I never really heard of PSAs who do not want to duplicate! Wow that means that they would miss out on the opportunity to make the largest amount of money ever! SFI has other ways to make money but duplication is the most powerful source of income there is so what I am saying is that you can show them other ways to make money here on SFI.

The only thing I can think of to make money is by Selling products on Tripleclicks and earning Direct Commissions or Selling their own products with Free Member listing or ECA Program but then what happens if they do not engage in Duplication? They will not have a downline to advertise their store or products so they have to work even harder at doing their own advertising in order to sell and get a good source of income.

You should go over the basics with your downline in order to engage in the income stream number 4

I am not going to include Co sponsoring affiliates because this involves engaging in Duplication but the other two do not.

ECA Program: They can refer companies or individuals with products to sell so that they can increase their sales worldwide.

SFIPPA: This is something not mentioned very often but this can allow your downline to make money upfront and only onetime for helping people to signup for SFI but the difference here is that they will not have PSAs and no duplication is involved here.

Member Listings: SFI provides a free TConnect page to sell unwanted items and get cash also this is a way to refer TC members and earn Direct Commissions which is 45% every time their PRM buys products. Your downline can make money making a garage sale on TC and if they refer members to this program then they even make more money not just from Direct commissions but from the Garage sales their members make.

Wave 3: I would also encourage my PSAs to become members because they can win cash prizes from the referrals they get and also they get other benefits such as TCredits and member reward points.

I did not mention anything about accumulating versapoints because this does not make very much money it only allows you and your affiliates to become EA's or Team leaders.

There are other ways of getting affiliates active besides buying products, on the Daily tips on the bottom of the page they have a section called, "Did you know?" that talks about Pricebenders, and how affiliates can make $300 or more per month by selling packs of tcredits that is one way to get them active.

You can also introduce your affiliates to the games in order to get free t credits and the music section to have fun listening to music and voting on the songs. But one very fine way of getting them active on tripleclicks is to get them to click on the link on the to do list that says Check out the latest deals on Tripleclicks.

Also for advertising purposes you should recommend to them which are the most popular and frequently sold products so that they can get into it as often as possible and promote on the Social bookmarking sites. maybe even printing out flyers with the QC code to give out and promote specific products.

I think that the most obvious answer is making money. It is very important for affiliates to know about how to make money in a business like SFI . So you just have to be honest by telling them that if they start a business and treat it like a part time hobby or something to do when they are bored and need to kill time then they are not going to make any money at all.

The best tool for this is The rules of Success, I can assume that you have been reading and following the rules. The next step is to be creative and write newsletters of each individual rule especially the first two because this one especially explains how important it is to treat SFI like a business and the need to do something everyday to build and grow a business so please emphasize on the first two rules. You can also create slide show presentations etc...

Nothing speaks louder to people than the stories of millionaires and famous people throughout history who all have one thing in common , they treated their career and business very seriously by committing themselves to work and not simply killing time when they have nothing else to do. So I suggest giving them real life success stories as a way to make them understand how hard and seriously committed they had to be in order to be successful.

Facebook: How many of your affiliates are on Facebook? I am sure that they all have accounts there and of course they must really enjoy themselves when they connect and share right? So tell me what would happen to Facebook if the founder Mark Zuckerberg treated this multi million dollar business as a hobby? Facebook is also a serious business with money making potential but in order to make money out of this you also have to treat it like a business so that is why the founder and CEO is so successful and making billions of dollars so I think this is also a very powerful example of how true it is when following the rules of success.

Be the perfect example: You must be a team leader if you can be the Diamond or Platinum then all the better because in order to achieve this guess what you have to do? Yep Treat SFI like a business. When writing emails you must show them all the work you did to get all the achievements you have. When your affiliates log in they see your badges so this is also something that can help them understand how serious SFI is as a business. I also recommend that you share your wisdom in the forum, Ask SC and your leadership page, not only will they receive knowledge but they will also see how much time and effort you are investing and also your achievements will allow them to see the earning potential.

The financial benefits from PSA's are Matching Versapoints and Direct Commissions not just from your first generation but up to 12 generations.

Versapoints Matching: In order to get this you have to be a team leader. I copied and pasted this from the Compensation plan #2 Tripleclicks Executive Pool

" How to share in the pool:
For each VersaPoint (VP) you accumulate during the month, you will receive one share of the month's pool. The more VP you score, the more you will earn from the TripleClicks Executive Pool! It's that simple. Note that VP can be earned for doing a wide variety of actions (see VP Ledger for complete list of pointable actions).

To earn even more shares, become a Team Leader:

A. As a Bronze Team Leader, you'll receive matching VP on all EA2s in your downline within 6 levels (including your CSAs).

