How do you explain to prospects what SFI is about in a simple way?

The simplest explanation I can think of is affiliate marketing from home and Sponsoring Affiliates. SFI offers affiliates the opportunity to make money by promoting products from TripleClicks and when someone buys then you make money, sponsoring is getting people to sign up for SFI and then you help them to get started by training them and then if they make money you do to. The rest is on the website so you just give them your gateway so anyone can get more details.
I also know that youtube has videos that explain in the simplest way possible so maybe if you are not good at explaining things then you can always share links from Youtube and paste them on your SFI fanpage on facebook or your own FB wall.
I wish you lots of success.

Which marketing methods should we be recommending to our new PSAs?

With New PSA's it all depends on if they are new to online marketing or if they already have experience with this kind of business there are also other factors such as the country they are located in and the language they speak.
If they are new and do not know much about marketing it is best that they use 100% free methods such as advertising online by sending ecards or emails with TEXT ads attached to their signature in order to sponsor affiliates.
If they have printers and can afford the ink then you can also recommend the flyers The tabbed ones so that they get TC members or for selling specific products.
Since you are a team leader you can create a fan page on facebook for yourself to collect email addresses and or you can purchase mailing lists so that your PSA's can advertise by email and postal mail.
The point is with new affiliates you start with the beginner marketing methods and you should also provide in their emails a list of traffic exchange sites for them to sign up for and have you as their sponsor on the same TE sites you are registered in so that they can promote their gateways and banners there.
Have a very good summer.

My approach to attracting new affiliates isn't working. What should I do now?

The most logical thing to do is to stop with what you are doing and then take the time to learn different approaches.
Advertising is about trying a few methods and then see what works and what does not work, so if your approach is not working then do something different.
At this moment in time I would take a break and then go into IAHBE, Training area in the affiliate center and look at the sponsoring section to learn how to go about advertising SFI. I would also check the forum and ask SC for answers.
One of the things I learned when I was posting ads in the Groups on Facebook was that in the Social Book Marking sites you have to establish actual business relationships with people you meet, don't just put up ads and then expect people to sign up, or a fellow affiliate told me that Social Networks is about Socializing with people not just recruiting.
I took an ebay course about listing products that you sell I learned that you don't just describe a product but you actually have a conversation with people, you have to present it as something that you want to sell, you don't just list for the sake of listing.
So bottom line is to take the time to learn new ways to advertise and then try them out but don't be in a hurry or don't be so desperate to recruit people.
:) I hope this helps.

I've been in SFI for one year now with no success. What should I do now?

I think you should take the time to reflect on what you have done on SFI and what you were supposed to do but did not do so that in your second year you can do better I mean take the time to see what mistakes you have been making in order to learn from them.
I would take the time to look at the " Rules of Success" if you did not do this in your first year then in your second year I recommend printing this out and taking your time to not just read but reflect on what it is trying to teach you. But don't try to read it and learn all the rules in one day because it will overwhelm you.
The Launchpad: If you did not print this out then I suggest you do so that you can have a workbook for you to read when you are not on your computer. Spend your second year learning from this so that you can see where you went wrong in your first year.
Contact your upline: Were you trying to succeed on SFI on your own? Are you in touch with your upline, by that I mean do you read the emails that are sent to you? Do you write to them? if you answered no then you must start doing this. Your upline is there to teach you and guide you on the journey to building your own business.
If you did not succeed it is probably because you have not learned how SFI Works so if you made the mistake of not reading the resources and focusing on learning before you can teach others how to succeed then do the opposite in your second year.
Good Luck and persevere, you will succeed.

If someone asks me about TripleClicks, what can I say that is both brief and will get them interested in TripleClicks?

Tripleclicks is a store just like Ebay and Amazon. These two stores are very well known so if you tell people in general about Tripleclicks it will be very easy to understand because the first thing that comes to mind is selling products for bargain hunters and garage sale lovers to shop.
As an SFI affiliate you earn money when you buy products for yourself which marks a very big difference from Ebay and Amazon. In order to get people interested is by telling them that on Tripleclicks SFI affiliates make more money because you earn income from two streams one is the Executive Pool from the Sales VP you accumulate every month and Direct commissions which is 45% of the money that comes right out of your buyer's pocket.
With Amazon you have to pay in order to have a webpage and you also have to pay a small fee for listing your products I mean the same thing is true when you do a garage sale. On Tripleclicks your TConnect page is free because you are a member and all you need are TCredits to list your products.
The point is that in order for people to understand what kind of store Tripleclicks is you tell them the similarities that it has with EBay and Amazon and you also explain the differences between them in order for people to be interested. It is important to tell them about the Eager Zebra games and auctions because this marks the big difference.
So you wanted a simple answer so I gave you one. I hope it answers your question.

