The Movers Tab is a tool you can use to see which of your PSA’s/CSA’s was active in the last 7 days, in other words, who logged in. In a glance you can see who your workers are, so you can work with your workers.
From this page you can access every mover’s personal profile page to get a look at their VP Ledger or to send an E-Card to motivate or congratulate them.
The Movers Tab is thus a powerful team building tool.

The best actions to focus on is:
1. Training: Reading, reading, reading. Study the Launchpad Lessons, Internet Marketing Course, ASK SC questions and answers, Forum Posts, Tips and Alerts, etc.
2. Becoming EA or Team Leader and staying at least EA every month.
3. Promoting SFI and TripleClicks and their products and enrolling PSA’s, ECA’s and PRM’s.
4. Sponsoring and Duplication.
How do you explain and promote transfer buying to your team members?

Transfer Buying is achieved by only changing your shopping habits. In other words, buy the stuff you normally buy at your normal shops from your own store, TripleClicks. You don’t have to spend extra money. Just look at TripleClicks for the stuff that you would have bought in any instance. By doing that you may even save some money, because you get VP to help you advance to EA or even Team Leader as well as a share in the executive pool. A further advantage is that you also earn MRP’s that you can use to purchase other stuff from TripleClicks.
You must explain to your team members how it works and benefits you through team mails, stream posts, personal mails and e-cards. But the best way to promote it to them is by example. First buy from your shop yourself and then ask them to follow.

Which is better for a fairly new ECA? Limit shipping to my region while my business grows or ship internationally from the start?

It all depends on what you are selling, for what price you are selling as well as from where you are selling.
If you are selling digital products that can be shipped without any shipping costs or other limitations, you must sell internationally.
If the products you sell are priced very low or the products are small and the value not high, adding shipping costs can make it too pricy. Then it might be better to sell only locally.
If you have to ship from countries with very limited and expensive shipping options, it might also not be a good idea to ship internationally.

Firstly become a Team Leader yourself. You can’t expect anyone to do what you don’t. Let them see what it means to you to be team leader. Show them the benefits.
To motivate them to become team leaders themselves you can re-assign other affiliates with 600VP within the last 90days to your movers or top achievers. Another way that may even work better is to give them new affiliates as they sign up. You can do that with contests or give them shares in your co-op.

Printed flyers can be tabbed or plain.
I would suggest that you spread the word about SFI, TripleClicks and the products and services by posting tabbed flyers on bulletin boards where ever you can find one.
Use plain flyers by placing them under car wipers in parking lots or in the streets or by handing them out face to face to individuals. You can also have them placed in newspapers or other marketing pamphlets or place them on the counters of stores you use. Place them in magazines or library books or forget them on the seat of a taxi or bus.

The only way to try and get an estimate on a price something might sell for in the auctions, is to look at the history. Take into account the type of auction, the specific day, the time of day and how many similar auctions available at the same time. Use the figures of the same auctions and work out an average.

There are many different ways of advertising, but all of them can be divided into two groups, namely on-line and off-line advertising.
Off-line advertising can be any advertising that you will personally see to, like ads in printed media, warm marketing, posting of banners, pamphlets or other printed ads on notice boards or other places, distributing marketing materials personally, etc. and will normally take place in your country.
On-line advertising will be any advertising that you do on the Internet whether it be classified ads on eCommerce websites, social ads on social media, drip advertising on social media, advertising on your own personal website, or any other way of on-line marketing.
Whether the one will give better results than the other will all depend on the quality of the ad, the reach of the media, the prominence of your ad or site on search engines, etc. You can track them by giving each ad and publication another key code and that way see which ones do the best. For some it’s solo ads, for others it’s sharing on Facebook and for others it’s their website ads. You will have to do your own trial and error tests.

Who is the better demographic to target in my ads? Retired persons...or homemakers?

Every ad should target a specific demographic group you want to attract to your team.
There are many demographic groups out there that can be targeted like Retired persons, homemakers, students, entrepreneurs, unemployed, employed, small business owners, etc.
Everyone have a place in SFI. Why would you want to limit yourself by excluding anyone from your marketing efforts? Everyone should be targeted but just differently. You must choose the wording for a specific ad carefully. If you want to attract a lot of students, use language they understand and highlight what they could gain specifically from this business.
You can place ads for each and every different demographic group in the same publication, whether it be on- or off-line and that way make sure you reach all demographics with your ads and therefore assure more signups.
