i believe in the approach,that in order for an affiliate/others to sustain&then succeed in any activity/business one needs to have atleast an overview of that activity as to what to expect from the same- possible Earnings,Rewards,Benefits,Learnings etc&covering the major aspects-incase of SFI-Concepts like VERSA/AFFILIATES/Triple Click&Auction (PRM's&TCA's etc)to whether it meets with your expectations from any activity/Business you want to be part of&wherher your skill sets meets the business needs.An exhaustive
knowledge with all small details are not needed at that time.If they then go through
SFI study material they will be able to relate most of what they are studying&much bettr grasping&performance can be hoped for.This is particularly important in case of
SFI,as inspite of AFI's best intentions,there is a feeling of "INFORMATION OVERLOAD", especially when they less proficiency in comprehending.

The above knowledge is also very essential in goal setting.Also broad clarity on what major actions are necessary from the affiliates to achieve affiliate's goal/Earnings/ Benefits/ Rewards/Learnings etc will help him in each&every action he takes thereafter& we don't need to spoon-feed him about each&every action there after.This will also ensure affiliate doesn't take actions which work on cross purposes with the goals.

Since the first 2 months are integrated,namely Most of affiliates critical actions
like E365 Eligibility,EA2&TL2 etc are all actions/performances spread over 2 months&hence you should bifurcate it activity wise and then it has to be divided in to month or week or day,if it is relevant&if it will help performance,otherwise bifurcation by a time unit is not that Important.

Hence you need to give overall guidance at the beginning itself on the best ways of achieving these critical aspects like EA2,E365,TL2 so that all their actions thereafter can be timely&directly in tune with achieving them.You can continue to monitor their actions&performance during that period, ,to ensure they have understood your mentoring/ Coaching as communicated

Short-Cut will mean differently to different people.

In case of SFI,an affiliate who has plenty of time to work but highly short on cash,for him short-cut will be scoring all free daily/weekly/monthly points,being fast tracker&staying above greenline for to be E365 Finalist with no or very limited spending(To get all Bonus points,MRP etc),Be part of all no/Low cost activities(T-Time,Daily Grand,Time Machine,Predicting Auction price,Wave3 Membership for T-Credits,MRP,Versa,Cash benefits etc),using all free advertising options(Social Media,Blog etc)to enrol PSA's,PRM's,ECA's and earn through them&help them to earn by all possible applicable methods including SFIPPA etc

On the other hand some affiliates,who are short of time but has money to spend can get most of the above much faster through auctions,Paid advertisements,CO-OP's etc&hence for them this the short-cut.

There cannot be a single or universal answer or some absolute numbers to this question.This gets decided by your Goals for SFI or time limitations,if any for you.

If you do not have a time limitation, your goal for SFI gets decided by your requirements.Once you decide your goal, you need to back-work ie)you need to break it down in to activities that are required to achieve that goal.Once you have broken it down in to well defined activities,you need to estimate the time requiremennt for each of these activities.The sum total of all these, will help you to decide on the amount of time you need to spend in SFI,daily/Weekly/Monthly etc.While it will be more of an estimate in the early days,as the days go by&You become more experienced,you keep fine tuning the timing requirements or revise your goal based on what is being achieved.

Alternatively if there is a limitation on the time you can spend in SFI,then your Goal setting cannot be purely based on your requirement alone& it needs to take into account the time availability also.When you have a time limitation&there is a goal to be achieved, what is called for is not hard working but SMART-WORKING.

The answer need not be this or that,as it is always advisable for somebody new to try out as many types of free advertising as possible, to get a clear understanding about which type of advertising is relevant for what type of products&services,in what type of Media and what type,quantum&quality of responses are being received etc

While paid advertising can be cost effective in the hands of an expert/Experienced advertiser,it can be a double edged sword in the hands of people with little or limited experience.Paid advt.like Google Adsense etc can prove to be very expensive,when not used with precision.Even after a good learning with free advertising,experts advise a cautious approach while starting on paid advertising like exploring possible Trial offers,if any on such products,also even after that while trying out should start with small investments on various Paid advertising products to understand which suits your requirement best and after that go for the full fledged spending on the "RIGHT MIX" of different paid advertising options.

The moral of the story is, it is advisable for beginners to make extensive use of free advertising&if absolutely necessary to use paid advertising,do it under the guidance of experienced advertisers and Experienced Advertisers should make use of a good mix of PAID&FREE Advertising.

It is important for you to understand that the moment you decide to become a sponsor of a PSA you are assuming the role of a LEADER.Hence there will be expectations about you from your PSA,even if you are also new to SFI. Hence you are not expected to give an excuse that you are new to SFI&that will have a considerable impact in their future dealings with you.The Moral of the story is that you need to prepare yourself to be a leader through lot of groundwork before you start sponsoring PSA's.If you are not still ready, postpone your sponsoring for a limited time&prepare yourself at the earliest.

Having said that i am not saying that you are expected to have answers for all the
doubts the affiliates have.You should be confident to handle all doubts pertaining to level up to which you have grown&immediate next level,as without knowing answers for that you wouldn't have grown to whatever level you have grown&the next level for which you are planning to grow.Also in cases you are not able to clarify fully,you should atleast be in a position to direct them to relvant&specific resource&not give them some general answers like" you will get it in SFI training resources" etc.Also it is not necessary you need to answer all&sundry doubts which may not be relevant for the affiliate for some time to come.Politely communicate that what he is asking for is not
of relevance to him at that point of time.

Clearly map the areas PSA needs to focus at that point of time ,communicate to him& prepare your best for that.As the affiliates grow ,you would have grown&should be fully prepared to handle matters relevant to that level.Pro-actively anticipate the likely
