How do I assure that duplication happens in those I sponsor?

As a sponsor and co-sponsor to your affiliates, you got an access on their individual VP Ledger and can monitor their individual activities including the number of affiliates they have sponsored in their businesses. If there is no movement in their VPs or number of recruits, it is your responsibility to mentor them how they would earn action points and where they can advertise for free.
When faced with negativity in promoting SFI, how do you respond and what path do you take moving forward?

Let us accept the fact that we can not please everybody. It is natural and human for some to be angry, fearful or smile then walk away to hear negative comments. I see it cowardly and immature reaction. Let us face the reality that we can not force everybody to like want we like. This is due to individual differences.
I would give thanks to people who would give negative comments on my ways since the comments are stepping stones for improvement. It is hard to contradict people with negative thoughts. I will take the negative comments positively, ask for more or even ask suggestions from them. Follow the flow so I would know their interests and if I can fit myself in.
When I was new in answering some open question like this, I always receive comments from others to check my grammar. It seems quite insulting since I took up the English Language for 14 years schooling. I took the comment positively. I reviewed the English Language ones more. Now, I am more confident answering questions. It is wise to walk a step backward and make two or more steps forward to move for a brighter future.
Who knows, these negative comments from others would give us room to improve SFI or TripleClicks more and capture those who commented negatively.

How do you deal with PSAs who you offer unconditional support but still rate you poorly?

Sad to hear this. In your PSAs point of view your unconditional support might be too much. You would not be able to create a good and health team environment if you are irritated with such a negative/poor rating and later loss focus.
If I were on your shoes, I would highly appreciate my PSAs giving me a poor rating since this gives me a room for self improvement and extend my understanding. If I would comment on myself, I might brag and would never say negative comments of my personality. I hope you would understand my viewpoint. People who are with us are the persons who can see what we really are. Humility is power.
Make a pause and review how you extended your support and recognize that affiliates got individual differences in personalities, skills, spoken language, ages, genders, hopes and fears. You should take the advantage of knowing and appreciating them since these would help you accept them freely the way they have accepted you. Learn to adjust to their level since you can not please everyone.
It is very difficult to mentor people who we do not like. You need to develop your human relationship skills dealing with affiliates from worldwide.

Join the hourly T-Time Drawings to earn 62TCredits. This TCredits can be use either a bet on the Pick the Price, List your Unwanted Items at home and bet on Pricebender Auction.
Why not shop at TripleClicks for your home cleaning needs for you to earn VPs from purchasing clothes, dish and toilet bowl detergents instead of buying them from your local grocery. If you can not afford the price, share and sell part of the item with a neighbor.
Sell TCredits to your downline. They need the TCredits to bet.

Seek the assistance of your sponsor and co-sponsor. It would cost you less if you ask them to waive their commissions to your favor. They would understand your financial standing.

However, their tips would be useless if you would not experience and put actions on their tips. Experience is the best teacher.

Leadership is build in within ourselves. We only have to nurture this so we could express and communicate ourselves freely to others. Be honest with ourselves but also with others to built in trust.
Have passion on what you are doing and share the experience to your PSAs.
Make your first goal with SFI be the first goal of your PSAs (be an EA) by learning and mentoring them how to duplicate the actions you have done.
Consider the existence of individual differences and appreciate them for you to understand your teammates and use them to the advantage of your team. Treat your teammates individually, differently and the way they are to avoid conflict.
Never would you stop your advertising campaign so you can reassign and award your PSAs people who would be of help to them and their business.

What is the most valuable thing you learned in your first year in SFI?

This is the first time I engage myself in internet networking. Advertising in social media websites, building blogsites and websites are new to my library. And I love them.
However, the most valuable thing I learned is sharing what I know and develop humility. It is nice to learn guiding not directing, collaborating than competing, having friends from other countries and building a business through merely communication.
We would not be able to build a successful business in any endeavor without establishing a good and health human relationship with people and this is what networking is all about.

I felt sad to come across people who sells items from free stuffs and taking advantage to those who are ignorant from earning money from free. If they can earn, why can't we?

It does not matter how long it would take us to use the free marketing aids, gateways and free ads post host sites available in Google, as long as we are in business trying to build our working force for free and be successful someday.
