Will moving up my personal rank in SFI help to gain more trust from my downline members and help fuel further growth?

Right said, I don't think personal rank in SFI is the most important thing. Yes, it will be shown under your name and so what? You're the person who will lead, not your rank. Yes, it will build respect for sure but other people have the same title. To gain trust you should share information, show care and concern,be open for questions or just to listen and do trainings for your team. They will see you are true leader and a friend they can rely on. I do it myself and my team want to know and learn more, they respect me more and they see they can trust me. This is the way and the people want to walk with you hand in hand to the road of Success. Yes, the process of gaining trust is really slow, but it is worth for me. I am happy when I see /or read/ the joy in my team and the fun they do things with SFI.Trust is the main key to Success.

How do you get two-way communication going with your downline?

Well, another great question.
I always write team mails to my dear team members, but I also send them personal e-mail, this way they feel special and they are. I often try to send also video messages to my team members, because the personal contact is different then the simple mail. I also use Skype and social media to contact my team members.
Of course when the people don't reply me in a lot of time and don't ask questions, I don't bother them. If they want to know more, they will find me with questions.
My team is formed from people all around the world and in my country, I often speak with them through phone and I meet them in person. I can do it outside too, if there is a will.
My team is number one priority for me and the communication is the key to success, but only if it's two - sided. I can't save anyone who doesn't want to be saved.

What's the best answer to give your affiliates when they ask you how to be successful with SFI without investing any money?

Well, there are two ways:
1. Building downline with active people, who sell and earn VP or people, who buy from Tripleclicks daily
2. Sales. If you sell, you don't invest money, but you should prove that the products you sell are the best and use your spare time to promote the business and shop gateways.
In my personal opinion, there is no business without any investment of money.But if people insist to try do it for free, they should Invest a lot of time of promoting - between 4-6 hours per day. If they have this time, ok. I don't have it and I invest money, not a big sum every month. My team do the same.

Good question! There a lot of answers already. Here is what I think. If I sponsor a lot of affiliates - for example 1000 I will have 10 active. This means I will have higher commission then just investing money on my own in Tripleclicks. It's a fact that in Network Marketing every 19 of 20 people quit. But here we're talking about hybrid between affiliate and network marketing program. Every 99 of 100 will quit. So if you have larger downline you will have more income, because if you're sponsor of 10 000 you will have 100 active business people and that's really big team. At the moment I have 353 people downline. I have 7 active and I am lucky for that. :) So, sponsor as much people as you can and the serious will stay by your side if they like you of course. People follow people and good leaders are good friends and communicators.

Explain few things with simple words:
1. If you don't promote the business and the shop, you won't earn money /if you don't sell and build a team with people, who like products and use them, you don't earn/;
2. If you're not sure what you have to do in SFI, contact me to explain the idea /you say that to the team/;
3. If you're not feeling on the right place and business, think about what you exactly want /if people don't get an idea what and why are they doing here you can't help/;
4. Share what you do and what works for you, but encourage people to find their own way and be creative.
In the end of this message I will tell you that if the people don't want to learn, listen and follow you, they're not interested in the business. You let them be. They will find their way someday.. May be. It depends of them.

When communicating with my downline, is it best to use the SFI email utility or my own email? What is the most effective?

For Team mails I use SFI e-mail. I used CSA mail to say "Welcome" to my new assigned CSA and I used my PSA e-mail to recognize my active PSA, but for the moment I stopped using them. For me the best results came when using my own e-mail. People feel special, like they are for me, this way. I also make mini trainings for my team members every Sunday using my personal business mail.So, regarding you question - I use SFI e-mails and my own. I believe that the two ways are effective in different areas of your friend-business partner-team member relationship. First of all, find the answer what you want to build like a tie with your partners in business /First of all I want to build friendship, after that business talk/ and then try the two ways you asked for to find out what works for your goal the best.

I can't say I earn big money from SFI at the moment and this is not my reason to be here. For me the Main benefits are Knowledge and Friendship. I learned a lot for team working, leadership and motivation.I met great people and we have build strong relationships. I call them true friends and great business partners. Now I know a lot for advertising on the Internet the business and Tripleclicks.I can even write articles for promoting on the Net. :) With SFI I became more clear in my visions for the future and I can proudly say I have improved a lot like a leader and person. I can write more reasons for me, being in SFI, but I won't. These are the main.

How do you plan to capitalize on the new S76 (Silver76Pack) product?

Interesting question. I think the investment in Silver only /without writings on it/is a great deal, but regarding Silver76Pack is not a good idea for me. It's far away from SFI mission to build team for free. This is my opinion. One more thing - I can't sell it outside Tripleclicks amd SFI members. So for the moment I don't think to invest in it. But it's a great tool to show off for who wants to do it.
How would you go about organizing a seminar to introduce new, high-quality SFI affiliates?

This is good question. I plan to do a seminar like this soon enough, because I already have experience in SFI field. The thing here are important for organizing an event like this. Regarding organization:
1. I should prepare well and be ready for every kind of question /even uncomfortable/ regarding SFI and Tripleclicks and to stay behind my opinion.
2. Big base of experience, because I should lead by example, right?
3. Time of the event is important, I should know well in what area what time is it and to pick a comfortable time for it.
4. I work with a company - leader in Video communications, so I will make my event online.There is not a limit in the quantity of guests.
For those, who will make Live Event, you should be sure that your people will come in the right time and they shouldn't be so far away from the place, because it's expensive. And one more thing, the hall you will rent should be cheaper one if you're a few people. The better idea if you're a few people is to go in some quiet cafe or restaurant to do the presentation.
5. Presentation should be divided in three parts: Products, Business Model, Discussion /so your English should be fluent if you do something global/
This is how I will organize my event, I have been to a lot seminars like this.
