You should be advertising your gateway links. Selling tripleclicks products. Recruiting psa and prm. Creating a blog. Making a website. Telling your friend ,family , neighbors , etc. Educating your downline how to become ea2 and higher. Answering questions in the ask sc. Participating in wave 3 , games and auctions that are in tripleclicks .... Higher up in rank of power, country, leader board, etc... Good luck to you my friend and your business...
What are the best ways to use the WAVE3 X-Cards?

Best ways to use wave 3 x-cards : 1) Leave them at malls... 2) Make a yard sale and with every purchase include an x-card. 3) Ask an apartment complex if they would be able to hand out to their residents when they come in and pay rent or to hang it on each apartment/house door. 4) Get a booth at a local fair and advertise there:-) 5) Ask a mini boutique to hand them out for you to their customers. 6) Go to a farmer's market and hand them out there.
What do you do with affiliates who never do anything--despite your constant encouragement and offers of support?

I try giving them couple free tcredits or a small gift certificate, if they don't respond I forget about them!!! Seriously there is nothing else you can do! They don't want to be part of SFI or they don't see the potential in SFI! If they have 600 vp or more in 90 days , you can reassign them to someone else, although you might be missing out if He/she becomes active later on!
How do you explain to potential ECA prospects what the E-Commerce Associate program is all about?

Tell them that the ECA program is their future! They can sell their items to millions of people worldwide or locally (their choice)! They will be getting repeating customers and referrals. The SFI affiliates takes care of their advertising. Tell them the best part of it all is - IT IS FREE TO JOIN!(and no I'm not yelling, it's just that's the best part about it) If they want to improve their sales, they should definitely join the ECA program!:)
What would you consider to be too much and unnecessary communication with your team?

Pressuring them to buy wave 3, or products in tripleclicks! Pressuring them to become EA2 or higher, etc... Your problems at home! If you are unsuccessful, then don't share that! Otherwise, be positive, driven, motivated and inspire your team! Also If they are not moving up for couple months, I think its pointless to communicate with them also!!!

Very very good question!:-) Well 1) Support our affiliates (Psa ) and our co sponsored (CSA) in every way you can: gift certificates, tcredits, motivational messages, giveaways, tips, suggestions. They are our success! 2)Always be on top of the game also! They duplicate what they see from you ! 3) Earn as many badges as you can!:-) 4) Advertise, promote, and advertise! 5) Teach your downline to do everything you do. Tell them all the secrets you know. Everyone is a great leader, and you can be too!:-)

What type of news should ECAs post on their ECA TConnect Page? And who gets to see the news posted?

They should post new products that are added. Maybe they are having discounts (really good idea to post that) They should post seasonal messages. Who gets to see the news?: - People at tripleclicks that connect with them and also if they write in the stream. A2a friends get to see it. Ecas can also post promotions, giveaway, freebies... Well for start, if you have extra money on your side, you can gift gift certificates or/and tcredits, so they can experience tripleclicks! This method is very motivating:) Now if you don't have that extra money to give out, after 1 month of them staying in Sfi, start dropping hints , that to maintain at least ea status , they are going to have to purchase something.... Give your suggestions/ reviews on what you purchased ... Tell them how fun it is to play price bender auctions(it would also help them if you won one auction, they would see your success and would follow). Don't forget to tell them about ttime and that they can win free tcredits!:)

Recruiting PSAs or ECAs--which will generate the quickest income?

It just depends who will be more active! Generally I think if you recruit more ecas and they are active and selling stuff, then you will be earning a big paycheck. But if ECA is not doing anything or not selling anything then you will only get 100vp. And keep in mind it's really hard to get a ECA! Now for psas , if they are active you get around $20 for each after 6 months... But not all psas are active! So I would try recruiting both and hope for success!!!:)

I would write them an email and ask if they would want to share some tips and ideas.... (Maybe for an exchange for your tips and advice) I would also communicate with them through the forum!!! One of my a2a friends proposed if I would want to communicate through Skype and share positive support that way! Before asking straight up for advice, get to know them first... Their name, where they are from, their hobbys, etc! Maybe you guys have something in common and will continue the conversation more smoothly!;)
