While these people are active, no doubt you would be keeping an eye on things and connecting with them. If you are able to develop friendly and trusting relationships with them then, they would probably tell you their situations and that may alert you to possible future problems. You can then do something about them.

Monitor your peoples VP Ledgers especially in the 1st month. If they race through the 1st few days and collect all the available VPs at the Affiliate Centre, this to me

They need to know and appreciate the value of being a Team Leader, its benefit and perks as well as the associated responsibilities and also how rewarding it can be.

I would start with the Benefits Chart at https://www.sfimg.com/Reference/ComparisonChart that clearly outlines the major difference between an EA and a Team leader – I would pointout in particularly - VersaPoint Matching and the monthly allotments of Second Home CSAs that a Team Leader receives.

I would explain

How do you ensure that the TCards you send out are used...and what do you do when they are not?

The TC Gift Cards are a recruitment aid.

Its purpose is for the recipient to login to TripleClick and us the card and hopefully join TC and become your PRM. You want them to use the card, to experience TripleClicks.

I would suggest that before giving out the cards, you record contact details of the recipient and make sure they clearly understand what it is for. Pointless giving them away if the recipients do not know what to do with them. Stay in contact with them - remember

The answer to your 1st question is Yes. Your business growth however will be slower than those who have and invest money in the business.

The answer to your 2nd question can be quite complex. You have to recognize that your strategy will be different from those with money.

Those that have money can purchase items at TripleClicks straight away, such as PSA to Go etc and use them to grow their business. If you don't have money you cannot do this or purchase as many PSAs to

My strategy for 2016 is already in place. It is similar to what I had in 2015 and that is to develop Team Leaders.

The main difference for 2016 is that I am going to make the most of the Signing Bonus and use it to encourage my people to become Fast Trackers - to increase their bonus up to $100.

Becoming Fast Trackers will:
- Accelerate their route to becoming EA / BLT
- Introduce them to purchasing from TripleClicks
- If they purchase the NMP that will give

I tell them a very brief summary of SFI and how it works:

SFI (Strong Future International) is an international company that has been online for almost 16 years.

SFI has an online store called TripleClicks. This is made up of a large number of E-Commerce stores spread throughout the world.

If you join SFI as an affiliate, your role will be to promote both SFI and TripleClicks. You will promote these by word of mouth and advertising both off line and online.

Right from your 1st contact with your PSAs, your welcome letter, make it crystal clear that they are the Business Owners and your role is to be their sponsor. You will have to keep hammering this message home for some of them before they will understand. Tell them that they are the Boss. They do not work for you or SFI. They work for themselves.

I let them know that their success in SFI is dependent entirely on them. If they don't work, their businesses will not grow and they will not

I suspect that most members when thinking about the benefits of being a W3 member often miss out on what I call the Big Picture Benefits

What is success?

Some of the answers will most likely talk about being able to help others achieve 'success', meeting new people on SFI, being part of a great SFI family etc... REALLY??

I don't know about you, but I haven't yet come across a profile that talks about joining SFI for those things. They all talk about making money, being wealthy, getting out of debts etc..

In my books, the only true measure of success in SFI is the amount of money that you are making

How can I convince people who do not speak English to join SFI and work with me?

This is really a tall order if English is your language and they do not speak English and you do not speak their language. I would say that if they join your team, reassign them as soon as possible to one of your team members who speaks that persons language.

If you speak that persons language but they do not speak English, continue to communicate with that person in your common language - that one that you both understand.

Reassure them that they will succeed in SFI and that
