Yes, a person should definitely go for the rank of Team Leader if they do not yet have a Team! I make this statement for many good reasons and it is based on my own personal experience.

In achieving the rank of Team Leader, an Affiliate qualifies to receive one or more shares of Second Home CSAs in the next month; these Second Home CSAs are Team Members for the Affiliate and can generate commissions for the Affiliate. For some months. the commissions I earn from my Second Home CSAs are higher than the commissions I earn from my PSAs or from my Sales. Remember also, that prior to qualifying as a Team Leader, the Affiliate will have qualified as an Executive Affiliate and will have received two CSAs, possibly the first members of his/her Team!

Another point to keep in mind is whether or not the Affiliate has become a Fast-Track Member and purchased a New Member Pack. The New Member Pack includes 3 CSAs added to your team!

The rank of Team Leader gives an Affiliate more credibility in the eyes of potential PSAs, Team Members and SFI Affiliates. PSAs will also have more respect for their Sponsor for being in a position of Leadership as a Team Leader.

The rank of Team Leader gives an Affiliate certain benefits each month, such as a higher allotment of TCredits each month, the aforementioned shares of Second Home CSAs and Express Affiliate Support (faster response from Support). Silver Team Leaders and Team Leaders ranking higher than Silver have the benefit of being allowed to write SFI approved ads and promotions. Team Leaders will also receive higher payouts through VersaPoints Matching in the levels of PSAs (deeper levels for higher Team Leader ranks) + CSAs. I would say that the best way to start building your SFI Team is to purchase the New Member Pack, priced at $20.00, within your first 10 days of joining SFI. In this way you will acquire 3 New CSAs which will be added to your Team and you will be making the necessary $20.00 purchase to fulfill the $20.00 purchase requirement to qualify as a Fast-Track Member. Also with the purchase of a New Member Pack you will receive the Fast-Track Bonus Shares, which includes 50 Free TCredits.

These 50 Free TCredits are very useful and can be used to help your new Team Members get started if you set up the "TCredits Welcomes" Promotion (TW) or if you transfer some TCredits to them right after they join. The best way to teach your Downline how to build their Downline is to lead by example and to share Team building information and ideas in Team Mail messages and in Stream Posts. I have found some great information in the SFI Forum which I have shared in Team Mails wiith my Downline!

Be sure to share advertising and blogging techniques that you know of to increase the number of sign-ups within your Downline. Free advertising works very well and has been highly recommended by several Platinum and Diamond Team Leaders. Be sure to utilize Key Codes and Hit-Tracking and advise your Downline to do the same in order to keep track of your advertising results.

If an Affiliate demonstrates a real work ethic and shows that he or she is strongly motivated, you may want to send a few individual E-Cards or E-mail messages with more detailed information, a list of free online Classified sites and advanced techniques which will help in their Team building efforts.

To assist your Downline, you may offer your serious Team Members a share in your Co-op if you have one. I would recommend this as a free option for your Team Members who are acheiving Executive Affiliate rank or Team Leader rank each month.

It is very helpful to purchase at least one unit of the S-Builder Co-op for your business or as a Co-op for Affiliates in your Downline. You will also be leading by example if you purchase the S-Builder Co-op. If you purchase the S-Builder on a Standing Order you will save 8% off of the regular price.

You may want to reassign some of your PSAs to other Affiliates in your Downline when it is appropriate and when it promotes the best growth of your Team! Really study the situation when you use this strategy within your Team so that the reassignment is beneficial for you and your Downline!

If your budget allows it, set up one or more contests for your PSAs (you may also include others in your Downline - it depends on your situation and on your budget) with the reward of a $5.00 or $10.00 Gift Certificate or choose another dollar amount that works well for your budget. This will help to encourage and motivate your Team Members!

