My personal experience in the creation of a team is the following:
- Different cultures and time zones are a great asset of our business, because while some sleep in the other countries are doing. our working time is then 24 hours.
- To our members learn step by step how to do it in SFI, so we are with them, we learn step by step on their habits and way of thinking ..
- Only in the beginning looks like a problem time zones and cultures ..... later realize that it is in fact a great advantage.
This watch our business globally, not locally!

People are afraid, they do not know how to do it. People are afraid of failure. people do not believe in their abilities and capabilities.
Not sure of themselves, how to do it. It is the fear of failure and the problem!

Have a goal and vision in life is certainly the most important thing!
because, if you do not have a goal, then you are like a ship in a storm that does not know where his port .....
of course with the objective need perseverance, persistence and certainly WORK!
Targets are set as short, medium and long term.
Short-term goal - position BTL (something that is easily achievable and possible.)
The medium-term objective - positions GTL (something that is possible, but not now feasible, as buying a new car or home)
The long-term goal - position DTL (something that is now impossible and unrealisable - like buying aircraft or ship, for example)

This takes time, research, perseverance and most importantly patience.
