I think that better goal is to teach a smaller number of EA to each develop EAs themselves, but how to discover them?
So in this point we get back to the beginning. A lot of people sponsors hundreds of new PSAs to find between them the best which can and wish to develop EAs themselves.
Or, you can carefully choose people around you, at your work, your neighbors, cousins etc. which can be a new EAs or maybe STL in your team.
It is much harder when you live in the country where everybody need a job but do not have a money to buy something from TripleClicks online store.

I think that the best is 125 TC SO, which gives you 1500 VP and EA status in a day of the month which you choose. Very good is 100 TC SO with 1200 VP, a little cheaper, but good and with that you easily come to EA status. But if you eat healthy food, Advanced Liquid Nutrition - 32 oz. Bottle will be just great, because that also gives you 1500 VP and EA status.

I think that is one of the best products TripleClicks Gift Cards--30 cards €23.76. Owner of SFI, Gery also wrote in several places that this is one of the best products for SFI business. First of all, it is a gift, that fact open you the door of your customer, which can be your very best PSA or best buyer on TripleClicks.
One card is less than 1 euro, really cheap isn't is?

If you can not access the SFI Affiliate Center others can. So, advertise and let them work if they are interested. X-cards are very good for advertising SFI or TripleClicks, Wave 3 X-cards also. Gift cards are excellent for advertising because they are gift in the first place so you can deliver them to. "Word of mouth" is sometimes much more powerful than internet marketing, so use it. In a word, you can do a lot by advertising.

I think that in this job you can succeed after some time when you make a good working team. If others made a success - that mean it is possible to do so- that fact make me persevere on SFI. What is the price? The price is my time and work and a small investment in exchange for salary which should grow every month - it seems like good opportunity when you compare with other jobs in my country. In the middle of all this is my need for extra income. This is my point of view.

Definitely, in person. If you do that in person you deliver emotional message about TripleClicks, about SFI which is very important and valuable. Gift card have its value but how much will people go further, it is important question. Will he just spend credits and MRP from cards or he will buy something more at TripleClicks or he will became best player at auctions-all that are possibilities. What will be also depend on our explanation, on our story about all this. That is my opinion.

I think I will not be wrong if I say- everyone SFI's banner is very good for attracting for new PSA's. Which is the best- depends on your targeting. There are several different banners- for young people who want to start a job at home, for people who want to change the job and take a serious business (honey I fired the boss) , for people who are in pension or prepare themselves for pension ..Special target require special banners.

When you advertise in many places, like facebook, twitter, linkedin, some sites for free ads, you have limit for the number of character which you use. So you must in the ads provide less information, but if you ads leads future affiliates or buyer to your blog and then to SFI, you can provide much more information in your blog. First less in the ads after more in the blog or website.

Why is it important to have team members to take on leadership roles?
I think, in short, this is the best way to spread your team further. If you have leaders in your team they will make their own good team which will be a part of your team. If you have stronger team, you have more VPs, more commissions and greater possibilities to aim higher and dream bigger.