For your newly joining PSAs, you may want to take advantage of the new "TCredits Welcomes" promotion (TW) in which you offer your new PSAs a small allotment of TCredits to use within 24 hours of joining SFI; any unused TCredits will be returned to you. In this way you will show by your example how to use the TCredit Welcomes promotion to help new PSAs to get started as soon as they sign up; this may help to increase the retention rate of new Affiliates throughout your Downline and may lead to more interest and curiosity in the SFI/TripleClicks opportunity.

You also want to advertise for TripleClicks Members or PRMs and advise your Downline to do this as well. Promote the new WAVE3 Program to your Downline; use "Points Of Referrals" or PORs and the "Friend Challenge" as well as TripleClicks Gateways to advertise TripleClicks products, Pricebenders Auctions and EZ Games. Promoting TripleClicks will generate TC Member sign-ups or PRMs. These PRMs may in time also sign up as SFI Affiliates and become active PSAs in your Team!

The best way to teach your Downline how to build their Downline is to lead them by your example and to guide them with your advice and helpful assistance. You should always do your best to maintain Executive Affiliate or Team Leader rank and continue to lead by example and build your business! Yes, I definitely believe it is possible to be successful in SFI even when your PSAs and CSAs have stopped working. SFI has many other ways for affiliates to be successful.

First of all, building a Team will increase your earnings and give you more residual income. We must realize, however, that sponsoring is a numbers game; sooner or later an affiliate is likely to sponsor a PSA or receive a CSA who is active and serious about building their SFI business. Also, it is possible that one day one of your inactive PSAs or CSAs will surprise you and become active, it has happened to me! Continue to send out your weekly Team messages with business building tips, inspiration and accounts of your own success. Let your Team know when you win in the Daily Grand Drawing or Wave3 Drawing or any other significant wins; tell them about the prizes you have won. Remember, just 3 to 5 active PSAs will make it possible to grow substantial residual income with SFI!

While you work on building your Team you can earn income at SFI in several ways:

• List products on your TConnect Page. You can sell your own items and you can advertise items from ECA stores on TripleClicks and earn commission on the sales of these products.

• Consider selling products that are useful in building an online business. E-books are also an easy product to sell.

• Refer ECAs to TripleClicks and earn lifetime commissions. You will earn 10% of the CV on all of your personally referred ECAs. Earn
an immediate 100 VP when your ECA generates their first $10.00 or more in sales. Buy from your personally referred ECAs and

Continue to lead by example; have a Standing Order for a minimum 1500 VP; it is also good to have a Standing Order for the S-Builder Co-op. Complete all your Daily, Weekly and Monthly Actions and enter the Daily Grand Drawing every day. Send your PSA's and CSA's Team Messages; send E-Cards when appropriate.

Motivate your Team with an incentive for reaching a specific goal such as becoming an EA2 or a BTL etc. You can offer rewards of TCredits or gift certificates; remember, an unused gift card will be returned to you, however, unused TCredits will not be returned and expire after one year.

Some day your inactive PSAs and CSAs may surprise you and begin to become successful in developing their SFI business!

I know that Mozilla Firefox is a browser that has been recommended to me because it functions with faster speed than most other browsers.

Be sure that you have an internet connection that is high speed. It is best to have only one window open when you participate in the auctions so that your connection speed is not slowed down.

I recommend that you observe several auctions before participating so that you gain some insight into how it is run.

I have observed many very long auctions and a few that ran for only 10 to 15 minutes with the winning bid at less than one dollar. The short auctions I observed were late in the evening. I think that these auctions ended quickly because there were not many people placing bids. The long auctions usually end with a high winning bid.

Before you enter an auction be sure that you have enough TCredits to try to win. Each auction is different so it is hard to put a number on the amount of TCredits you should have before you enter. I think that 100 to 200 TCredits would be a good number to start with. I know that people have won a Pricebenders Auction before with fewer than 100 TCredits.

If you haven't yet won an auction I recommend you participate in 1st Win Auctions until you win. After that it is best to bid in the Junior Auctions to try to win there. Some items with a lower monetary value may be easier to win because there are fewer people placing bids and you may want to try winning one of these.

