By looking for real examples and successful affiliates on SFI , best way to stay in contact would be through team mails with active PSAs and CSAs the. Open the "My Movers" tab on the Home page and you will find a list of your most active and potential PSAs or CSAs. Keep their track in Genealogy and make sure you give them tips, make personal questions, if you get notified that they win something or they upgrade status - congratulate them.. etc.

I try to send team mails at least once a week but no more than twice a week. If the emails are sent too often they become a bother and they get ignored or blocked.

Also best way to have responsive and active team members is to have contact with them on social networks and a forum for your own team.

The choice is yours!

I'm just few months in SFI,but so far, I understood that the Team Leaders who built huge downline work hard, they started as all of us.

The answer is very simply. No. 1 rule DUPLICATION in every possible field. I am a part of such a big team and I have complete support from all my upline for anything I need anytime.I learn from them and build my downline the same successful way too. There is no magic or supernatural things in their activities but just pure determination and self belief. They transpire all the tricks and ideas they learned in their own progress to their downline which can create immense faith in their downline to move forward and suggest more and more people for their team.

Always do remember, today’s Team Leaders were yesterday’s new affiliates. A leader cant be born in an overnight but through sheer determination and hard work only.

Firstly, you need to explained to your affilates that SFI is a business like any other business (it takes some time to start earning) but maybe with a litle bit of fun. You must direct tham to specific SFI links where they can make sure that this is a business and not a get rich quick scheme. As lesson on day 11 of the Launchpad (https://www.sfimg.com/LaunchPad/Day11) says, there are practical examples of people who have managed to to achieve outstanding success with 6 figure incomes having passing the same paths we are trying.

But people are not ready to go with a business that seemingly will take some time to generate high incomes. This is where you have to explain to your affilates whath are the differences of SFI from other traditional businesses, such as:
1. You can make money and increase your income levels without your spending money.
2. You will progress faster if you spend some money on SFI but the expense you can never compare to the huge start up cost and overheads for a traditional business while assuring you of increasing profits every month.
3. You only need minutes per day on SFI and use the rest of your day for other activities of your life.
4. The tasks and other activities on SFI soon become fun to carry out and cause you to instinctively make SFI the very first site you will check out each morning you open your computer.

The fact that you have asked this question shows that you are motivated to learn and all you need to know and all you need now is directions or pointers or guidelines! If all attempts to contact your sponsor fail, you have to remember the most important fact - this is your business.Then you should turn to another sponsor in your upline or your co-sponsor who can also be very responsive and supportive. Click on the My Account link, then click on the upline link. Here you will find all your upline. Find one who will answer your questions. Someone will be more than willing to help since they are receiving commissions on your Triple Clicks purchases and sales you make.

There are many other SFI sources available to obtain the information / help you require eg the Forum, a2a friends, Launchpad, SFI basics and the Training option on your home page.

Don't let your inactive sponsor discourage you. With training, perseverance and hard work you will succeed for sure and can even earn more than inactive members in your upline team.

The most important lesson however to learn from an unresponsive sponsor, is not to fall into the samr trap - be always available for your Team and lead by example.

TripleClicks gift cards are probably the best method for promoting TripleClicks.Everyone likes free stuff so no one will pass on the opportunity to get something for free.

Give them to people you know, people you just met... Giving them away to medium active referrals and you may end up with a couple of more EA's and a TL or two.

In order to promote gift cards I suggest opening a group on facebook and adding random people.Before you give cards to someone inform them as much as you can about TripleClicks and give the cards to the ones who are most interested in it.

Its two months as I joined the SFI. In this business I knew nothing. I started from total scratch.

Certainly there are people who earn well over the SFI program, its a facts, and the compensation plan nice says that salary is so if you have 5 direct members, who will make at least 1500 VP and they Join theres 5 ... But whether you're capable of that, and if you're persistent enough you can make it?

That's the question I asked myself and decided to try and test my abilities becouse the best way to learn is from my own experience. I've invested some time and gained knowledge that has slowly begun to bring results, because when you know what to do and understand why you do it, then you are on the right track!

First status - EA - Executive Affiliate, and then EA2 I achieved in just two months as a member of the SFI. Im planning to do lots of things since Im only at the beginning of this interesting and hopefully successful journey.

This is the best question I've read so far.

There are a lot of reasons why someone would give up at the beginning. It's either because they are confused, they do not have the time, willingness, patience, or simply do not know what to do.

When it comes to me, I didn't have a lot of experience in this type of work, so I read about the experiences of other successful people in the SFI. The key to success on SFI is to follow the steps of what successful leaders do and follow their advices. And than I think of mayself, if thay can be succcessful, why couldn't I. If I stuck , get confused or just don’t know how to do something I ask for help. It’s a matter of determination & persistence no matter what it takes, don’t quit but be patient in everythig that you do. I have great sposor who helped me in so many ways that I can't thank her enought. She motivated me to move on.

I advice you to:
1)Learn what SFI is all about and follow all basics instructions.
2)Follow the leaders advise.
3)Follow your sponsors advises.
4)Participate at forum to know the answer to all your problems.
5)Maintain an EA status. You don't want to remain just an affiliate. The only way you can make money by being an affiliate is to "sell" more. It's better to maintain EA status so you can get commission from your PSAs.
6)Spend at list one hour everyday trying to either talk to someone about the opportunitys on SFI or spend time posting classified ads.

DONT GIVE UP, be wiser than that. Learn every single day with SFI and even though you having difficultys financing your SFI business, get to know new tricks to increase your VP without sacrificing too much of your budget. I know somewhere down the road, you will find those hard to get affiliates you've been looking for and your business will flourish just like others. It maybe super tough to build the foundation of this business but it's tougher to do nothing and end up with nothing!

Another very good question!

To begin with, it is essential that you as soon as possible show your new affilates how to do the work right, to motivate them not to give up because they don't understand the way of SFI is functioning. Be there for them, communicate with them every day, help them to build there own buissnise becouse that is your job as their Team leader.

When it comes to your „old“ affilates, best way is to motivate them to participate in contest your offering. All your actions need to focus on how to best support your downline team members. When they have confidence in your motivations they are much more likely to get motivated. If you focus on helping your downline to build their business successfully then you will have a successful business and a successful contest. In oredr to that, you need to monitor your downlines closely, every day, and you will notice the moment when most of them get stuck and don't know what to do next. Now, that's the right time for setting up a competition! The timing for competition is of crucial importance. The goals you set for them shouldn't be to hard to achieve, and the prizes should be such as you can afford.

If you are a beginner yourself, and not able to offer some spectacular prizes, you can offer 5 free TC to the first downline who confirms his/her EA status that month. I remember it when my Sponsor sent me 5 free TCredits as a reward for my advance in the first two weeks, I was so thankful!

Encouraging downline members to participate in teams contests provides the motivation to produce some outstanding results. Effective communications is the key to getting team members to participate in team contests.
