How can you keep your downline from quitting and giving up on SFI?

I feel like I only want people in my downline who are willing to put in the effort and do the work to be successful. It goes back to the 80/20 Rule. 20% of the people get 80% of the results. I would much rather focus my energy on the 20% who are willing to work.
Having said that it doesnt hurt to keep in touch with all your downline because at some point someone may realize hey this is for me and get motivated to do the work.
So the simple solution is communicate with everyone but focus your energy and resources on the movers and you will do great

How does one support all your downline affiliates if you have barely enough to support your own self?

There are many ways to support downline affiliates.
Some that kind to mind are financial, knowledge and encouragement.
I firmly believe if you have the ability to help a Downline member financially that it could be a good idea. Im not sure I would just come out and give financial support instead I would have a contest with prizes similar to the E365 challange. The Top 3 Affiliate's in VP from sales earn a Gift Certificate. You can get creative and design the contest so its a Win-Win for all. Send out team updates every 2 or 3 days with status of the contest or post it on your leadership page.
Knowledge and encouragement are easy, just let your team members know you are there to help them and maybe send suggestion from time to time of Articles to read or information on SFI features.

What is the best strategy for earning quickly with SFI?

I dont look at SFI as a get rich quick but get comfortable slow. If you need to earn quickly then promote your gateway pages for Pricebenders you would earn $7 for every 100 tcredits purchased (these are needed to bid on auctions)
The ECA gateway earns you up to 10% commision on there sales
If you promote the Pay per actions you earn $12 per SFI Signup and $5 per Tripleclick Signup.
I have chosen the go slow route. I have joined the S-builder co-op and plan on earning long term via duplication

How can you offer financial support to a hard-working PSA/CSA who is truly financially challenged?

I think it is great if you can afford to help downline members, at this time i cant. I would encourage them to earn money by referring people to Triple clicks and earning the commission. If you enter the hourly Triple click drawings under games you can win tcredits.
If you can afford to bid on an auction you could win as much as 500 Tcredits for pennies on the dollar. If you search google for Bum Marketing you can learn alot about free article submission marketing
How can I convince my downline of the benefits of having a Standing Order without them feeling pressured?

I do have a standing order in I think that is the first part of the equation, Lead by example. If they can't afford an SO then you should encourage them to look at things they purchase anyway like vitamins, coffee, and energy drinks etc. This way they do not have any excess cash out of pocket and they are getting in the SO habbit for when times are better for Them.
Should we recruit our family members into SFI? Good idea or not?

For me recruiting family members is not a great idea, as they believe in the 9 to 5 gold watch after 40 year grind. Giving them give cards and having them purchase items at the store is a great way to get them involved with triple clicks. It doesnt hurt to post an item from time to time on facebook or send them an email about a product they may like

I like to tell them that first and foremost SRI IS 100 percent free to join. It has many components but the key component is what I like to refer to as SRI UNIVERSITY here you can learn everything you need to run a successful online business.
As you learn you have many ways to earn money including promoting SRI & Tripleclicks. TRIPLE clicks is an online store with over 100,000 products.
There is also penny auctions and a few other components but join free kick the tires ask questions as you go and have fun learning and earning.

Of the ones that are ready to learn and earn there are many factors that influence the speed at which they are successful. Here are 3 of the biggest ones.
1 Time - How much time a day do they work daily on SFI
2 Dollars - If you have Money to invest and you invest it wisely you will have an advantage. Clearly you dont need money to be successful.
3 Marketing Knowledge, everyone comes to SFI with different levels of expertise. The great thing about SFI is all the tools you need to succeed are right here for you to study and implement.

How would it benefit me to transfer TCredits to my PSAs or CSAs?

I am a firm believer in give someone a fish and they will be hungry tommorow but teach them to fish and they will never be hungry again.
With that said I would offer Tcredits as a reward for learning and producing. As an example you could refer them to the SFI link on how to sponsorhttps://www.sfimg.com/Resources/Marketing/StandardSponsoringMethods
and them offer them TCredits every time they sponsor someone who Fast Tracks.

The huge difference between Paid and free Advertising is you are trading money for time. If you have the money to do paid advertising I would highly reccomend the S-Builder Co=op
If you cant afford a whole S-builder co-op unit ask your upload about former a team co-op where you can purchase a 1/2 or 1/4 of a unit
