The best way to help them is to have a central location such as a cafe or business center where they can converge to there business, if they're in one geographic location. They could share a computer amongst themselves. And where you're able you can buy for them to share. This is an important question as most affiliates do not have the resources to attend to such needs and might have bean the insurmountable barriers that have prevented a lot of the others from joining. Should I or shouldn't I try to recruit people to become SFI affiliates when they are not English speakers/readers?

You should recruit affiliates whether or not they can speak English. We have gone and grown way ahead of this barrier that we now have translating tools in Google and in SFI. We recognize the fact that the lingua franca in SFI is English but then it is a global business meant for every household in the world and nobody should be desenfranchised from the full benefits as a result of race, language or location.
