If the person who needs to be convinced is computer literate and comfortable in internet usage then why not join SFI as a source of residual income. That person has a rich experience in dealing with life and he can use that experience to develop own business in SFI even after 50s.

If the person has previous experience in some sort of Network marketing it is a plus point for him to join SFI.

If he has not tried internet marketing there are many ways he can do marketing such as warm marketing, local recruiting, group presentations, print media etc. These methods are listed in A2A

Just show that person search engine results of people who are successful in their business after starting over 50. I just now googled it and read on a website that as per some research " Businesses started by people over 50 have a 70% chance of surviving their first five years - compared with only a 28% survival rate for those younger than them."

Just encourage him by giving such examples. As such someone said Success is a state of mind.

You can give gift certificate or T credits to your "Performers" Not to all the downline.

You can decide the criterion for rewarding them with T credits or Gift certificates. In fact if your PSAs/ CSAs are really duplicating you they will be successful in developing their own profitable business in sfi. Your job is to acknowledge them and make them icon for your other team members to follow. So in this view if you are rewarding the, it can be called as an incentive / bonus to achieve certain milestones.


In any other business, sales people are rewarded after achievcing their targets..Do you call this practice as "bribing" no Way.

Bribes are given to expedite something that we want to happen . It is given to the third party.

But your down line is not your third party. It is your sales team. So you can compare the gift certificates and t credits to Incentives.

It will not bite you because you will have the control on whom to give , why to give and whom to reject and what to inform them the reason of rejection. You are not dependent on only those down line members as you are supposed to expand your down line. If you are dependent on only a few down line members for performance and they come to know about it, this practice of incentives will bite you.

To achieve success you need to review the goals you have been setting till date.

Are you setting too much higher goals, check if the efforts you are putting in to achieve them are in the right direction or not. You have to monitor the efforts and goal achievement.

for example if you are not reaching the desired number of PSAs in a month as per the goal s set for the month, you have to take actions such as advertise at more sites, advertise in more categories, talk to more number of strangers, use print advertise .Just try doing 10% extra efforts that you have been doing so far. Review the results after a month. And if they are in the right direction, continue with them else modify the way you are going to achieve the number of PSAs next month.

Are you using all the income streams available under SFI ? Probably you are not at all thinking about the other income streams such as being ECA your self,or sponsoring ECAs.

Are you seriously promoting Tripleclicks products? If not refer the tips given for promotion in SFI knowledge bank( ASK SC and FORUM posts) and work on it. Promoting Tripleclicks products from your stores will create a whole lot of difference in your earning in SFI .

Remember Success is a Journey not the Destination.

Thereafter log in to SFI and check in the Affiliate center whether there is any topic that has been answered - use search bar on affiliate center top right hand corner. It might have been answered in Launchpad lessons or training material.

Go to forum, enter the question or topic in search bar and see if you find out relevant topic being discussed , if you do not find the topic/ question answered before , raise a ticket. chances are that someone will answer it soon.

Write immediately to your sponsor , co sponsor and also to the up line
You can also write to a2a friends who have more experience than you.

I am sure you can get the answers from different sources.


The best one will be the one that has been answered by training material or launchpad lessons or supported by many team leaders in the forum.

If we still not receive the answer and the question is totally new ask it in Ask SC to receive the best answer

Arrange a competition in your team for being an EA2 and give TCs to those five who have developed more than 5 EA2s and reward them with TCredits. Distribute your T credits that you receive as a team leader equally between these five.

You can provide them Tc as rewards on enrolling first 5 PSAs among your team.

You can reward them Tc who have more badges

you can reward them Tc who have more VP streak
reward them if they are in top 5 authors on Ask sc questions.

reward them when someone of them achieves direct sales faster than others in the team.

You can think of many such achievements to promote activity.

All Eager Zebra Game have unique identity. All require T credit to enter. Once you enter with 1 t credit, we get 1 MRP and one VP for using 1 TC.

Personally I feel the Gold Streak is the best one . Here if you are participating in the survey daily, you know the answers. You only need to select least popular or most popular answer. As you go up the ladder by answering correctly one question, you get 5 MRPs per correctly answered question. Everyday a zack pot will be declared with in all players who reached Streakasphere. It is rewarded in Tcredits.I have not tried TD tally and Pick or Punt.

Knockout trivia too is a good to generate T credits, VP , MRP provided you are very good in general knowledge.

Time machine too is very good to earn Zackpot.

Thank you for asking a valid question that comes in the mind of most new affiliate.

Do you wont to know how many PSAs you sponsor every month or how many of them should be EAs every month so that a successful business can be built?

Well there is no limit set up by SFI on this, either upper or the lower. Why ? because your SFI business is your own business. You are the Boss to decide.

The income tab shows you the (estimated)income calculator. You must have tried it. So one may be having a clear idea about how much income he/she wants to generate through sponsoring . Based on this figure one can have a general idea of how many affiliate one needs to sponsor to build a successful business.

If we sponsor 5 EAs every month that will lead to a strong basic foundation for the future business. These 5 should be EAs every month and they should duplicate this formula for their own business.

If you through past forum posts or Ask sc question answers , you will find people recommending ONLY one EA per month is also sufficient to build a business.

So number of affiliates to sponsor may vary from person to person as the business expectations from own business will very from sponsor to sponsor.

According to me, key point here is how many sponsored affiliates you can provide personal attention and help them to build their business?

Some say it is a number's game. Go on sponsoring hundreds of affiliates a day. But for your success it is important that they retain EA every month in SFI.

Remember SUCCESS has to be defined by You,and you should not build your business by bench-marking SUCCESS achieved by other affiliates .

And have you given a thought that one need not sponsor any PSA for building SFI business at all? One can promote TC products and is entitled to earn as much commissions he/she wants to earn . There is practically no limit.

Hope you did not expect an exact figure as an answer to your question but have got the a new direction to think and act.
