If you want additional T Credits - the 125 TCredit pack is the way to go. If you want to build your SFI business, you could order the S-Builder Co-op or sign up for the PSA's To Go (50 pack) which will guarantee that you will have 50 PSA's assigned to you each month. If you are looking for a monthly supply of various nutritional items, business cards, cleaning supplies, etc., those are available as well. In the end, it just comes down to what you need or want to get out of the standing orders.

I think it would be a good gesture on your part to acknowledge the affiliate 're-engaging' in SFI. You wouldn't have to shower them with tons of reminders or information about SFI - just a quick note saying that you have noticed that they are trying SFI again, you are happy that they have done so, and that you are ready to assist them in any way. Urge them to contact you with any questions or concerns. Just a little 'nudge' or a bit of encouragement may be all that they need.

This may be over simplifying things, but why don't you ask your team to review Launchpad Lesson # 11 again ... Overnight Success ... NOT! It begins with "Today we're going to talk about having big goals...but REALISTIC goals. SFI holds tremendous potential for those who will apply themselves, but it's not going to happen overnight or without work" It goes on to give names and income of SFI / home business success stories. This particular Launchpad Lesson was such an eye opener for me - and I'm sure many others as well. It also instilled a challenge in me and a goal to work towards - fully understanding it won't happen overnight, but with patience, persistence and a little hard work (which never hurt anyone), the future will be very nice !

When starting out in SFI, is it better to invest in advertising or in an EA-qualifying purchase?

When you are just starting with SFI, I personally believe it is better to purchase an EA qualifying item. There are different items available, such as TCredits (various packs 100, 125, 200, 240 & more), PSA's to Go (50 pack). S-Builder, as well as a variety of dietary supplements. As you know, when purchasing a standing order, you are assured of EA status every month. This would give you the opportunity to relax, read and learn as much as you can about the SFI process.
Investing in advertising is also good, because you begin receiving PSA's right away. However, the only drawback MAY be that (in the first few months), you may not be ready to coach or guide your newly acquired PSA's as you should.
Ultimately, it is what you are comfortable with. If you feel that you could give your PSA's proper guidance - go for investing in advertising. If you would like to take a little time to learn and be more proficient in the SFI process before building your team, go for the Standing order.

Which of the SFI LaunchPad lessons is best...and why?

The Launch Pad Lessons were all very useful and good - all having importance in their own category - but I believe the one that made the largest impact for me was Lesson #11 - Overnight Success - NOT ! In all honesty, I was inactive for the first month or two before I circled back around and started over. So, it was a couple of months before I started going through all the lessons. When I got to this particular lesson, it hit me like a ton of bricks. My sponsor told me from the beginning that it will take time and patience, but it will be worth it, if I keep working ... this lesson solidified it. It made me see what rewards are possible, as long as I stay with it and don't give up. I guess it could be a 'downer' for those that want to see success quickly - for me, it was like a challenge hanging in front of me - now I just want to see how far I can go and exactly what I CAN accomplish!
At the end of this lesson it states:
"You can do it"
"BOTTOM LINE: We reap what we sow, but the harvest is never in the same season as the planting! Today you are planting...and will be at least for the next several months. Your harvest will come in time. Be persistent. Be patient. Work the Web using our proven SFI system. Think long term. Take action every day, (no matter how small) to build your business. And always remember, THE ONLY WAY TO FAIL IS TO QUIT."

I would put a time frame on the meeting and try to stick to that. If the meeting is from 6 - 8 pm, be sure to end as close to 8 as possible.
In the first meeting, you could have just a general agenda - any subsequent meetings, you could have a more structured approach.
I would start by thanking everyone for attending and let everyone know how much you appreciate their time and effort to get to know one another.
Go around the room and have each person introduce themselves and give some general information, such as how long they have been a member of SFI, a little something about themselves and what their visions and goals are.
I would have a computer on hand to be able to log into SFI. This may stir up a Question & Answer session, which everyone can always benefit from.
You could have just a plain old 'brainstorming' session. You will be amazed at the different ideas and suggestions that come up.
If you plan to have these meetings on a regular basis, be sure that you - or someone - take notes and publish minutes or a summary of the meeting, back to everyone that was in attendance. This will help keep ideas fresh in your mind and help build thoughts for the next meeting.

I believe it is important that you start your email with words of praise or encouragement by acknowledging the work that has been done. Don't just jump in by listing items that need to be, or should be, done. You can always find an encouraging word - tell them that you have noticed they have completed certain tasks, or they are making great progress in certain areas. Then suggest 'next steps' that you think they should be pursuing - or alternate routes or tasks that they could try. And, don't forget to offer them assistance, if they are having and trouble or concerns.

Hello!
I have been a member of SFI for a little over a year, and in the beginning, I did not visit the Forum very often - I was too busy trying to learn everything else about SFI and just didn't take the time. I have started visiting the Forum everyday - especially since the new format has been introduced. There is always a variety of questions - or just someone reaching out to share their accomplishments. I don't always reply or add comments, but I have found the answers or advice to be very informative. Now, I view it as another learning tool to take advantage of and I look forward to reading it on a daily basis.

My greatest challenge was keeping myself from getting frustrated and feeling overwhelmed. In the beginning, you are trying to get a 'grasp' of everything and see the big picture ... there is so much to learn and understand. I kept asking myself
'what is this all about'? My sponsor kept urging me to be patient, continue to log in and do the daily to-do list and read as much as possible. He told me that I would have those 'ah ha' moments and that's when I would know things were starting to click and make sense. It was the best advise! I've had several 'AH HA' moments since then!
All of the training tools are at your fingertips, and there are so many great people to draw advise and knowledge from .... your up-line, Training Tools (Launchpad, SFI Basics), A2A friends, FORUM, etc. I started taking advantage of every bit of it - and if I couldn't overcome an issue, I opened a ticket with the Support Group.
Just be patient and don't expect overnight wealth ... As said by Jill Koenig ... "Results will show up when you do"

Can I set up my SFI business to run on autopilot? If so, how?

I am sure there is a way to have your SFI business run on autopilot - some people are very ingenious and can figure a way around the tedious or menial parts of jobs or projects. There are certain portions of the SFI business that offers the automated tools.
Personally, I would not try to go 100% on auto pilot, simply because I want to have first hand knowledge of 'what' my business is doing, and 'how' my business is doing. I don't believe you can do that by operating on auto-pilot. The more you stay in touch with your business and the development of your business, the probability of success increases.
Another thought is that in order to be really successful in SFI, you should build great relationships with your downline. We all use the team-mail automated messages, when you have a large group to send a message to; those can save some considerable time. However, in my opinion, a personal touch goes so much further than always receiving an automated or 'canned' message.
