This is a great question especially for "New Affiliates" coming on board, since we have been around and playing this PTP Game for awhile already!! Initially, I was throwing out dollar amounts based on NO Rhyme or Reason! Then I decided I would begin Researching the TIPS on the PTP page; After-all, our Admins put these sections there for a reason!
So, at first I would simply view the first page of Auctions...I would throw out a few numbers in between. This was NOT Successful!
Step TWO of my Research I found it made a large difference on the:
1) Time of Day-
2) Precise Product-
3) How Many "LIKE Auctions" were going on at same time
4) Calculation of the FINAL PRICE at 77% off the Price based on the "Lock in Price"
5) Finally, choose a number based on ALL THE ABOVE FACTORS WEIGHED IN!
We also MUST remember "YES" Luck might have something to do with Winning, BUT, the WINNER, ONLY needs to be the CLOSEST to the ACTUAL PRICE, IF No one has the PRECISE Number!
These Factors have worked for me and I hope they HELP You Too!

I must say this particular question is interesting to me. Since beginning with SFI it has simply amazed me how the auto-bidder works for people!
To be quite honest with you I utilized it once! Never again! I was curious if it actually has some sort of leverage over the game; since Pricebenders truly is a "Game of Play" a " Mind Game of sorts". I believe the auto-bidder is a "tool utilize to bully other players into dropping out of the Game Quicker!" Here are my Reasons:

1) Run out of T-Credits quicker-2minutes instead of 20minutes
2) Opponents become intimidated by the speed of the Auction
3) Loss of Control
4) The Plan in which the opponent started with has now been Quickly Disrupted, in other words instead of (50) T-Credits being Spent (100) have now been spent in 1/4 of the time
5) Anger, Frustration, and a variety of other feelings are occurring and possibly even NOT wanting to "Play the Game" anymore due to this shady action (in their mind this is how they are feeling)
6) Lastly, Never win "The Game"

Now, on the other hand it's imperative you have a strategy when you are going into these auctions! Many SFIers have TONS of coins and WIN ALOT!! My advice be PATIENT! Never walk away from the PC at the ending seconds because that is when you have the best odds of winning!

This is an excellent question, which may seem simple to answer by some. SFI has developed its “Own Power Tools Settings for Communicating Effectively with Affiliates/TEAM Members.” There are various Articles on Effective email writing which includes, but not limited to Weekly Newsletters, TIPS, Motivational letters, PSA and CSA Specific e-mails. If you are Not a Great Writer, these Tools are extremely valuable.You can find this section (3) different ways via the Affiliate Center, otherwise known as our homepage, or as I call it, the “Center of Our SFI Campus.”

GoTo Your To-Do-List Red Tab- Scroll ¾ of the way down and click on your PSA/CSA/Genealogy Report Tool
GoTo Your “Hot Spots Bar [blue] and click on your Genealogy Page Link
GoTo Your Power Tools Bar [blue] and click on your Genealogy Page Link

Each of these Steps will bring you to Your Genealogy Page; Once you have arrived here you have the Options of Communicating with Your PSAs, CSAs, or ALL at Once. You want to get in the habit of placing All Contact Information at the Base of your letters. In other words, sign your name, your credentials, then add your Social Media Information so your TEAM can locate you in other ways. One major factor we MUST remember as Leaders, Our company is International, hence the need to utilize all technologically advanced system possible to Communicate Effectively.

One Major issue I have found thus far is lack of “Personal emails being Active, or Confirmed Registered within our SFI site”. In order to effectively communicate we all must have a Constant, Good, Working email. Now, SFI does have its own internal email system, but as a Newbie it may take time to locate this email, then you're missing out on valuable information!
Another area of concern, lack of Response from Affiliates, so try not to be discouraged if you do not hear back from your group of AFF. The “Workers/Movers will respond, either by email, or by Action.” So, continue to aspire, never give up, remember that Rome was Not Built in One Day, Neither will this Business! You will succeed, Lead your TEAM they will FOLLOW!
One last note, Express the importance of a Valid email address, this is almost as important, if not more imperative than a fantastic image of yourself on your Web Page! Just be yourself, check out the VP Ledger, send E-cards, because even the tiniest detail or thought will make the biggest difference in an AFF decision to Stay or Go, whether its a PSA or a CSA, I put just as much effort in!

Advertising on Social Media is an easy way to reach consumers especially in targeting certain demographic groups! With SFI, we have various target markets due to the nature of the business.
*****Network Marketer
*****Advertisers

*****E-Commerce (internet-based businesses)
******Wholesale Corporations
******Yard-sales, Tag-sales, antiques, Trading shows, Garage sales
******At home Moms or Dads seeking Second Incomes
******College-aged
******Musicians- wanted
******People who love deals or Auctions


Now, with the aforementioned group of Targets you can see we have a wide variety of consumers that would be interested in SFI, TripleClicks, Price benders, our ECA Program (E-Commerce affiliate) and Musicians.....therefore when you go to advertise on these social media you need to Target your Market first!

1) JOIN Groups on Facebook!!! ALL that pertain to the list above! Start with your state, then move out of state!
2). SHARE-It's!!! Any time you reach a mini milestone on SFI you get a SHARE-IT...USE THESE FOR Twitter, FB, Google+, etc.
3). SFI has certain ads that work on Facebook, utilize these!!!

