You would need to keep someone in your family active in the business with you ...Whoever it is you want to take over for you start teaching them now so they will know Exactly what to do at that time.
Make sure they know all the important info that is necessary for them to continue on with what you've started and teach them to teach there own siblings or children to do so after they time has come. Keep it in the Family so everyone can have a Solid Future

I found this tip from SFI to be very useful:
Share information about TripleClicks products via Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, and other social networking sites you visit. Just click the "Share It!"button on each product's details page and follow the instructions. Be sure you're logged into TripleClicks.com, so your SFI ID will be attached to your shared information and you will receive credit for sales.
I search every morning and share the items I would like to have. By sharing these Ads They are able to see what they can get from Joining SFI and TripleClicks... this gets there interest up ...the more you share the more they want to know where you are getting these items

How to advertise successfully on Facebook and other social media?

My first thought was to advertise on Social Media and then I hit the block of SFI. So I decided to start blogging and got a website and now anything i want to advertise on FB or Twitter I just press it with my wordpress website.
With having your own website there are many ways to advertise SFI and TripleClicks
Pinterest is also a Key advertiser for me I Pin the Things I wish I could buy with my url for everyone to see
How can I best utilize my monthly Standing Order of TCredits?

I have been struggling with this myself...So far I have found that bidding on auctions with Double MRP's has been the best for me. The Action Points im sure is what your after Action Points mean Tcredits... so I try to turn my Tcredits into Double MRP's so I can buy more Tcredits with my MRPs and maybe win an auction by chance.
Who is the better demographic to target in my ads? Retired persons...or homemakers?

I think your first mistake is stereotyping what type of people you are trying to target.
Rather a person is retired, or a homemaker has no bearing on succeeding in SFI. Its not who they are you want to attract its What they are looking for a home business is what you want to attract.
With everything SFI has to offer its hard to target one type of person. Tell Everyone about SFI not just a few.

When your setting up an advertisement you are trying to attract people to what they are looking for So they makes it hard to truthfully grab there attention. Say your words out loud and think of what YOU would expect when you signed up
Words like:
Overnight Success.... everyone wants it and looks for it but lets face it no one is successful over night
Free Income....We all know that nothing is free
Quick Money...its just not possible in this business
Quit your job and Work at home...Although we would all like to quit our job and work at home its just not realistic to do that until you have put some time into your business on the internet
I would refrain from giving false hope in my words of advertising because once they get there hopes up and find out they actually have to do a little of something for a few months after signing up Most never return to the site

The best way is to get your own website and domain name...this allows you to advertise your business in you own way and don't forget to add meta tags on your website. Meta tags fit into your page's HTML and essentially give the search engine basic information to tag, such as keywords and contents of your site. This can be helpful to determine where your site shows up when people search for certain keywords. The meta tags go inside your <head> tags, and look like this:

Your can gain a lot of publicity thru Blogs also I use a lot of tag words in my blogs to gain interest

There are many ways to advertise your gift cards ....post them on your website, blog, Social Media ...if you have a website post the card ad next to a Eager Zebra Banner ....Advertise a $12 Gift Card Banner with a text explaining the fun or benifits of playing the game...Advertise the Eager

I have actually found them both to be useful with a website you can place permanent Banners to all of your gateways. Expalning the different benifits of each individual site ie: SFI, TripleClicks, Wave3 and your T-Connect page and don't forget the Games and Music Competitions.
Now as for the Blog you have the ability to post Daily Banners, TripleClick Specials, Games Special Auctions coming up or Special Products from your T-Connect or ECA pages. I also post items in my blog about items I like from other ECAs with my URL embedded Hope this helps you find that really they both have different but great benefits

What would be a good way to hold offline classes or seminars to train my PSAs about SFI and TripleClicks?

Well this one is a little difficult if you want to train face to face. Your affiliates are I'm assuming like mine from all around the world.
You could on the other send emails of a date and Time for a Open Conference Call for different training technics once a week or month depending on how often you wanted to train. You could talk about and Advertise the Date Time and Number to call on your website, Blog or Social Media page. Hope this Helps