I am going to answer your question by sharing my own experience, a few months ago my CSA asked me a question that I didn't know the answer to. He asked me what payment methods can he use to buy products on Tripleclicks because in his country none of the payment options offered by TC are not available. I wrote an email to the support team and they told me two possibilities, one is TCurrency account and the other Localpay they even gave me links from here on SFI to read and get answers to this question.
I then did my own research in the affiliate center on the tips tab I looked in the "Tips" tab and clicked on the links in the powertips section and I found allot of useful articles that I copied and pasted and sent them to my CSA via email. I even gave him the answer given to me by the support team, so I didn't just answer this question in one email but every time I found a tip in the tips tab or I looked up the FAQ section or glossary I would share it with him.
My answer to your question is to check out the powertips, FAQ, and affiliate tips and even the tips tab to see if you find the answer to any specific question your affiliate asks, and you can even contact the support team like I did.

Is it a good idea to reassign your PSAs to someone in their own country?
Elizabeth Freites, Aff (New york, US)

Affiliate since: 12/06/2012, Power Rank: 677
Yes if you have other PSAs in the same country as him/her. The most important thing is to reassign to a downline member who speaks the same language as the person being reassigned. An example of this is that if you have an African PSA who speaks French but your other african team members live in the UK and speak only English then you will not be able to reassign to them but if you have a French Canadian PSA then you can reassign your french speaking african to the French Canadian ( because he/she speaks French).
If it is possible to reassign an affiliate so someone in the same country then it would be fabulous because that way they can meet in person and communicate much easier or even communicate on the phone, and guess what even if you reassign an PSA it will still be your affiliate but in the second generation instead of the first and you will make better matching VP because communication in your downline will be much easier when the same language is understood.
I wish you a lot of success, see you at the top!

What is SFI's most important tool to use for building a successful business?
Elizabeth Freites, Aff (New york, US)
3/25/2015 10:12 pm
Affiliate since: 12/06/2012, Power Rank: 677
Your answer in one single word is ADVERTISING.
SFI offers many different streams of income which you can read in the basics, Compensation Plan but in order to make money out of these income streams you have to advertise in order to let people know that SFI and Tripleclicks exists. Why do you think SFI is providing you with Marketing Tools in the affiliate center for free and paid ones on Tripleclicks?
If you read day 2 on the Launchpad you will also find a link that leads you to the "about SFI" page. In there you will learn about Gery Carson and the Corporation that owns this program and it will also allow you to see how this business became so successful.
It boils down to marketing and advertising as the lifeblood to this and any other business. For almost 20 years affiliates have been using both online and offline methods to Sponsor affiliates and sell products. I am sure that Gery Carson himself had to do the work of spreading the word about SFI and Tripleclicks when he first started to build his business and get his first signups and sell his first TC product. That is you can have a very high valued diamond but if you do not send the message out there to people no one will know that you exist then you will not make a dime.
Readers are leaders but remember you have to throw yourself out there on the internet to start earning. Best wishes

How can you determine what TripleClicks product(s) a person might be interested in?

Has it ever occurred to you that people in general have basic needs? What do I mean? Everyone for example needs to buy soap and shampoo for taking a shower and we all need toothpaste and toilet paper etc... We all need to buy laundry detergent and household cleaning products. So this is the first department you need to tackle. The first store I would look at is Tripleclicks Direct then check out ECA's to see what they offer in order to know if their store is worth promoting or not.
The rest depends on the lifestyles of every individual. I advise you to start by making a list of people you know and family. Then see what kind of products they usually buy and then look them up on Tripleclicks to see if it is sold there. Here is an example:You have a friend who likes to buy video games but in the stores the Xboxes are to expensive or he can't find the one he wants so what do you do? Search on Tripleclicks to see if they have it and if it is cheaper, and you can also check the auctions to see how cheap you can get it and then you sell it retail.
When it comes to strangers then I would recommend referring them to the TC member or Auctions and even the eager zebra games. In this way Tripleclicks will send them emails of new products being added and other deals to check out for themselves.
SFI affiliates is another target for you because this is something that will help you get the best sales and get higher commissions. The products that will interest them are more than obvious!By this I am talking TCredits for standing orders, games, listings etc... Websites and Domains for advertising can also spark their interest, PSA's are one of the easiest ways for you and your team to get sign Ups.
Ok I gave you some suggestions so you just do the rest of the donkey work.

I live in Africa. How can I become successful in SFI?

My answer is very simple, that is right I said simple not easy! Your best bet to succeed in Africa is looking for friends on A2A (Affilite to Affiliate) which allows you to find fellow affiliates in your country and the whole African Continent so that you can make friends with the most successful ones then they can tell you how they did it and share their success stories with you.
SFI provides you the building blocks in order (Basics, Launch pad articles etc...) which you need to build a strong foundation, but in order to succeed you must learn from successful affiliates in your country and then sponsor and train affiliates (Duplication) because that is the real money maker and success is real when you know how to teach others to be successful.
So I wish you the best of luck!