Once you JOIN the Groups place ads regularly, add a key code so you can track the results; be sure you track every Saturday because Hit Tracking is Re-Set on Sundays!

If you follow the above you should be all set!! I would also JOIN every FREE SITE YOU CAN TO ADVERTISE!!!

Hey Joe!

Great question! I think attracting college students will be interesting. There are many methods in which to do this.
1)You can reach out to the student body via Financial Aide by hanging SFI Fliers up
2)You can reach out via their Wreck Halls- these areas have multiple bulletin boards where you can hang Fliers for SFI, TripleClicks, Pricebenders and for the ECA Program
3)There are also The Dorm Halls that have "Common area" that also have Boards that allow Fliers to be hung, again any cards you may have.
4)You also would want to ask the Business Department Head if you can Post Fliers there, being that we are a business, it would be most beneficial to post in this particular area.

I believe timing is everything with college students. You would need to have these items up before the start of school since most students are only there from September to May. Hence, you would want to get the information out there immediately so they can begin our program.

This is a great question...I actually did not think to advertise in other countries but my own to be honest, so KUDOS for thinking out of the box!

I would definitely check out our Growth Track Record, and based on that information I would try and reach out to some of the countries that are NOT as strong as the others. They may not have been introduced to our program yet, or enough.

How I would do this would be by Craigslist. Craigslist offers a way to advertise in various regions and countries, so I would begin with One Country, One Region at a time. Working my way through the country with various ads and text ads. You definitely need to utilize your hit tracking key codes in order to track where your PSAs are signing up from, this way if your successful, you are doing something right in that country!
Then you move on to the next country and so on.

You seem to have the ideas, SFI has the Marketing Methods, now you just need to put it all together!

1) Review your PSAs Snapshot Page- Gather Pertinent Data that will be useful, such as
Prior Marketing Experience, How many Hours can spend on SFI? Why did they Choose SFI?

2) Be sure to Encourage all PSAs to Contact you via e-mail; FB, Twitter, Text. The More
Effective your Communication is Here, The More Effective Your TEAM will Communicate
with YOU!

3) OFFER HELP!!! How May I Help You? Do You Have Any Questions? Advise your PSAs to
Always ASK, ASK, ASK! I do this, make them comfortable!

4) While your Chatting with your PSA, you can Multi-Task and head over to their VP Ledger

Hello! Excellent Question!

***This is a difficult question to answer simply because if you take a look at your Genealogy Reports you will find some of the SH CSAs have been inactive for a bit. With that Said, I begin to Research the CSAs, but first I send a "SPECIAL" Welcome letter utilizing the e-card system. I'm finding it is much more personal to send a card than just a e-mail, plus it makes an individual feel better about themselves, while actually cheering them up!
***After that is sent out, I head back to the Reports:
1) I look at the VPs they have Accumulated in Total
2) I click on their Names to see if they have completed their Registration
a. Confirmed
b. See if they have completed their "TIP"
c. Check out their Profile Scores
d. Last send a Personal e-mail inviting Assistance and offer Contest Info
3) Its Imperative to Open the Lines of Communication Immediately, in the past I have had SH CSAs that have simply had bad experiences with Sponsors who may not have been helpful, and that is what they need, a little push!

So, Keep up The Lines of Communication, Don't Give Up...Send a Simple e-card, not much, but it goes a long way!

The BEST place to Contact a Prospective ECA?

Well, this is an interesting question because when I began here at SFI, I asked myself the same question, until I started drive around one day looking at stores, thinking of the people that surround me on a daily basis. Almost everyone these days is selling on-line, so who do you invite to sell via your website, your e-commerce storefront? I decided to talk about it with businesses who have storefronts, or brick N Mortar, but also have e-commerce, and want to reach a larger Target Market! Such as Auctioneers, Jewelers, Art Dealers, small time musicians that are selling old instruments and so on.

Therefore, you need to be creative in your thought process, if you have a friend who makes homemade jewelry, you can ask her if she wants to expand, or a friend who works with computers, say they develop internet web sites or software, they can co-op. There are endless possibilities, just think out of the box!!!

I would first begin with following our Tripleclicks Blog and SFI NEWs; begin by sharing the news of the day and or week...then when you share this news with your other bloggers you can talk about it!
Next, you can talk about SFI, introduce to your readers and followers what we are about. Talk about why you got into SFI and what it is, what you do daily and how you are succeeding here every day, week and month.
Any time you have something big and exciting occur at SFI you will receive a SHARE-IT!! Utilize this for your BLOG, Facebook, and other Social Media sites. This is all free advertising. In addition, you can add your Gateways each time you Post or Publish a new BLOG!!!
Depending on where you are blogging thru you have the capability of reaching millions of people based on the tags you choose, so choose wisely,creating smart tags that will intrigue your prospective affiliates.
Remember, everything you do everything you write has to have meaning behind it, in other words, when I write my BLOGS I assure that no matter what I entice the readers to the end and BANG!! I end with something amazing, an ad or a gift card offered for those who contact me with interest!
