What are the things that most make you proud to be an SFI affiliate?

As an SFI affiliate;
> I am most proud of being my own BOSS
> The fact SFI has given me the opportunity of
owning my own business and i earn at the same time.
> Am proud i set my own pace at which i want to work
> AM proud to have an outlet other than a 'nine to five'
with the fare of losing my job at any time
my list could go on and on, about Free lessons etc but
i will say this last thing
*** AM PROUD, to give someone else that same chance to be
proud to feel the same as i do this moment having been

What do you do with affiliates who never do anything--despite your constant encouragement and offers of support?

:) You do just that.
Offer the best support that you can give as a team member
and sponsor of your team.
on a weekly basis you send those emails out encouraging them
in whatever way you can.
> Offer your help
> let them know they are not alone
> Offer monthly rewards etc.
> Remind them of the reason they may have joined SFI in the
first place
After doing the best you can do as their sponsor, you turn
your attention on those who are working and give them your
continued support, so as to not let them feel left out of things.
Reward them,encourage and motivate. and like cream rises to the top
so will those affiliates who mean business, whether active or not,
they will show themselves in time .

What would you consider to be too much and unnecessary communication with your team?

As a team leader you don't want to push your affiliates away by
sending emails daily or more than four times weekly.
So instead you can communicate for example on Sundays or monday
as a general news mail,team mail or just as a PSA at the beginning
of the week.
However, if your member contacts you more than four times in the week
you will just have to try and be understanding and patience with that
affiliate.
What is the best strategy for earning quickly with SFI?

It is rather simple.
Once you have the funds you can buy your way there in a very short time. Get a standing order such as S. Builder.
Advertise your gateways, Buy from Triple clicks, Enter live Auctions, Play the free hourly game, Join the Wave3 and become a member etc.
And show others to do the same by way of Duplication. If you get them to do the same thing you did, you will be more than on your way keeping in mind that you earn not only off your own efforts but what others do being apart of your team.

How do I get my a2a friends to offer positive support and assistance?

If an a2a member contacts you first, they have started the process already.
However, if you really want positive support from your a2a friends,
you just need to look for those with badges that speaks to how
getting it done in SFI can be obtained. It shows that they have been
doing something right and therefore, the knowledge of how that was done
can be pass on to you BUT you have to ask.
You need not ask for support from a a2a friend that does not appear to be
as active as you are.Instead they are more likely to be seeking support
from you.

You get them to converse regularly by simple first saying hello...

You let them know that it is free to become a member of SFI:

What are some methods to attract ECAs in areas where many do not yet trust online businesses?

You could set up a a mass meeting promoting SFI.
Show casing the history and reach of SFI now since
they began.
>Make sure to hand out gift cards to those who came early.
Most importantly you should share your own experience since join.
and to top things off show, them your Pioneer card as proof that
since you joined you can say it works for you and it will for them too.
How will anyone find my SFI website when they search on Google?

If someone knew you to be John John for example, they would put
SFI before your name on Google page.
after which your name and your invite page will open up.
So don't worry about how will anyone find your SFI website.
Get a S-builder standing order and you would not have to worry about
people seeing you are not.
How can I find affiliates who are truly interested in SFI and who will remain active?

You find them the same way as any of your other affiliates that sign up with SFI.
However, there are a few signs you can look for, that will give you a hint as to whether or not this Affiliate is in it for the long term:
> They gain Fast Track badge
> Complete more than 2 Launchpad Lesson within 24hours of joining
> They become a A2A member
> They contact you for more info and guidance
> Has more than 2 PSA within the week of joining
At the second month, if they have made 1500VP and completed all their Task on the Ledger board. This is a person you want to keep an eye on and encourage to continue.
Because the signs are clear, this is something they really want to be apart of, they are truly interested in remaining active.
So your job is to just help them stay on that part, by showing them how far they have come. Now imagine just how much more awaits them if when they continue with the same passion they have shown so far.
