I learnt that the second and third months are the most difficult months and without funds you must find free ways to advertise your gateways, and to continue your daily to-do list.

I read that just like any business a small investment is a must which made a lot of sense. So any funds that can be spared and used to purchase items from the TripleClicks store which carries Versa Points earnings will help.

I decided that it would be in my best interest to invest in my downline because I realize that if they fail I fail. So I offered Gift Certificates for my EA's to experience shopping in their TripleClicks store.

I sent emails containing links to training Videos to those where it is obvious that enough reading and comprehension was not attained. There they will see and get a better understanding of how the system can work to benefit them.

Your affiliates should learn that if they do nothing to grow their SFI business, then SFI will do nothing to grow their income.


I thought I had a downline that was coming along nicely but they all gave up and now I have zero movers. This will not deter me… I will rip that page from my road map of success and start this New Year 2014 with stronger determination and perseverance.

Firstly, be realistic with your hours and exercise proper time management.

Secondly, make use of the SFI power tools system to track your progress to check how productive and effective your work is coming along and to see what is working and what is not working.

If your affiliates continue to down their tools do the same thing and start again. Hold strong to your dreams and your business will be successful.

Really makes no sense to me… why someone would go through the trouble of starting a business then complain that they have limited time to invest in its operations? The hours in each day are yours; it is up to you how you invest it.

I would advise that they made the first important step take some time for education and training a wealth of information can be learnt from your upline and a2a. Nothing good comes easy. Perseverance is key. Knowing why you joined SFI and when you will reap the benefits must be understood. You have to put in the work and effort to be rewarded. Set your goals and be realistic. Develop a flowchart and plot your way forward. Think long-term in order to achieve success. SFI is a long-term investment and success will not come overnight. Don't be dismayed.

The dynamics of work are changing and we must be willing to tailor our commitment in working harder to achieve success. Being rewarded for your hard work will pay off. Think of it as preparing for your final exams to get your PhD, you must study and put in long hours to succeed because if you fail to prepare, prepare to fail.

The same also holds true about working. You don’t put in the long hours or dedication then you cannot expect to be adequately compensated or receive a promotion. I truly believe that most people join SFI with the wrong intentions in mind and that is to get rich quick. This is not a casino where you have a chance for a quick win when placing a bet. This is a real business that you need to build from the foundation to the rooftop and you the new business owner can decide when the rooftop goes on because with Strong Future International the Sky is the Limit.

The affiliates who succeed quickly are those with a strong will and some financial freedom there is nothing at all wrong with that attitude since most times, these are the ones who make great leaders and who are able to teach the ones who are not business minded to learn various business ethics and skills. And let’s face it we can’t all be leaders.

Don’t get me wrong the others who may take longer to succeed with SFI may be those who decide to take baby steps to absorb the information and achieve long term success. My downline would learn to focus on duplication through my leadership and the skills that I demonstrate through my actions, this will explain the importance of duplication since my success will be used as their motivator. Through consistency, focus and strategic planning I decided that working towards earning a badge every week will demonstrate to my team that I really want this and if they want it bad enough they would follow their leader.

My team would recognize my consistent actions. Since joining SFI with a passion to succeed I have made it my duty to login daily, complete my daily actions earning VersaPoints daily, participating in the Pricebenders auctions and by searching around in the TCredits store for any products that would help me to succeed. Oh! and also with my extremely competitive nature I like seeing that I have the longest streak ever! :-)

Encourage your team to take small steps to achieving success by taking the time to read and understand the system. They should not get overwhelmed and do too much too soon. I would check on their activity every day and point out one (1) task at a time that was missed and ask for them to complete at their leisure. This process may be a slow one, but step by step your team would learn to replicate your actions and everyone will follow resulting in a solid team.

It is also important to stress sustainability to your team members. SFI is not a get rich quick scheme and it will take a period of time and commitment to achieve substantial income. I strongly believe that is how wealth is achieved in this type of business. So in other words be a Positive Role Model to your team they will definitely appreciate your efforts.
