In a word, Yes. However, you must be willing to nurture and train your new and active PSAs from the beginning. Follow them from your Genealogy Report and More Importantly from you Movers Page. You can use the Email address provided for each PSA for direct mail. Use the Team Mail system from your Genealogy or Movers pages and there is Live Chat, when accessible. Communication is the key to a successful downline.
Each S-Builder purchase may provide up to 8 or more new PSAs over 3 to 6

My best suggestions are:

Prepare yourself.
Play the Pick the Price, until you win a few.
Timing is everything and this takes patience.
Know the players.
Watch, only, when there is multiple bidders. 3 or more.
Study the auction Tips for Winning.
Bid only what you can afford to loose.
Do not bid out of frustration.

IF you feel the luck, it is probably there.

Your next move to maintain a Bronze Team Leader or higher will require earning a minimum of 3000 Versapoints each month. I have provided a minimum action list below.

Other responsibilities include maintaining your Leadership Page and a 3 star or better sponsor rating with continued support and training communication with your downline. As you grow your business the VP earning options increase from the strength of your downline.

The short answer is to never give up. Continue to include them in your weekly Tips and Update Emails. In my two years of experience with SFI I have had affiliates respond 11 months after their initial registration to become active. Not many, but, if you give up on all you may miss those few.
My best recommendation is to keep your Team Messages, as well as, your Where Did You Go messages friendly, encouraging and a reminder of the SFI program advantages. Always keep the door open and let them

There are a few options and they take time and work. You must:

Learn how to use the free advertising methods given in the Marketing Tab on the SFI Home Page.
Teach yourself to foster a people attitude and call on local merchants.
Pass out fliers and cards at Street Fairs, Art Fairs, Parking lots, House to house, where ever there are potential PSAs, PMAs or ECAs.
Post on bulletin boards.
Use all the Social Internet sites available to you.
Canvass neighborhoods with
