In other to do this affiliate are expected to search for this button on Affiliate Snapshots which is available by clicking on the names of affiliates to which you so desire, Affiliates are then advise to carefully select person of interest.
Click the button to send a friend request. And wait for approval, If the person so desire to be your a2a friend, he will then approve your request or decline your request, it will then appear on your a2a friend indication that your requests had been approved.
Remember, a2a is only for affiliates outside of your downline ,Which allow Affiliates to Affiliates exchanging matters of business and issue of great importance.
Other search can be carry out via age, sex, country, join date.
Always remember that SFI recommend only 10 a2a friends, is you already have 10, to add another you have to decline the old and add another.

What you should do to speed up PSA without overwhelming them is this.
Upon been assigned to you, first welcome them indicating you are there co.sponsor
If they need any assistance you will be glad to help.
However, explain all the bases of SFI to them letting them understand what is uptainable.
Tell then how important VP is that Affiliates cant do without. That failure to have a minimum
Of 1500 VP Will shattered there dream make him up and doing from (to do list), to the versa Point
Ledger where everything lies.
Make them understand VersaPoints Ledger which is located under hot spot, there the
Treasure lies, that doing his immediately action and weekly action will give him a sense
Of belonging.
Finally don't send him too much mail, for that will make him to stop asking questions on what he should learn, waiting reluctantly for your mail to guide him. Hope this help.

One annoying thing is that much of what you know now might be the most strange thing on first week.
However, the best most important thing to do is your (to do list), reason is that same red tab miss today's will never be the same but all immediate action still remains. Perhaps all red tabs action should first be the utmost important before any other thing will be added. Hope that helps.
The next most powerful tools is the (Hot spots), know wonder its call the hot spots because it contains the face at which SFI is build. (the VP Ledger Point) where every magic is performed, which also give detail of what is on for grasp. Hope it helps.

Communication is one of the most important means through which message is passed from one Affiliate to another. Using stream sending message, the message should be well structured in the sense that it will capture the attention of the reader. Stream message improve the relationship between co.sponsor and Affiliates.
The stream message should be send at list twice every week to all active Affiliates indicating important event ahead, and how to carry out daily action.
More importantly co.sponsor should not abuse the medium sending to much message without making any sense, Affiliate will be tired of reading them from co.sponsor. But when the message carried important event that will help them solving an ordeal.

First after signing up, first impressions matters, Usher them with exciting message about how SFI work and the benefits involved, make them understand what is uptainable that SFI is a long time investment. Impossible send the e.card, explain to him the important of to do list and how to carry out his daily action.
Secondly, initiate him by given him some TCredits let him bid in Pricebenders and play more games, when that is done he will felt that comes every day, unknown to him it takes a lot to happen

In other to gain the maximum support from your upline to grow your SFI business certain things had to be put into consideration.
#make sure first you have what it take by placing your Standing Order.
# contribute to active discussion, to make your self a forum guru.
# always send E.cards to upline for been an awesome co.sponsor.
# vote your upline by rating how effective they are.
# most important is asking questions about do and don't.
Finally always contact your upline either on email telling him areas you find it difficult to resolve.
