you can share this information with them and let them know how useful you found the item to be.

To increase your Action VPs you must complete all your daily, weekly and monthly tasks. A standing order gives you 100 VPs each month. You can then concentrate on increasing your downline. Each EA2 and above gives you at least 100 VPs each month of their qualification.

You need to look for the most cost effective ways of recruiting affiliates. Advertising, Sponsoring/Duplicating and Referrals are the most cost effective ways that immediately come to mind. You can use Low cost or free advertising. Place your gateways on all social media. Create your own blog/website. Use the classifieds and warm advertising to family and friends. Be creative and make use of the many marketing aids and banners provided by SFI.

Long term goals are important but vary for each individual. Once we set a long term goal, our subconscious mind will never “erase” it. (Alberta School of business) No matter where we live, what we do and how old we are, our subconscious will continue actively searching for ways to achieve our long term goals. Having long term goals allows us to see beyond today’s work and keep our motivation high.

Guide your PSA on what should be done. Achieve this by referring him to specific areas of SFI’s training and reminding them to stick to the basics. Give tips on how to market the business. For example, explain ways in which advertisements can be sent out. If possible, give some free advertising sites. Your help to them will eventually benefit you.

Too much information too suddenly can lead to information overload and may even cause him to discontinue as he feels swamped. This stress is induced by receiving more information than is necessary to make a decision at the time, or that can be understood and digested even though he makes the attempt to deal with it. So be careful if this area.

The main idea is to help your PSA to feel comfortable and know that you are there to help him in every step of the way. So be open minded and discuss anything he wants.

There are actually seven income earning opportunities in SFI! Each one is unique and should be given attention.

My suggestion is that you study each one in detail. Observe how other affiliates are using that particular opportunity and how beneficial it can be. If you like, you can even discuss it with your a2a friends and sponsor. Spend enough time on that opportunity to know how well it can work for you. Choose the one that allows you the best profitable income. Eventually you will master it.

Here's my tip. I promote and market a few products. I am its first user then I share my thoughts with my friends who then purchase. I prepare a flier with my favorite products (approx 7) and I distribute the fliers to friends. Once they are regular customers, I move on to another area and eventually I have multiple income earners.

However, you will eventually find which works best for you and that is where you should put your focus. Naturally, yo can focus on more than one, but be careful to manage them well.

You are already successful!! You are an EA2! Your success can further be enhanced by meeting your goals. Set your goals and work on one at a time. Put them where you can see them, learn from those before you and expand your own knowledge. So your goal is to build a team! Great! Break that into smaller parts by making it a goal to recruit one or two affiliates! To achieve this you have to do something everyday. Each daily action will be a step toward your success.

Anyone who joins SFI starts at the same position 0 VP. It's up to that individual whether to say or give up. Every affiliate has approximately 3000 VP available through training. Your objective is to help them the best way you can to accept these reward points by simply logging in. In the initial stages, it may take some time to convince them but that depends on the tactic you use.

Learning the system is a matter of choice, desire and commitment. SFI will reward each affiliate for that action. No one is forced to commit and no payment is necessary. Once they have completed the first month, you now take them to the second month. Remember, the idea is to convince them to stay just as you were taught.

One strategy I use is to recruit at least 2 persons each month. Then each month you will be able to accumulate 200 action points them. Encourage them to open their own store and upload an image, that’s another 200 points. Encourage them to sign up two persons, and repeat all those actions. You can now set up a contest where you can award them for staying the course. Give Gift Certificate so that they can join Wave 3 and gain additional TCredits and MRPs.

Once they begin completing reviews and appreciating the use of the TCredits and the many competitions available, they will be hooked! This has been my experience and I encourage you to try it. Concentrate on assisting one or two persons at a time. Become their friend and help them to build confidence in SFI.

Be consistent in completing your daily tasks and be a good sponsor/co-sponsor. Put all your effort into these actions and you will always have something to build on.

The phyical plastic card has a professional SFI log/emblem. If you really feel the digital card must look like a physical one and you do not wish to use the current SFI logo you may have to employ the services of a professional graphic designer. This will help to maintain the standard set by SFI. However this can be expensive. But, is this really necessary for successful distribution?

Both the Physical and Digital Gift Cards serve the same purpose. The lucky recipients will go to the URL and enter the Redemption Code. They'll then complete a quick, simple TripleClicks member registration. You will be recorded as their Referrer and they'll become your Personally Referred TripleClicks Member.

For example, one method in the beginners range is as follows: “Post SFI flyers on public bulletin boards in your area grocery stores, fitness centers and gyms, college student unions, Laundromats, and anywhere else that has boards for public postings.”