For each bid you place you will earn one action VP and 5 MRP - 10 MRP in the Double Points Auctions. You may win TCredits in the Flash Drawings. To be entered in the flash drawing you must place at least one bid within the last 5 minutes before the bar reaches the "star". There is a limit of 3 Flash Drawing wins per auction. When I won in the Flash Drawings I received 4 TCredits for each win.

The new Bid & Build Program introduced recently is a great way to add PSAs to your Team. On Cyber Monday I participated and earned 3 PSAs for the bids I placed. The usual limit per day is 2 PSAs.

When bidding at Pricebenders Auctions you will "win" even if you do not win the item you are bidding on; you will earn Action VP and MRP and you have a chance to win TCredits. Also, while the current Bid & Build Program is in effect you will receive one PSA for every 50 bids you place with a limit of 2 PSAs per day.

I do think that luck plays a part in the auction bidding process and hopefully if you are well prepared you will also increase your chances and become lucky and win a Pricebenders Auction!

I think it is best to focus on quality in your sponsoring efforts however for every 100 affiliates you sponsor you can only expect 1%- 3% of these to remain active and become an EA2 or Team Leader.

First of all make sure that you are purchasing or receiving your PSAs from quality sources. If you are advertising be sure to write effective ads that are worded correctly and are presenting the opportunity realistically without false or overblown claims.

You will need to sponsor many PSAs to find your workers and your "diamonds" therefore I think it is an excellent goal to sponsor hundreds of PSAs each year, however in the process do not sacrifice quality for quantity. Make your most important goal that of finding and working with your PSAs who want to succeed. Once you have at least five EA2s or Team Leaders you can focus your efforts on working with them - remember though that to really help them and to improve your own success you should add PSAs to their Teams. I would include them in your Co-op and also re-assign some of your own active EA2s to them.

I believe that both of these activities help your business, however the benefits of these activities will be different for each Affiliate depending on each ones level of skill.

For each bid placed on an auction at Pricebenders you will earn 1 VP and 5 MRP; you will earn 10 MRP in the Double Points auctions.

In the Eager Zebra Games you will earn 5 MRP for each TCredit used to play however you will not earn VP for each TCredit used to play; this varies with each game. Here you need to consider your possibilities of gaining TCredits for your wins at these games and this depends upon your skill level and in certain cases it depends on luck. It is possible to win enough TCredits to enable you to earn more VP than you would by bidding at Pricebenders; there is the possibility also that this will not be the case.

Also consider the possibility of winning TCredits in the Flash Drawings at Pricebenders auctions. Recently the Bid & Build Program was introduced in which you will receive one PSA for every 50 bids placed in many of the auctions. Remember to check the auction for the Bid & Build symbol before playing if you intend to obtain PSAs and remember there is a limit of two PSAs per day. The terms and rules of the Bid & Build Program are subject to change; be sure to read all the policies and rules before bidding.

Consider also your possibility of winning an auction and the item you are hoping to win. The speed of the internet connection anod browser you are using can affect the outcome of the auction you are participating in and is crucial in many cases. Good internet connection speed is also a great benefit when playing Knock Out Trivia.

I would recommend that you become familiar with the Eager Zebra Games and also learn to develop skill at Pricebenders auctions so that you will be able to participate in each of these with some degree of skill. Vary your activities while building your business so that you gain experience in both areas and also for your own enjoyment and satisfaction. For myself I participate in both activities to improve my skill and chances of winning, so that I become more knowledgable about them and for the enjoyment I have while participating in them. It may help you in building your business to be able to explain the Eager Zebra Games and Pricebenders Auctions to your Team and to other people who are interested in participating; this will help your business grow. This is the advice I am giving to you and to other Affiliates. Remember though that everyone's situation is different and certain activities will benefit each one in a different way.

When it is not possible to access the SFI Affiliate Center I think it is best to work on advertising and marketing to build your SFI business. You could work online and post ads or work on any Safelists or Text Ad Exchanges that you belong to. Work on your website if you have one; if you don't have one it is best to start one! If you are on Facebook or other social media sites do some work on your pages here.

