How can I set up an online seminar to train my affiliates...and what are some tips for successful online seminars?

Seminars are a good thing. Especially when everyone speaks the same language. Unfortunately, it usually is not so in groups and therefore can hold seminars just for speaking well. Otherwise you can use the translations and writing, in person instead of talking on Skype. Or would it be a good idea to get a translator and seminars must be done in English.
I believe that a well prepared seminar explaining what SFI, how there money to be made about the daily tasks of shopping, games, auctions, ztahování music, and putting the lives of all great news, fast-trak opportunity to regain, Diamond bonuses and contracts, how to advertise, how to sell, how to duplicate themselves or their sponsors. I am certainly the quickest and most obvious way to attract new people and explaining current for your PSA. I recommend.

How can I earn 1000 AVP for the status of BTL if I do not have any team members yet?

Should I put my CSAs into the new CSA Exchange? If yes...or no...explain why.

I CSAV's put up for auction CSA. Mostly you but can not be returned.
They do it because they are very long inactive branch and you can see that, at least not yet interested in SFI continue.
Thus, it is possible hope that soon the SFI fall out, but they can perhaps after a year or longer continue.
In geneologii then they do not take up unnecessary space. The question is when you decide to do this?
How do you get affiliates to understand that SFI is a serious business with serious earnings potential...and not just a hobby?

SFI is a real business, and I suppose if someone logs in it and takes. It can become a hobby, but it's still hard work and entrepreneurship right from home. It should be stressed that already in the welcome letter, very nice, so everyone could instantly recognize the reality and then act accordingly. I think it would be even less those who are just logs and no longer do anything. It should explain the benefits to mention the free training lessons, but even that is not about instant riches from day to day.
Mostly, no one can imagine what kind of job is, therefore, would be wise to know it before you start working or logs off.
Every year brings changes in SFI, and I look forward to those new to r. 2016.

We are only allowed 10 A2A friends. We can follow anyone. How do you pick your A2A friends and followers?

Yes, the SFI will find list, where you can pick your friends and you read something about them. it is stated that it is possible to choose just 10 people, no matter where. It also so as not to become overwhelmed computer centeral and make things work. With these selected friends, you can share your opinions and other work. If you will respond. It's a nice opportunity to use and recommend.
What do you do about PSAs that start off great but then suddenly become completely inactive?

That's a good question, but the answer is clear. You can not do anything !!! Even if you're writing, you ask, you want to help and yet there is silence and no reaction, you can do nothing.
Everyone is entitled to their decision freely and so it is. If inactive person logs out, it is good sometimes to remind him of his options to continue. And to motivate him. Nothing else really do not. Even the gifts help. This is just a waste of money and a waste of time.
Perhaps the problem is that most people do not want to invest and wait half a year for the first intake. That is what deters most. They do not need the possibility of yet another job and is looking for something else .... and this program do not have time, sometimes temporarily, sometimes permanently.

This attitude affiliates know very well. Unfortunately, these people are and exist in every business. Thus, even in SFI. It does not convince the majority. I'm not saying that there can not be an exception. For me, but it's a waste of time and it is better to try to acquire new branches, eg. Triple Cliks buy in some of the options.
I myself explaining the benefits of this work, these inoperative PSA, I stated utmost motivation, but it was all in vain as well.
Who decided not to work here it is simply determined and most of it can not be changed.
He came because he was curious and thought it would take a lot of money immediately. When he goes out and understand that it comes to building your business, usually ends, because they are afraid to be responsible for themselves. I think you learn a duplication.
What is important is the personal morality, to fulfill their daily, weekly and monthly tasks. They answered questions and copied what they know best and learned a forum or from your sponsor if it is a good and successful. It recognizable by their badges and his post.
Very important is communication and gaining trust. Then everything is simple and fast forward. Shops in Triple Clicks can flourish.

SFI is definitely a big pile of tools, and it is good to discover and gradually use. This maximizes all duplikace.Jsou are using marketing banners in all possible ways for its development and everything is free. Applying these marketing tools in advertising, on its website and also not forgetting to participate in S-Builder Unit, purchased on the standing order, where advertising comes to 0.72 cents per day.
Just have a goal and go for it gradually. I wish success to everyone.