Direct Commissions

You earn a commission when your PSA places a standing order or buys products on Tripleclicks. For example your downline of 2 PSA's buys products adding up to a total of $60.00 ( Commission Volume) you get 45% of it paid out to you in commission my guess is about $25.00. To understand this in more detail check the compensation plan #1 Direct Commissions

ECA Referrals

If your PSA's become ECA's you definitely will earn royalties everytime they sell their products or if they refer ECA's and earn royalties I think you will also earn from their royalties and get matching VP from the VP they accumulate.

Selling TCredits

You can make extra $100, $200, or $300 a month if you sell TCredits that mean you just use your affiliate link provided on Tripleclicks and sell packages of these to your downline so that they can use them for member listings, auctions, Eager Zebra Games etc....

I always favor long term residual income over the short term leverage income so I think that the one that will give you the best income is to advertise the entire store. In the basics you will see that this is income stream number 2 which is to Generate Sales by referring TC members because once you do this you have a life time customer. A TC member can also participate in Price ender auctions and Eager Zebra Games so you have the chance to make ongoing income by selling TCredits. Have you thought of member listings or online Garage sales? You have to sell them TCredits. I am not sure about this but I think you also earn a royalty if they sell something.

WAVE 3 as you know this is anothereay to get YC members and you have the chance to win cash prizes.

Promoting individual products will get you Versapoints and direct commissions but these are only one time purchases. So I consider referring TC members to be the best way to go.

This is something you can learn about by using the google adwords keyword tool, and videow on Youtube that tell you how this tool works. I have learned that just like any product or website you have to think like a customer, ask yourwelf if you wanted to find an online business or work at home program then what keywords would you type and they you would type on the google engine all they keywords you come up with to see if your website appears on the pages.

If I were you I would just simply experiment on different search engines by typing all the keywords that I can think of as if I were a cutomer and see if your website shows up. That is what I do.

When you are new in SFI and Marketing the first person you need to help is yourself. You have to become a leader by reading the Basics, Compensation Plan and the Lauchpad for your first month so that you can have the training you need before you can start sponsoring affiliates. Your first month is supposed to be focused on " accumulating Versapoints" Go to the basics and read Income Stream number 1 which explains how to accumulate VP. The To do list provides you all the activities you need to get started so that you can get 1500 VP the first month. So what is the point? Simply put do not sponsor any affiliates for the first month or three because you need to take the time to train yourself first, you also have to get in the habit of communicating with your sponsor and upline team so that they too can train you, and give you the tips and guidance you need before you can sponsor anybody.

Start Page is something you should go over because it shows you how to use the red tabs and the basic overview on navigating the affiliate center. IAHBE: When I started SFI it used to cost $30.00 and was recommended as a standing order but now it is available to all affiliates for free, this is an important learning center for those who want to learn the ropes about marketing. visit www.iahbe.org and visit the new member orientation before you try to see anything else.

In order to be a leader you have to be a reader and you have to be ahead of your team even if it is only 1 inch that means you have to study and learn so that you can teach your downline. let me put it to you this way: Teach yourself first!

I am going to explain it to you in the simplest way I know how. How do you think you succeeded on SFI? The reason for this is that your sponsor helped you by referring you to SFI and then training you, without that training from your upline you would not succeed because you would not know what to do.

Duplication is important because you will have two sources of income, Residual income is making money continuously from an action or set of actions you did only once that is Sponsoring that alone will make you money because all you have to do is help them to sign up and then from there you will make money.

The second source of income is Leverage, which is making money from the work of other people, so as long as your affiliates are accumulating VP, and also sponsoring and duplicating then you will make even more money than just accumulating VP and selling products.

I also learned about having diverse sources of income meaning not to put all your eggs in one basket, so that means with a team of 5 or more affiliates in your first generation alone you have multiple sources of income at your finger tips.

The word FREE that is the one thing that made a difference for me because all other business contain lots of training material but in order to have access to it I had to pay to sign up, and in other Internet trainings they have free materials to read and videos to see but then they have other materials that are exclusive to people who upgrade to a higher membership level , sfi does not do this.

Products to sell are provided for free and you earn points which then become cash when you buy products for yourself.

on SFI you have the opportunity to not just make money but to have fun with the learning process, so SFI provides things that cost money but they also provide things that are priceless which is the satisfaction you feel everytime you accomplish something because or your hardwork or the hardwork of your PSA or CSA, that is something that I cannot buy with money anywhere.

There is nothing wrong with marketing over the phone but unsolicited phone calls are not welcomed so I do not recommend using a phone book. I suggest using email, or online landing pages or squeeze pages, or your own website that allows you to collect contact information from prospects who really want you to call them so these squeeze pages or your own website/blog with a contact section so prospects themselves give you their email and phone number so you can contact them.

As you may know going into a phone book and calling people is considered making unsolicited phone calls because they are not asking for this information and in any business no one makes calls unless the customer fills out a request form.

So please don't use a phone book, create online applications instead to create a list of contacts.
