I think the most important things are :
1- it exists a serious and continuous communication with the upline and with the SFI organizers which is very helpful
2- when it seems you loose an opportunity it exists another alternative which brings you earnings (in money or in opportunities)
3- one must not have necessarily something for sale, he/she can obtain commissions from the sellings of other products
4- participation in lotteries, contests and auctions are also great chances for the members

What is the best way to set up an advertising co-op for my affiliates?

Well, I do not think to exist the best way. It always depends on the respective circumstances. It depends on how much your PSAs need this co-op and also if they can afford to sustain this, both financially and informationally (time investment is included here too). However, you should inquire the members of your team about this and see who is the most supportive for realizing this idea and assume the risks too. Of course, the risks are not high, but your partners in this co-op must be aware of the fact that their new PSAs will not become ALL THE TIME ACTIVE.

Are there any shortcuts to success in SFI for new affiliates?

I think there are 2 options ONLY:
1- for the ones who have some more than 100 usd for monthly investments till they start creating a sound team which brings them a convenient monthly passive income
2- for the ones who are capable of a sustained effort to get lots of ACTIVE PSAs in a short enough period of time to allow them registering a passive income fast
Also, when both these 2 conditions are fulfilled, I think you can understand the outcome is obviously...outstanding.
What are some good incentive offers for prospects to encourage people to join my SFI team?

Describe briefly but completely the SFI opportunity, give them your gateway and this will be enough for someone who really needs a passive income. Offer them also a second alternative to make money. This way, the necessity of a monthly investment in SFI will not represent a problem anymore, they will have the resources to sustain easier their activity in SFI.
I live in Africa. How can I become successful in SFI?

Anybody can become succeful in SFI. Country does not matter. Read the SFI site every day. Do what it is written there as much as you can. There where you cannot, just ask for help from your upline and from SFI (place a Ticket) when you do not know something or when you need help and you will receive a very good answer as soon as possible (usually very soon). In a word, be active.
How often should I communicate with my Sponsor and Co-Sponsor?

Do not refrain from asking them as often as you need. However,if it is urgent and you see you do not get an answer, place a ticket saying it is URGENT. Or, viceversa, place a ticket and if you do not get an answer as fast as you need, then ask you Sponsor or your Co-Sponsor. Take care that you do not overwhelm all of them with the same question at the same time.

The best way is the simplest. You can show him/her a plan from the calculator, to see how much he/she can earn in commissions when he/she has a team of 5 PSAs and each of them has a team of other 5 PSAs etc. Also, encourage him/her to make his/her daily actions, so that he/she has less to pay for rebecoming an EA, encourage him/her to bring as many PSAs as possible. Dislike the CSAs, the PSAs are not lost in case you do not qualify again as an EA, but the commissions they can bring you when they purchase/sell something are still possible.

There are several sentences, but I would insist in eveidences, namley in what it can be seen. SFI has existed for many years online and there have been lots of affiliates working in this business. Another thing can be the testimonials of the millionaires here
who attained fabulous amounts of money during 10..15 years. it is a business which necessiates time, some investment, but it offers very good results of passive income for sure.

I think you should choose places where people are far from stores, groceries etc and it is difficult for them to go shopping. There, the chances to choose an online marketing system are bigger.
Also, choose the very crowded places where people have to wait a lot to pay for the products they purchased. i think they will be happy to have such an alternative which, in exchange, can bring them also profits, not products only
How do I get my downline members to participate in my team contests?

Hello, I have to say there is no way. If they want and feel to do this, they will. They must also have time to do this. You should just place a question to your team before launching a contest, to tell you if they are ready and willing to participate that period in a contest. If none of them or too few of them answer, then it is obvious you should not bother with this anymore.
