As soon as you are awarded , second home CSAs you should go to genealogy. You are assuming that they are not active ( and may be that is why you assume that second home CSAs are always inactive and are awarded to team leaders to keep them active.)

However second home CSAs are awarded to you because their earlier Co Sponsor could not keep his/ her leadership rank.

There are chances that Second home CSAs are active too. If they are inactive they can be found out from Genealogy.

Once you identify them, send them Welcome to my team - E card. Then may be the subsequent day, send individual mail to their personal email ids about your introduction as their Co-Sponsor and mention how you are committed for their success in SFI.

Further try to locate them in Facebook or skype or Linkedin or google + and send add request. Chances are there that , since Second home CSAs have received ecard and email from you, they will add you . Start communication by thanking them for adding their co sponsor in skype/ messenger/ facebook etc. Then inform them that you want to have a one to one session with them online and get a time from them.

This way you can start establishing rapport with them. In subsequent meetings try to understand the reasons of in activity and offer them the reason to be active.

I have been in SFI for less than 90 days. I too have inactive affiliates and I have not posted any product on my Tconnect page. May be same is situation with you.

Now let us discuss what we need for BUILDING the business from here.

First of all we need the Positive attitude. Then Patience.

Then write down the Goals in terms of commissions or Leadership ( BTL, STL, PTL) and the time duration when you want to achieve these goals.

Declare them yourself . Then decide the budget under which you want to build.Keep watch on your goals and budget regularly

If you have decided to earn maximum commissions, you should focus on adding in your T connect a mix of high commission and some low value products. For example the product that are priced at around $400 and Ebooks that are priced < USD 2.

Then you will have to advertise your T connect page effectively. Please read answers from ASC SC and Forum on Advertising. My personal opinion is to become member of as many social websites first and then make special group in them and advertise.

You can put up link of popular products in selected catagories from ECAs. Spend some time on selection of such popular products by visiting Top ECA pages.

If you aspire to become a Team leader you need to place standing orders of appropriate amount and try to become the top sponsor. So you have to purchase S Builder coop units or have to buy PSAs from ECAs . Even if you say you have inactive Affiliates right now, the possibility of active affiliates increases if you have more affiliates in your team. Read other articles from forum on team building, duplication, motivation . Announce contest to motivate your team .

The best way to build a successful business in SFI is to register as many ECAs as possible from your country . If your country is large , register ECAs from your locality. Register those manufacturers/ traders as ECAs whose product can be bought as " Transfer buying" . With this approach, more and more affiliates in your country/ your team will be able to buy local products and earn out of Tripleclicks. You will earn royalties as well as VPs Commissions too.

I have never used Auto responder However I try to answer as follows.

1. Check the help menu in auto responder and check if there is any self test method is there and if available apply it.
2. Send email from your email id to the same id where you have set auto responder
3. Send email from alternate email id to auto responder email id
4.Change system date and then send mail to auto responder and check how it responds
5. Send 100 forwards to auto responder mail id
6. Select a spam mail that you received and forward it to auto responder.
7. Send a mail to auto responder having a url link attached in the mail body.

Check auto responder help , Check what it is supposed to perform in different conditions, create those conditions and test it.

Do not Say that SFI is offering a "Job"
Do Not mention your earning such as " I earned $100 in first week"
Do not claim anything that SFI is not claiming.
Do not mention about the amount of investment required in the business.
Do not use the word "Guarantee" for example "Gurantee of earning $50 in first week of joining"

Coming to your question, which one of the launchpad lessons is best and why?

Without hesitation I would say that it is Lesson no 28 " SFI rules of success"

Why?

The answer is simple.

All the launchpad lessons from 1-27 are designed in such a way that the new affiliate or anyone reading it will understand the business model of SFI , Will understand what is Tripleclicks, Will come to know importance and huge potential of Online market,How big is the funnel, who became successful in Online business and how long they took. They answer important questions such as how much an affiliate can make etc. All these raise the moral of the affiliate to become online entrepreneur.

Lesson no 28 is really GEM. Coming straight from SFI founder Mr. Gery's experience. It covers all the rules of success that we have to follow. The rules of success is a time tested and proven formula that reminds the affiliate that if you do not follow these rules you should not expect all the big business and commissions mentioned in earlier lessons.

My answer to your question is YES. The level playing field fair for anyone who has joined recently.

You know that at start of each calender month the VPs for the month are set to zero and Everyone ( including your sponsor or other experienced BTsS/ STLs/ PTLs ) earning from the beginning. All the commissions you earn in SFI are directly related to your current month VP rank. The investment required , the prices for the products on Tripleclicks are the same for each one irrespective of the rank. Also remember after six months All VPs marked in Red vanish( Here you have chance to go ahead in the race)

Now it depends on how you apply your marketing skills to get sales done through the affiliates earned or Sales VP earned through the gateways.

And remember new affiliates in SFI are quick to understand Online marketing. They already are members of many social websites and they better understand what young customer wants to buy. So in fact New Affiliates like you , have more chances to be successful in SFI than the old affiliates.

It depends on where you are located and how fast you need your commission to be arrived in your account and how securely you want it to be credited.

If you are located outside USA the best way is to receive it through Paypal.This is the fastest and safest way. However for receiving credits through Paypal one has to follow rules and regulations of respective country. You will be charged by Paypal conversion rate of $ with respect to your national currency.

If you are placed in USA probably cheque is the fastest way and safest way.

Payonner can be the expensive option but if you already have the card issued through SFI and linked to SFI account it is the quickest way and best way to receive commission, if you do not use it for receiving commission then what for are you going to utilize it?

Best way- In my opinion is find out the personal websites of Sfi leaders - specifically Top Sponsors. Check the format, structure they have followed for their website.

The reason is we should follow the Best in SFI . They are all PTL.

The least expensive way is to have your own Website( blog) on wordpress. There are lot of tutorials available on internet. It is possible to build a free blog. There are other free options just like wordpress. It is worth to try them too.

Follow the same or similar structure that the PTL has followed. You may personalize some pages as per your choice
