They are various ways to make our new sign ups engaged with SFI,  but remember some will while some won't.  

As a good sponsor, communication is very key especially when we are trying to guide our new sign ups so that they don't loose forcus immediately. How this is done is for us to send them a welcome letter immediately when we receive a notification on our new sign up. In the welcome letter, there must be some salient actions that needs to be addressed for our new sign ups to work on to get them actively involved.

Getting them engaged for longer than a day, we need to check when they are online especially within the first 24hrs time frame. If you are lucky to get them  online, you can tell them to act on actions with a jet in the Getting Started Section in their to do list, within the first 24hrs joined, that they would get 250 bonus versa point.

Also, we need to guide them as well as inform them on the importance of checking the forums and ASKsc answers pertaining to questions that would be of interest that would help build their team as they can't do everything on their own.

Also, as a sponsor, we neee to encourage them to read the SFI BASICS on
their homepage and give room for them to ask questions or clarify any information they are unsure of. in answering their questions, it has to be simple and clear for them to easily understand. usemof such big words might throw our new prospects of balance

Also, with the new $20 signing bonus, it would excite the new affiliate and encourage them to log in because of the benefit they would derive. At the same time enlighten them that such bonus can be increased if they they become a Gold Fast Track Member and that bonuses are paid with commissions on thr 10th of every month spread over 18 months.

Also, to motivate my new sign up member, I would inform them that if they make at least minimum of 800 versa points within the week, that I would offer the affiliate a gift certificate.

How I have realised that SFI is unique and the real deal is that it has opened opportunities for not just me, but a lot of people that would like to make a passive income online.

For one to be successful, we must have the mindset to be motivated, persistent and think positively.That is to say, never is an option with the I can do mentality and always trying to be Professional without giving up.

Thus, these is what have kept me going as I realised in the second month joining SFI that its the real deal as it made me:-

1. Realise that i should not rely solely on my paid job, but also have another source of income online.

Based on my experience, what has made my team more excited is the Team contest I do.

Team contest can cut across the entire team or just the PSAs or CSAs. The end result is usually the reward which motivates each team member and make them thrive to be the best in the team.

Some team contest might include PSAs that retain their EA2 status for the 2nd or 3rd month. Such reward could be in the form of a gift certificate, t credit or lunch(dependent on the PSAs being in the country you reside).

Some contest might be the highest sponsors in the team that would be rewarded with either gift certificate, t credits or lunch.

Some things that make SFI more fun is when we praise our hard working affiliates. Praising them gives them a sense of belonging and the feeling of being loved.

If you are an ECA, you can decide to give special gifts and offers that your team members can't resist. You are selling your goods as well as being appreciated for the gift given.

Generally, all is a win win situation and its how we present SFI as our business that can either Mar the businessn or make it a success.

With the new Team Leader qualification and the new sign in bonuses in my own opinion has no significant difference.

The reason being that as from January 2016, for you to be a BTL, you must have at least 1 EA in your first generation monthly. This is to lay emphasis on building a team of active affiliates than buying your rank to be a team leader.

The signing bonuses implemented by SFI are incentives to encourage new affiliates joining to start making money immediately and increases as they become fast track memebers spread over 18 months with their monthly commissions. Bonuses after the 18th month are forfeited by the affiliates.

Business strategies on both account doesnt change as the main purpose is to recruit, train affiliates and for them to duplicate your actions. Remember, when we recruit, we use the signing bonuses to attract both PSAs or PRM s. Attracting them and making them active is what a good Sponsor should do.

In summary, the main focus is to have at least an EA in your 1st genetation and with the signing bonuses, it will attract more affiliates to join and a possible active affiliates as well.

Keep recruiting until you get at least 5 active affiliate and these 5 another. With that, the sky will be the limit as there is no limit or boundaries earning with SFI,

This indeed is an interesting question as we have affiliate who join and within a month or 2, feel they have not benefited at all joining SFI. Regarding this question, the affilate in question might have been in the E365 competition and is now out of the competition or the affiliate must have been an EA or team leader before he became an affilate and stripped off of all the benefits.

As a good sponsor, we need to encourage them so that they don't loose forcus and de-rail. In terms of them loosing out in the E365 challenge, I would encourage them and tell them that they can still be in the competition if they become a Bronze team Lead and remain that to the end of the competition or encourage them to recruit affiliates for them to enjoy the benefits if they are team leaders or inform them on the 6 different ways of earning in SFI.

Also, another time an affiliate can be dejected is if his rank dropped from a Team Leader to an EA or Affiliate.

To encourage such affiliate, we need to:-

1. Give them places where they can advertise their affiliate.

2. Give them gift certificate when they have reached certain parameters

3. Assigning PSA to active psa to assist them build their team.

4. Organising team competitions and rewarding hard working affiliates.

These are some of the ways to encourage our downlines and for them to duplicate our actions with their teams.
