Hi

I personally think S-Builder is an excellent product. Again it wont bring any fame and fortune overnight, but for long term planning its excellent to use.

My suggestion is to buy a unit every 2 weeks, but if you cant, set up a SO for once a month. Then be on top of it. As soon as your PSA's start cumming in send them a welcome letter and follow then the awesome leader procedure. This will ensure some active PSA's which will off course bring you more profit. Next you need

Hi Gloria

Like any business out there you also need to do a lot of planning into your SFI business. One of the areas that's very important in your SFI business are getting affiliates. To plan and organize PSA'a I think is one of the most important factors in your business and it must be done from the start and never be stopped. IT is a ongoing process.

Regarding my planning for PSA's, I got a long to medium term plan and short term plan. For long and medium term planning I make

Hi

I have found and believe in most cases that something have triggered it. It might be a family member or friend telling them its a lot of nonsense or it might be something negative he read somewhere about SFI or he/she might feel his business are not growing fast enough.

My advise is to contact such an PSA immediately as soon as you see a dip in his activity. DON'T leave it there and hope he will come to his/her senses in a months time or what. You are going to loose him/her.

There are many ways to communicate with your downline. Here are some examples:
- E-mail
- Team mail
- Stream
- E cards
- Telephone
- Skype and simular
- Facebook, twitter etc

But I still think the most effective way is through E-mail. The reasons are that you can know for sure the Aff received it, you can keep a copy of it for future reference. Its cost effective.

Hope this help

Hi Rebecca

You did not mention if its a monthly investment or a once of investment. I will take it as a once off investment. What also make this question difficult is that I dont know what you already have by means of size of downline, ECA store and where does you interest lie.

I personally will invest most of the money into PPC or PPA advertising. With $500 you can bring in a lot of new affiliates by advertising with the correct people.

Then I will also invest in

Hi Manohar

Any affiliate is a person on its own. None of us got the same interest, same outlook, same visions, same drive and so fourth. Due to above some people will see the SFI business different as we see it and have different ideas and expectations.

If a person joined for the following reasons its going to be hard to convince him or her.
- Want to become rich overnight
- Want results, but not willing to work for it
- No passion to make it work
- Not a

What yardstick should I use to give an unbiased and appropriate rating of my Sponsor each month?

Hi

Each month you have to rate you sponsor if you had 500vp or more for the previous 2 months. I would suggest the following measurements:

- Did he at least send you one team-mail per week
- If you are active did he at least send you one personal mail or e-card for the month
- If you ask him something did he came back to you within 24hours.
- Is he polite and you get the feeling he really cares
- Is he professional and gave you the correct info and answers

What do you say to an affiliate who thinks that doing the daily 1 VP actions is a waste of time?

Hi Ovidio

If an affiliate tell me he/she thinks doing the 1vp actions is a waste of time, I will tell him/her the following.

1. It might feel like a waste of time now but comes your second month you will see how precious every vp are.
2. Each vp is worth about 3.8 cent, for every 100 you miss, you throw away about $3.80. Ad it up over a year, you will be shocked by the amount you have thrown away.
3. Your upline get matching vp, (if he/she are EA) so you mess up

We know now that we have an average success rate of 2% to 4% of active PSA's. This mean that out of a hundred PSA's, two to four should be active.

It all depends on how many PSA's you got. For example if I only got 50 PSA's, I can give the non active ones much more attention where as I got 600 PSA's. What I do is to re-assign the PSA,s with different cultures and language problems to some of my hard workers who can better understand them and communicate with them. I find it works much

How do we know if our PSAs and CSAs are serious about building a successful SFI business?

Hi

First of all and most important , I think we must first look at our self's. If we are not serious in the way we received and handle the new PSA's and CSA's, how can we expect them to be serious about building a successful SFI business. The welcome letter, the respect, the follow up, will all make a huge difference in how successful they will be.

If we have done above, we can then pick up signs from the AFF's on how serious they really are. We all know that only about 2 to