It is also a good idea to advertise in your local area by posting flyers and or SFI X-Cards and TripleClicks X-Cards. Determine which areas are suitable for the different types of flyers and X-Cards. I think it is very beneficial to promote Pticebenders Auctions and TripleClicks Eager Zebra Games! Be sure to have as much marketing and advertising material as possible on hand to post and distribute. Try to always have TripleClicks Gift Cards on hand to give to people you meet in businesses and elsewhere.

Take some time to mail out or hand deliver ECA brochures; it is a very good idea to include a TripleClicks Gift Card with each ECA brochure.

If you drive around have the TripleClicks decal on your car and have some TripleClicks X-Cards to hand out. It is also a great idea to place an SFI or TripleClicks car-magnet on your vehicle.

Brainstorm for great ideas that will improve your business.

If I have more time after advertising I work on organizing my life and my space so that I am more productive and efficient.

The best way to contact a prospective ECA would be to use the ECA brochure.

Give the ECA brochure to prospective ECA's and answer any questions they may have. Be sure your SFI Gateway/ID is printed on it. You could give a short summarized "presentation" if time permits and mention your affiliation with TripleClicks and SFI. It is a good idea to leave your business card with the prospective ECA so that he/she may call you with any questions they may have.

Giving a TC Gift Card to the prospective ECA will show your good will and improve your prospects of gaining a new ECA sign-up; it will also give this person a chance to try a product or service.

Always be sure you are dressed suitably and professionally when possible and always be very courteous and pleasant. If someone is busy you don't want to bother them by taking too much time or keeping them from their customers. When you can it may be advisable to call ahead.

Another good way to contact prospective ECA's is by mailing them an ECA brochure when it is not possible to contact them in person. It would be best to enclose a brief well written business letter using TripleClicks Letterhead and mail it in a TripleClicks Envelope. Consider enclosing a TripleClicks Gift Card.

The best places to post advertising flyers are wherever you see a bulletin board where you are allowed to post them and wherever there is the greatest possibility for a lot of exposure to the public or to a specific targeted audience. For example, you may find that college students do well in SFI, so look for places to post flyers in and around a college campus or in the town or immediate surrounding area of the college campus. Go to your local community college; they are almost sure to have a bulletin board to post flyers. You can also post flyers in other community colleges. Be sure to obtain the necessary permission to post your flyers when it is required.

Areas in or near the office where people go to file for unemployment benefits or where people go to seek employment may have bulletin boards or a place to post advertising flyers. Look for job fairs; find out if you may obtain a booth or stand and hand out flyers.

I am fairly new to SFI and have never had a chance to try it but you might see if having a space at a summer fair, flea market or farmers market works out well for distributing advertising flyers and perhaps some other information.

Look for bulletin boards in grocery stores, hardware stores-especially the smaller ones, drug stores, coffee shops, snack shops, cafés, sandwich shops, laundromats and any retail business where there may be a place to post flyers. Be sure to ask permission if it is required. In the area where I live the bulletin boards are no longer available in grocery stores and drug stores as they were several years ago; I am disappointed by this but have noticed bulletin boards in small produce markets and in several local eateries-some are part of a chain or are a franchise. Look for all the best possibilities; it seems to be different from one area or region to the next.

Many music stores have bulletin boards; ask permission to post a TC Music Contest flyer there. Coffee shops and Cafés are another great place to post TC Music Contest flyers.

I once found information about a network marketing business in a local mall. You may consider checking out a mall where you live.

A social club that I belong to allows people to post their business information on a bulletin board that is set up at every meeting. The flyers and business cards that are placed there stay and remain for subsequent monthly meetings. Try suggesting this to a social club or networking group that you may belong to and post your flyers and business cards there.

Recruiting is a numbers game, so you don't really know where or when a good future affiliate or customer could be found. There are probably more good ideas for posting advertising flyers which I have not yet thought of.
