Well in my opinion I would say a resounding YES to strongly encourage for all Affiliates to eventually open and own their own ECA Store at TripleClicks simply to add on another stream of income as well as add more avenue and revenue for fellow SFI Affiliates to help you grow and share the revenue and at the same time as more and more ECAs and listings are added it will enable Tripleclicks to grow and grow and become more and more popular and credible and may one day be the likes of the next Amazon and Ebay .
Therefore I say hesitate no more go and fill in your ECA application today.

Many affiliates seem only interested in the Daily To-Do list. How can I motivate them to do other activities?

Well in my opinion I guess why so many affiliates seemed to be keen and engaged in the day to to tasks which to me is a good and optimum way for them to get to know and learn more about SFI business besides acquiring some AVPs along the way is TO lead by Example and share and remind them that the MONEY is actually not in doing the to do list or earning or merely chasing the daily AVPs from the everyday to do tasks BUt to proactively and actively promote , post ads , sponsor and encourage our downline to duplicate and I guess once they see the big picture and come to realize where the money is to be made they will start to get motivated and be more involved .
So keep building rapport , promoting , plugging and sponsoring .

Well I guess the best way to maintain your SFI position and continue to support your team whilst on vacation with limited, if any, internet availability will be as follow :
Just ensure that you have had set up n commit to a Standing order of 1500VPS as well as remember to activate the vacation mode button to maintain your VP streak and all .

Well you can also send out Group emails and dedicated email reminders to your top movers informing them that whilst on vacation you may have limited internet access n may take longer than usual to respond and offer alternative contact in case of urgent matters as well as escalate it to your uplines for support .

Well I would say that the better ways to get more VERSA points be it Action or sales VERSA points will be as follow:
For more sales VPs this will be much much easier you can either buy whatever you need from the more than 90,000 items and services available at the TripleClicks store to leveraging on your PRMS ( personally referred members ) whom they may have bought from the Tripleclicks store and have their VPs as well as Commisions due credited to your account being their direct sponsor to personal sales
For more Action VPs I guess besides doing what is necessary and tabled on the VERSA ledger from the daily to weekly to monthly action VERSA points to the unlimited AVPS that can be derived from the Team leadership and support .to recruitment of ECAs to encouraging , mentoring those who are keen and hungry to succeed so that they can learn to duplicate and eventually grow as a team so that you can benefit from the matching and overnight VERSA points.

In my opinion the best options and bets are as follow to concentrate on the smaller and medium enterprises for example in your neighborhood who has cute ,uniques stuffs like arts and crafts or handmade costume jewelry or handiworks or even people who organizes flea or garage markets or stuff that are easy to ship and does not incur heavy shipping cost will be great.
All in all if the smaller companies has yet to have a online presence or have a simple website I guess it's easier to convince them to be on the ECA Wagon after all there are no costs to join and
allows both sellers and companies Globally to market and promote their
products and services to one and all and offers you a free website and even helps you with the sales collection so that you have no worries over unpaid sales and you just gotta take care of shipping out the products ordered and get your payment for it less the commission minimum 15%
and not only that even the chance to make additional royalties and overriding commissions for life for your own referrrals .how cool and lucrative is that you do the Maths

What is the most effective strategy for reassigning people in your downline?

Well as much as there are no hard and fast rule over what is really the most effective strategy for reassignments of people under your downline as there is just no one size fits all or magic formula however there are some guidelines which I would stick to and find them rather useful and beneficial to all are as follow:
Placing them together especially if they come from the same country or region or neighboring countries so that there are better synergy and better understanding of cultures and all.
And don't reassign say Indian speaking Affiliates to non Indian speaking ones and try not to reassign people just for the sake of reassigning particularly those who are totally inactive and does not even bother to earn a single VP rather I would reassign affiliates who have generated a min. of 600 VP in the past 90 days to not only gain the additional 5 Versa points at least let them know they they are somewhat in some way active affiliates who may have potential so that we can use them to better motivate and perhaps help and enable them to become team leaders and build stronger and deeper teams so that we all get grow and grow.

well as the saying goes that when you put your money where your mouth is by having a standing order yourself so that when u share with your downlines the importance of having a SO you must set an example like automatically becoming an Executive Affiliate with 1500 VPs
