Here are some tips.
1. Pay enough attention to decide what is asked. Most popular or least popular?
2. Give your answer within time limit. Questions in the first round, have 5 minutes to answer. In second round, have 4 minutes to answer. And in third round only 3 minutes to answer.
3. If you don't know the answer, you can pass on the question (to add to your streak and also earn you Poll Points and MRP) with 1 TCredit for first pass, 3 TCredits for second pass and 5 TCredits for third and final pass is.
4. You can use Google search engine to find information that will help you to decide correct answer.

First of all, you welcome him/her once again and tell them that you are glad to have them back in your team.
If they are logging in after a long period, it is possible that there will be many changes in SFI system. You inform them briefly about the changes in the system and tell them how they can continue their work and remain active to earn a good income from SFI. Also tell them importance of a team/downline and help them in getting more PSAs and make a good team. Also inform them importance of 1500 VP standing order, which will make them EA automatically. Stay in touch with them regularly and guide them step by step to achieve higher status.
If your affiliate knows that there is somebody to support them and guide them, they would work with more confidence and enthusiasm.

Text ads are most simple and economical yet effective way of advertising. It will work at all places. You can place short ads in classified ads website, newspapers, email signatures, blogs etc. Here is an example from Marketing Aids section of SFI.

2. Learn how to add/edit/view/delete items in your store.
3. Post news about your new products on your store and send mail to all your connections.
4. Learn how to approve/reject comments posted by your connections.
5. Initially, start with some low cost products.
6. Add some discount to your products to attract more customers.
7. Give your best services to your customer to receive higher ranking.
DON'Ts:
1. Don't wait for a long time to upload/list your product.
2. Don't start with high cost products.
3. Don't give false promises to sell your products.
4. Don't forget to reply customer's query immediately or as early as possible.
5. Don't keep your customers waiting for a long time. As soon as you receive order, confirm the receipt of order and assure them the product would be dispatched soon.
