Build a loyal team.Train it, show appreciation and teach each other strategies. Discuss ideas for better promotion. Think "The strongest team is mine" and lead by example - if you're EA, your team members will become EA. If you buy a book, let your team know that you bought it with a recommendation. When all of you buy, others will also buy. Share your activities. And yes, make online sales blog with attractive review - promote it every day and don't give up if you have no sales till now. Appoint the strongest points of Tripleclicks store, but don't obsess with the word "sell", "Buy", "Price".

Do you differentiate your level of support for your downline depending on their rank?

I treat equal my team members. This is what team player should do and the leader too. The only difference I make is: people who work and people who don't want to work. I try to give my hand to every one, but as I often say "You can't save people who don't want to be saved".
Your 2nd, 3rd and 4th generation generates VP to you so you should help every one of your team who needs your help. It's a blessing if someone wants to know more and I'm happy my team is small, but active. That's the way to Success. Have a good day and treat everyone equal!

How can I set up automatic messages to go out to my current and future affiliates?

For personal greeting ot my affiliates I use the SFI feature: http://www.sfimg.com/MyAccount/NewAffiliateGreeting -for greeting and you can make an explaining mail on autoresponder - it doesn't change.
I work with a company, who provides autoresponder /up to 10 messages/ and I have made already the e-mails with information to send. This is also valid for the training I do for my team members, but they should show the will to receive my messages. I put e-subscription form on my web page.
But I personally prefer to communicate with my team members without autoresponder /I use it for special training I do/, this way the communication is better. My small team is active and I prefer to stay personal /as much as possible/ connected with them.

How do you decide which SFI banner is the best and most suitable for your website?

For me the most important thing is the message on the banner. It should be written simple and easy to follow. It should provokes the people to think and to see the opportunity for a change in their life.

Well, I can speak on my Goals. I know the goals for some of my team members. I don't like speaking theoretical, so I'm more realistic and particular oriented in my SFI goals. They are personal, team and professional.
My personal SFI goals for this Year are:
1. To become and Stay BTL
2. To earn $500 - $1000 per month
3. To find ECA to join under me.
My Team goals with SFI are:
1. To build stronger team of EA and people, who Earn and feel successful
2. To have 50 active people in my team and 5 BTL;
3. To help more of my team members /if they want, of course/
My professional SFI goals are:
1. Build myself as a greater leader than now.
2. To get better in communication with my Team members.
Most of my team members want:
1. To earn $500 - $1000 per month with sales or active teams
2. To build active teams
3. To quit their daily job
But, if I speak in general for SFI goals of people, who join, here they are:
1. Becoming and staying EA
2. Daily movements forward
3. Register ECA under them
4. Build a webpage to promote the business and to sell for commissions.
5. The most important - Never give up

How can I earn the VersaPoints I need to maintain the rank of BTL every month?

Good question!
I will answer in short:
1. Do daily, weekly, monthly actions + 1500 Standing order if you can afford it
2. Purchase/sales up to 2000 VP from Tripleclicks
3. Build active team with EA, BTL, STL and etc. /This needs a lot of communication/
4. Check regular the training provided by SFI and put it in Action.
What should a new SFI affiliate focus on to ensure a good financial return in their first month?

The answer is simple: Sales. If the new affiliate makes a lot of sales in his/her first month he/she will receive money immediately. Of course this can include personal investment of time and money, reselling and things like this. To have money on first months the affiliate should promote daily Tripleclicks products for 3-4 hours at least on different sites. He/she can also make own blog for online sales. This is the way. And this way is only valid for people who are good in sales.
Should I reach out to the affiliates on my 2nd, 3rd, 4th, etc. generations...or leave support to their sponsor?

Of course you should be on your affiliates side. We're working in a team and it doesn't matter if the person, who needs you is on 3,4,5 level depth. I personally helped one of my 4-th level affiliate not because their sponsor is inactive, but because I explained the things in easier way. When you're a leader/sponsor you should be available to all your team members when they need you and you see they are active.
How should you advise your downline--who have never run a business before--how to proceed with advertising?

There are two things:
1. Explanation - for the business in general, for affiliate programs and for Multi Level Marketing. Also why is so important to advertise and what are benefits.
2. Take in hand and go together toward the way for advertising. That happens with showing your own ways and discuss marketing tools.
3. Lead by example and team work.

Those things are proven. But only if the person wants to be in the SFI game and to be successful.
1. Put the words Simple for understanding;
2. Be online always and open for every kind of questions.
3. Discuss opinions with the other person;
4. Do together with your team member the Launchpad /if he/she wants of course/;
5. Teach and show in practice SFI basics.
Good luck! Don't give up if a problem shows. Resolve it.
