Which is better to do...sponsoring SFI affiliates...or referring TripleClicks members?

It depends on your strategies and goals for a particular period. Ultimately you will need to do both repeatedly and regularly.
Sponsoring affiliate appears to be long term approach to building a business model that will later yield and continuously yield income if you are able to duplicate yourself and make your PSAs active
On the other hand TripleClicks members fetches quicker commissions (as much as 45% or so) but again you need to find a away to make them active participants at the store.
A good strategy which i will recommend is - Build PSAs by SFI sponsorship regularly when you can afford it and simultaneously refer tripleclicks members. Work on both if you can to keep them active and use the commissions from TripleClicks sales to further build your downlines during period of occassional cash shortages

The bottom line for SFI business is to earn more money. Of course other interesting games, making friends, learning new things exist but the bottom line i repeat is to earn more money for most people.
Now more money is relative. What was your goal at the beginning is also very vital.
To earn more, you need to grow YOUR business. In this process, you stumble and fall and rise again. Being prepared to fail occasionally is part of winners mentality you must have. In every game you win some and lose some. What is important is that you must keep moving towards your goals , keep learning better methods of referring and duplicating success experiences.
Experience has shown that it is not a quick fix. SFI has spend millions in over 15 years. So before you start evaluating your work you need at least a year. And good or bad, you need to start planning for years ahead.
To those making making money, are there better ways of doing that? What are others doing better. That is why continuous networking, continuous marketing research and good record keeping will help.

What are the best ways to use printed flyers to attract PSAs/PRMs/ECAs?

1. Get desired flyer from relevant SFI webpage eg https://www.sfimg.com/Resources/MarketingCenter.
2. Download selected item(s) to your PC
3. Copy into a removable drive and take it to commercial printers to print in reasonable quantities ( You may order for printed ones where possible OR print in black and white for few sample copies
4. Drop at restaurants of Colleges, Universities, Hospitals lobbies, , government secretariats gates and other public places
4. Of course you must remember that you fill in your gateways or codes at appropriate places before handing out the flyers

Increase your earnings by increasing
a. Action VP by continuously doing your To Dos daily weekly and monthly
b. Sales VP by buying from your store as much as you can
c. Sales VP by getting others (usually PSAs and CSAs) every month who will later buy
at your store
d. refer ECA (E-commerce Associates), as many as you can every month
e. Duplicate your success story
Why should I remain focused on my SFI business when there are other companies offering me allegedly similar opportunities?

Don't make the mistakes i made several years ago when i came in contact with online business opportunities through SFI.
I was so excited and eager to embrace all the information on the internet. At times, i spent fortune downloading pages upon pages of different affiliate programs, ezines, pay per clicks, typing for a fee, reading email for money, e-advertising, etc.
In the end i was suffocated with information and did not really ACT on any.
SFI is good enough. and one good system is all you need to achieve your dream at least in the first 3-5years of starting online business.
You don't have more than 24hours/day, You don't have enough money for advertising endlessly, you cannot attend to countless strategies and marketing researches you will need to excel in one affiliate program talk less of several.
Be focused. Be determined. You will get whatever you dream to have here.

Communication is key.
With correct communication, you can build relationship and understanding.
Once you have these in place, you can tell them, even push them a little. It is allowed in leadership.
Successful people don't mind being pushed by a leader they love and trust. Good things don't come easy anyway. So don't be afraid to 'push' your PSAs if need be, what is important is, why are you pushing? selfish or selfless?

Good question.
For me my starting goal is very definite- Make more money to take care of pressing domestic challenges that wages cannot deliver in years.
So im not confused at all as to where im going. Methods of reaching there may change but I really need to earn about ten fold what I am earning now every month and since I see people in SFI earning as much even more, I am hopeful that I am in the right place.
For emphasis, people will know if they are successful if they have clearly defined goals at onset of their businesses. Do you have a define goal? Refer to it regularly, edit it if need be.
Every versa point, every Tcredit, each MRP, and that single dollar is an inch closer to the goal. Or you may want to see growth towards your goal as each knowledge gain that translate to earnings, each advert strategy that works that bring in PSA and CSA is a step towards that goal.

PSAs need to note that SFI is not a get rich quick business. Like every enduring achievement is will be tasking especially at the beginning. Please recall your first day at school. How was it to leave Mummy's warmth and care to a place of the unknown?
Having said that, I will want to review their approaches and their SFI goals. Are their actions in tandem with what is expected to generate money? If not it has to be corrected. If so, at what cost? It could be that the PSA is spending more than he can conveniently afford or it could be that he spend money on consumption and taste enhancing items than things that build his business.
In all perseverance, corrections can be made with endurance. Brilliance without endurance is crash landing.

SFI and Carson Services Inc have proven credibity over the years. Besides, the system in place has produced very wealthy online entrepreneurs. Daily many people belief in the system and are not just joining they are participating invest money time brain and energy.
