Hi Ana, it is better NOT to suffocate your prospects with too many details per time.
If you do, you get your prospects bored with so many things. From experience, this is my observation. Rather, choose to pick the information to pass across to them based on the circumstance that comes per time. For instance, a prospect who has been in the business for a while will need advise and leading on how he/she can make the most out of SFI. This you can do by checking the VPledger of individual prospects and advising accordingly. This should be bit by bit. On the other hand, if your prospect is new to SFI then talk more on what will interest him. This must also be bit by bit. For a new prospect, discuss the following in that order:

1) Introduce yourself as his sponsor in SFI

2) Make him feel welcome to SFI

3) Talk about his/her timely decision to join SFI and the prospects ahead.

4) Talk about what he/she may enjoy in SFI - both short and Long term benefits:

a) Co-sponsored affiliates to strengthen his/her team and help you earn more cash rewards;
b) Up to 20 FREE T-credits (worth US$ 39.80) for his/her purchases online at TripleClicks.com;

However, you must first be an ardent user of this tool before you can talk to others about it.
To demonstrate to your team members the importance of accessing training materials at the SFI home page do the following:

Hi Ryan, I think there is just only one way to get people under you in SFI; and that is by sponsoring. To teach a small number of EAs as you said will start with sponsoring them first. Only when they become your PSAs that you can now talk of teaching or helping them to achieve EA status. So your goal should be sponsoring. The following are ways through which you can acquire new PSAs:

1. Get new PSAs from Pricebender auctions.
2. Buy PSAs from tripleClicks PSAs TO GO.
3. Set up S-Builder coop for your team to get new PSAs.
4. Get new PSA sign-up through TripleClicks direct referral program.

When they come in, the next thing to do is to teach and mentor them for productivity:

1. See your team members as your colleagues and not your sub-ordinate, therefore don't be too pushy.
2. Hash words should not proceed from your mouth to your team members at anytime, especially inactive ones.
3. Give them enough independence on running their own business, your words to them should always be advisory in nature.
4. Lead by example, be doer of what you want your team members to do.
5. Try as much as possible to welcome every new member(PSAs and CSAs) to your team and initiate a chat session with them.
6. Always appreciate the effort of each of your team members e.g for being consistent every month.

Hi Slavica, wining a pricebender auction requires adequate preparations. The following points are my tested tips:

1. Read all the FAQs so you're familiar with how Pricebender works.
2. Check how competitive the auction is. If too competitive don't join.
3. Don't immediately join the auction if fresh or just starting, so you can save some Tcredits for the actual war later.
4. Review previous pricebender auctions for the final wining price, so you have a guide when to join.
5. If the counter almost reaches zero again and again, fewer people are involved and you have a better chance to win.
6. Be timely in your participation, make repeated entries to avoid time lag due to slow internet connection.
7. If auto-bidder is available engage it together with step 3 above.
8. Fewer people generally bid on cheaper items. Watch out for less expensive items.
9. What time the biding starts is important, may be night in some countries, and fewer people participate.
10. Before you start biding get enough Tcredits so you don't have to break your auction to go and buy more Tcredits.
11. Check the auction bar. If more than half-way you can begin participation.
12. Winning is most simply a matter of bidding at the right time; be smart.

I will advice you to keep sending. Why?

1. Motivation and words of encouragement are the only way to get inactive PSAs and CSAs back to work.
2. They are just like a seed you burry in the soil, which one will prosper you don't know.
3. Every effort you put in this business is rewarded, they will bounce back one day if you keep talking to them.
4. A number of these inactive affiliates just need someone to assure them that they are in the right place.

Rather do the following to win them back:

1. Make inactive CSAs and PSAs feel wanted.
2. Ask why your affiliates has not logged in for sometime now. From the statement you may understand the problem;
3. Let them know you are willing to help them achieve success if they are committed.
4. Total neglect or hash words will shut them out totally, so don't use them at all.
5. Carefully select your words to be in form of advice rather than criticizing.
6. Use inclusive words like "we", "our", "all of us" etc. in your email.
7. In your team talk and genealogy mailing, anounce prizes for achieving success; e.g achieve EA this month and get 5 Tcredits etc
8. Always talk to them about the numerous benefits of achieving EA minimum each month in SFI.
